Anyone has a Greek ROM or a Greek language pack?
I just bought a device with 20 keys and flashed with the latest WWE rom from HTCAsia

Yes, it's English and it's working fine so far. English, French, Italian, German and Spanish language supported.

udK Diamond ROM Multilanguages

Ok guys, would you like my Diamond ROM (not the Vega) in others languages?
I think to translate first all in German and then in others languages, French, Spanish and others maybe.
Any suggestion is welcome

ROM with spanish language??

I have an HTC S521 Snap, and i'd like to know if there's any ROM with the spanish language included, or if someone could make a ROM in spanish.

wm official version 6.5 of T-Mobile Dash 3g is in English and Spanish. In this forum there is a rom in french of wm 6.1. But this has been to change the keyboard layout from AZERTY to QWERTY, in this can not help you.

I'm Searching for an HD2 Rom in my own Languide (Dutch)
now i make a poll For HD2 users that wants there own Languide on there HD2 with custom rom.

It would be great if there were cabs that could add fonts and keyboard support.
By the way, there is a slight problem with the poll. Chinese is the proper spelling. Also there are two variants of the language. China uses Simplified Characters (CHS), while places like Taiwan and Hong Kong still use Traditional Characters (CHT). Not knowing whether you mean CHT or CHS, I guess I can't vote in the poll.

The Asia WWE comes with chinese ime and font, including them in a cab will be nice.

And what about polish and other eastern european languages? It's really hard to find a proper ROM with these languages included...

CH = Chinese, T = Traditional, S = Simplified
And, that is right from Microsoft (I write and edit for Microsoft through one of Microsoft's PR vendors.) You must be aware that the encoding for traditional and simplified Chinese characters is not the same.

i need a chinese input cum read~~

I would like to see a finnish rom for hd2, I could do it myself if someone helps me out with it, i could allso translate other apps to finnish if someone is interested

althought most of the cook rom say is WWE but it dont have chinese support.. so it cannot say it that rom is a WWE rom

Maybe I am all confused and wrong, but I always thought that WWE = World Wide English. Can you explain to me what the relationship is between the Chinese language and WWE?

haha maybe i mis-taking i tot wwe will have chinese input in it..

Well, I do hope that this thread can produce some results. As I live in Taiwan, but am a native speaker of English, I want an English UI, along with support for traditional Chinese, and simplified Chinese would also be nice. I know there are official ROMS from HTC that support an English UI with Chinese support, but it would sure be nice to have some language cabs that we could install on custom ROMS.

Unfortunately the poll does not seem to be attracting a large interest.
I wonder if the poll included the following it might attract more participation, as it would be more inclusive. (The list comes from Microsoft)

I am in the same case than rlydiard I want to keep my english system (with also my french input) but I would like to be able to use traditional chinese with bopomofo or pinyin. Because I need it for Taiwan...
I am sure someone can cook a rom by extracting the chinese input from Taiwanese phone (for the bopomofo input) and add it to a european rom version. Can someone please try it ?

I just started a thread I am also in serious need of the ezInput with Chinese Simplified Support in a CAB file...
man that would make life soooo much nicer... man!!

A hungarian Rom would be nice. There is some official on the www.sunnysoft.com/htc webpage, but not for TMOUS phones.

I just create a new ROM and would like to know in what other languages it should be - except of English and German!

I had a system crash and all my data gone! So I had to start all over again ...
But the new Rom will be great!!!!!!!!!!

The translation into Portuguese would be awesome ...
But answer me one question:
You can put separately in other languages installation files? (Only MUI, Help files, and changes to the registry)?
I did the translation process manually and it worked very well.
Just leave the question why so could a single ROM with all the above languages ...

how about making that list of languages into a vote, people could click for one or more languages and vote just once, that would be much easier than actually counting the posts, plus many junior members that will use the rom will rather vote than post here.

Hello D! Great idea man. Thanks for giving us options. When shall we see this new ROM?
Sharing some thoughts with all.
IE Mobile as we all know isn't a real option. Shame on M$. I have an Opera Mobile 10 with integrated flash support thats working pretty good on my phone. Perhaps, it replaces IE very well, just lot larger in size. Aprox 6mb
Yahoo Messenger hasn't come up with anything for us yet, Anyone has a working application?

I'm gonna get a Blue Angel soon and, as far as i can see, there aren't so much updated italian ROMs, so, if you'd build one, i'll be very happy
