Hi My Vega keeps freezing up at random times. The only way i can get it to unfreeze is by restarting the tablet.
Is there anyway i can resolve this problem please?
Here is the tablet info.
Model number Vegacream RC2
Android version 4.0.4
Baseband unknown
Kernel Version 3.1.10-Vegacream
Build number full_shuttle_userdebug 4.0.4 IMM76l
I was getting similar when I had Google+ and Google talk installed, removed then and I was fine.

So i have the droid pro, and when i discovered i had a system update available i un-rooted my phone and applied the update. The current system version is now "version.3.8.7xt610.Verizon.en.US" after this system update it blocks z4root [the way i originally rooted my phone] from working. Ive tried all versions of z4 and Ive also tried them multiple times. Ive been un-rooted for a while now waiting for a new way around this but nothing has turned up, so can anyone help me? Any information is more than appreciated.

Hello guys. I just had an unexpected problem. i finally managed to install custom firmware (miui to be exact) and i have A BIG PROBLEM!!!
When i press the power button, in order to lock in, my phone just shuts down!
I tried installing different versions of miui, I even installed CM to to test.. but problem still apears. This means i cant use any custom firmwares, except standart one.
I saw many comments, that people saying it works and etc. but mine lock in button just shuts down the whole phone.
The phone is stock bought, and what I did, is just installed CW on it.
P.S. I saw that one guy had the same problem, but with the u8800 not-pro model. He said that fixed firmware solved the problem. So what should i do? is it my phone's problem or custom firmware needs fix?
Huawei u8800pro
Android Version: 2.2.2
Kernel Version: 2.6.32.9-perf
Build number: 203026
Please, i beg you, help someone! Give atleast a tip or smth, I would appreciate any help.

Return to original froyo rom
Update to stock gingerbread b512 rom
Then install miui cm7 etc....
After the ICS upgrade what should my version number be? Several weeks back I loaded a leaked version of the ICS on my tablet. A few days ago I was looking around for a stock ROM in hopes of being back at stock so that I might receive the upgrade. Whew! There are a lot of versions out there. I chose one that looked the newest and applied it with no real problems.
Looking at my setting I show:
Kernel 2.6.39.4+
Image version Acer_AV041_A500_RV16RB02_WW_Gen1
Build number Acer_AV041_A500_0.009.00_WW_Gen1
Is this the latest version?
Also, I assume under device info "Device Info Version 1" means I'm Gen 1?
Thanks.

I have started seeing the following issues in my S4 GTi9500 (India firmware - I9500XXUHOC1) :
1. Long press Home button to access recent app cards has become too slow to repond when there are lot of app cards in there. [I have S voice disabled]. It is comparatively faster when there are maximum 3 or 4 recent app cards.
2. Scrolling through the recent app cards is too laggy and jittery like a video game running at only 10 fps.
phone has all the updates installed. Also the latest incremental update that was release a few days ago.I thought it would fix the issue but it did not.
What i have already tried :
1. Cache clear.
2. Factory reset.
3. clearing some phone storage.
NONE of this helped
Questions:
1. Are any of you also facing this issue on GTI9500? I have checked a nexus 5 and on it the recent app cards work flawlessly.
2 I have only updated using OTA. Would it help if I download the firmware from Sammobile and then use Odin to flash it again( I tried this for kitkat once, at that time was facing some issue with lock screen but it did not help.). So can flashing using Odin get rid of the issues?
3. I am pretty tired of samsung's updates so is there any stable CM lollipop available for GTI9500 exynos version? If npot is there any stable Kitkat build availabe? Please post the links if yes.
ANY solution to this problem would be appreciated. Tired of Samsung updates
it 's a known bug maybe in next update this issue will be solved
I've got the same issue on my i9505. So it's a common problem, I hope they will solve it soon
