I wrote a induction, if everyone want to get a Note II
You can see this article to know some good or bad point of Note II
Thanks for your readingIntroduction of Galaxy Note Ii
Looks like a great write up. Lots of detail and nice photos. I don't speak/read Chinese and Google Translate only does an okay job. But from what I can tell, it looks nice.

Quite the interesting forum, a friend of mine recommended me here for all my Android needs. A brief story is as of last Sunday I'm a proud owner of the Samsung Galaxy Tab. After 4 years of using the Iphone I decided to convert to Android So far so good, although still getting used to the OS. It looks fairly simple, and more modifiable than the Iphone 4 which is good.
Passing on to the issue.
Model: SAMSUNG-SGH-i717 Galaxy Tab
I already rooted the phone it was quite simple Although don't really know the full potential of it or what I can actually do. Is it only just for changing OS roms?
I've been lurking through the forums regarding those different OS roms I can add after rooting, specially to get rid of those pesky AT&T annoying apps.
But I haven't found a you could say, convincing one in the threads. and I don't know which ones are the good, popular ones with the lesser bugs that work good with the Galaxy Tab.
I would appreciate it a lot if you guys could lead me to the right direction.
Thank you very much!
And pardon me for my noobness
wrong forum.
SGH-i717 is an AT&T Galaxy Note, not a Galaxy Tab.

Woops
Wooops, Sorry about that
I've replaced my excellant 7.7 with the excellant Nexus 10 which is the only Android tablet which is better for my needs than the 7.7 mainly because of the much better screen resolution.
If Samsung had updated the 7.7 with a similar screen resolution and added s-pen support then I would have bought another 7.7 for it is more portable.
However, with no sign of Samsung about to make the changes that I need then I decided to get the Nexus 10 in case the changes never appear.
I would just like to thank all on this forum for the support which helped me get the most from my 7.7.
The 7.7 is for me without doubt the best tablet ever made. I love mine and will never give it up. The form factor/ design is beautiful. With ics this baby is very useable and quick. It's a shame it never had the market it truly deserved.
I have since bought a note 10.1 - only for the wacom tech. Must be honest, i don't like the design of the note. Also the screen res while adequate is nothing to write home about. Overall, It just doesn't feel as "premium" as the 7.7.
The jellybean update on 10.1 has provided a killer feature - multiview.
I want too bothered with no jb for 7.7.. But nowthat i have used multiview i am really craving it for the darling 7.7.

hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Well send a big Thank you to Apple for killing the sales of the 7.7 worldwide, making it too expensive for Samsung to develop JB for it.
Lets just hope that CM can pick up the exynos sources one day.
If it comes out for the note hopefully it will come out for the 7.7, shouldn't be much work for them.
I'm deciding to buy wether a galaxy S4 or note 3 but IMHO Note 3 is too big for me.
I find Note 3 quite useful for productivity and business, but its bulkiness makes me discard it. (Price too)
But I would like to know if I could use some galaxy note apps in galaxy S4.
Is there any possibility to have them and install them in .apks? What a pitty we don't have a note mini with full pen functionality... (5")
thanks in advance! :fingers-crossed:

If you are asking, a port of S Note would be attempt worthy.

Agreed, no one has had hands on at home yet.
I'm pretty sure in a few weeks we will start to see some real reviews.
I guess I'll do a mini one when I get mines, since o can compare it side by side to my note 3.

A good looking review but in Russian. Wish someone would translate what she's saying about the Edge.

Well the timing is suppose to be metal.
PhoneArena's review of the Note Edge(reviewed 11/6/2014):
http://www.phonearena.com/reviews/Samsung-Galaxy-Note-Edge-Review_id3844
"In case you’re wondering what happens if you drop the phone on its edge, we should say that there is a metal frame that is slightly more protruded, so it would hit the ground first. This and the fact that Samsung has stressed that it uses a special, strengthened glass for the Note Edge, should be a reassurance."

i laughed at the pros and cons (same as the note 4)

Either your volume was to low or you speak softly. How is the Edge screen and is it worth a higher price than the Note 4?
One of the best/underrated reviewers on the net. Keep up the great work Lisa.

looks like a bunch of complaints. and silly opinion. the usual price beef... and more opinion. only his points 1, 2, 4, and 5 are valid. the rest is subjective.
I read this earlier and dismissed the entire article. It is clearly written by someone who has a dislike for the product IMO.
People did the same with the original Note and haters gonna hate... They are obviously not cool like me rocking my affordable, slick looking, one handed operating, sweet Note Edge. *shrug*

Read it, seen the same review on YouTube. This is not the device for everyone. My oldest wants my edge, he wants to upgrade in February to get it, youngest, she is happy with my old Note 3. I'm trying to talk my son into the Note 4, I can't let him have the same device as me.
