I just saw that gta3 can be played on galaxy y if technoduos rom is installed on gt s5360. i dont know very much about roms but can anyone make rom with similar configeration for gt s5360 coz technoduos causes network error on sgy. plz make gta3 work on sgy somehow.

i meant that go buy the original game... it works then.
We don't care from gta 3 especially.. we care about the technoduos rom
Because it can run all HD games on galaxy Y.. but the only problem is "no service"..

What is special on technodues rom? U can run hd games smoth at any rom,why technodues??
u can remove all unusefull apps from ur phone like maps,play store,talk and other system apps and user apps which u don't need..
put some ram tweak on your phone then play HD games with chainfire 3D then see,it will ran smoth.

Totally agree with you bro. There is nothing special in TD. The creator of that rom also owns a galaxy Y like us and if he knows about any trick to play HD games then he would have already released it.

Dude,why don't understand that rom doesn't play game.. well u r talking about gta3? U have to buy this game then it will work. And nova 2 also works...I tried asphalt 6 with cf3d and it run too laggy..and if u think that technduos can run all HD games,then request to the developer of that rom..

First of all sgy duos is a better phone than our phone so maybe that gives it the advantage. You clearly show that you dont know how to create roms, but I know about it and can say that there is nothing special in that rom. I am pretty sure that even the dev of that rom doesnt even know about the "special abilities" of the rom cuz he did not mention about it in the features. And please learn to read things before arguing! See the sign of the developer of that rom. It states:

I tried like 50 roms on my sgy and only TD can run them, so DON'T tell me nothing's special in that rom. And if you ask, the rom developer doesn't know anything special on TD because it's made for sgy duos.

I am not against this thread! But I am against your mindset. You guys dont have experience in making roms and keep saying stuffs like that. If you wanna port that rom then read a guide or such.. And xda is a free place, you cant restrict me bro! You should learn instead of arguing senior members.

Yup I agree with hell_lock.... and I'm TD user for around 2 months.. so I know what I'm saying.. HD games won't run well in duos either.. our phone is better only in camera.. nothing else.. even millan.sis (dev) never said HD games would run in it..
My assumption..
may be since you installed it in sgy and many things were not compatible.. that gave free space in ram as it couldn't load.. and may be game went good with more free ram.. but they are all lot of may be's...

It's better to do it on your own, rom creator listed all modifications witch links. If you want to make your sgy look-like iphone, just type ios in market, there are lots of mods and launchers there

So here you go what I have done till now!
Firstly i build a full ota fixing all issue's! Then tested rom
it booted but non of the sims nor wifi was working
secondly i fixed all smali releated to RIL the rom is not
booting the logcat says the jar is stale or corrupted! So
now fixing jars one by one android.policy has been fixed
need to test it! If it works I will fix other jar if it didn't then
have to see the main problem! So whoever is best in smali
please inbox me so that we can get miui asap!

Hey there, this morning, i was on Ace thread, looking for a CM Rom to port to our phone, then, i saw on the ace thread " 4.2.2 jb mr1 ..." i looked the thread then i saw a sweet rom AOKP based. I thinked " It should be great if we can port it to Galaxy Y " So i thinked about that all school time and, correct me if i'm wrong But aokp is like CyanogenMod i meant, i think we need first a Pure AOKP rom ( used as base ) then port the " 4.2.2 jb mr1 " rom from Ace. So there is my question : " Is there any way to build this " Pure AOKP " rom for our Galaxy Y ? " Simple questio, sorry if anyone think that's a newbie question. I've just a thing in mind

So i suppose it's kindly hard to build an AOKP rom because of the libs used in AOKP are from Quadcomm that's it ? Or no... ? However, i think The Galaxy Ace have approximatly the same hardware as a Y. ( maybe a Qualcomm CPU ) ?

Can you provide a link ? Seriously i really wish to see some AOKP based roms on our SGY ( specially this " jb 4.2.2 mr1 " ) on Ace thread. This rom provide great UI changes settings from AOKP, apk's shortcuts on Lockscreen etc.. i never saw that on a Galaxy Y rom. If i can help to Bring AOKP on our phone, it will be awesome, unfortunally i don't really know too much on Android Developpement, but ! If someone can learn me something about Dev. Huge Thanks to him.

Aw, i got it So if we take AOSP Gingerbread by Spacecacker as base, we can easily make a AOKP Rom by theme it and tweak it no ?
But we can't have all of the AOKP Settings right ?
Even if i know i Android Dev. We just net to add few codes and. Jar basically. The suestion is. " Do the .jar are fonctionnal on Galaxy Y ? " i don't think so isn't it ?

Let me correct you both.
Basically AOSP means pure android, compiled from AOSP Google source.
AOKP ROMs are based off AOSP, but include many mods and tweaks.
Some come from all over the place, hence the name 'kang'. They are compiled originally from AOSP sources but highly modified.AOSP is pure Google android.
AOKP is a custom ROM project, like CM based on AOSP.
We need an Ics AOSP first, then AOKP shall run. It's not so easy as you think.
I don't think it's easy man, don't say that i just thinked about that few times ago when i saw cool AOKP Roms one Ace or even high-end Android phone like the S3. Then i started to think and i was right when i said AOKP Roms need first a Stable base like CM's Roms
