My stock official firmware is a Telstra branded 2.3.6 australia and i tried to find it to flash it on phone to get boot normally but with no luck
I flashed another firmware from the link http://sbf.droid-developers.org/umts_jordanplus/list.php. Which was retailer AU for australia only then i got my phone back to boot normally but with no signal and phone in emergencey mode
Can anyone help my with Telstra branded frimware fro defy+ 2.3.6
Many Thanks

Try flashing Baseband Switcher from as mentioned in the link and change the frequency to Au Telstra.

HELP i want to flash stock rom

I have problem, what SBF i need to use to flash, i have Defy and stuck on motorola logo after installing ms2ginger v5 , now my only solution is to go in android stock recovery and that is it. My phone is from Croatia VIP carrier.. please help ! first version on phone is 2.2.2

Problem in downgrading from 4.3

I recently updated my stock rom to 4.3 version and then was facing some problems with rooting. so i decided to downgrade back to 4.2.2 stock but every time I tried to flash the md5 file via odin, it fails and shows unsupported version in download mode.
I went to a retailer and he flashed the 4.2.2 stock rom with another software (couldn't look properly which one). It wasn't odin. Can anyone tell me how can I downgrade from 4.3 via odin or let me know any other ways of doing so 'cause the rom I'd got installed from retailer didn't have network connectivity. I downloaded a fresh stock rom - 4.2.2 for my phone and it still gives the "unsuppoted version" error. I've already checked the version of stock rom and its the same that was running before all this mess...pls help..
Same story. Need help too.

i guess you have the I9500 variant,
you have the secured bootloader, you can only downgrade to MH1 4.2.2 only because it has the same bootloader. MH1 can be found in XFE or XFA South Africa firmware

Seeking KitKat SBF for XT905 (preferably Australian / Telstra)

Hi All,
I am looking for a KitKat based SBF for an Australian (Telstra) XT905.
If anybody is in a position to upload / share such an SBF that would be awesome!
Alternatively would it be possible to use an SBF from a different carrier, e.g.: Verizon, and then downgrade to the JB SBF that is already available.
My kernel is stuck at KK, but everything else is JB > this occurred because I used OTA updates (to KK) before 'zigging instead of zagging', long story short I just need to install some form of KK onto my XT905 (even if that means downgrading later!).
Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards,
Davo
