How to change interface language on Windows Vista on Shift???

I have an italian version of windows vista.
I need help to change the interface language from italian to english.
And there is some English ROM for WinMo side?

pick Italy then go to support .... update or software some thing like that
then download the italian rom

WinMo 6.5 in different languages

Hi,
HTC relased some ROM's of WM 6.5 in different languages to HTC Rhodium device, the languages are English version, as well as German, Italian, Norwegian, French, Spanish, Finnish, Portugese, Swedish and Danish.
This ROM's can be ported to HTC Touch Viva?
I like a ROM like Microsoft Original OS without icons in the button bar and the original Start.

I have an HTC S521 Snap, and i'd like to know if there's any ROM with the spanish language included, or if someone could make a ROM in spanish.

wm official version 6.5 of T-Mobile Dash 3g is in English and Spanish. In this forum there is a rom in french of wm 6.1. But this has been to change the keyboard layout from AZERTY to QWERTY, in this can not help you.

Hi,
i think about to buy a English Version of the HTC HD2 . So my Question is, is it possible to install a language pack to change the GUI in the german language?
I think it is not a big problem, because the most customs ROMs are also english but if there is a language pack i would like to install it
