The damaged bezel is part of the frame assembly. This is best replaced as an assembly with the screen/digitizer. So there is no easy or inexpensive fix... look here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eo93EF7rVIw&feature=g-user-u and here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Samsung-G...K_Replacement_Parts_Tools&hash=item3f1d0e7563

Thanks. Now what would be the parts I would need to replace this?

Sounds like you dislodged a ribbon cable somewhere or damaged the LCD, so either open up the phone or send it back to T-Mobile, sending it back would probably be better because taking this phone apart is a royal pain in the ass

Earpiece defect?

I got my s4 on monday and just realized that there are metal pieces under the earpiece holes that I cant get out. I tried a dust cleaner and even a really small pin that fits and when I push down I cant even get it to move as dirt would. 3 of the holes have this issue. Any ideas on what I can do? You can see in the picture below

Charging Cable Pins

Hi. Can someone look at the usb cable that came with the galaxy s4 (the end the connects to the galaxy s4) and see if all the gold pins are there? I notice that I have one line of pin missing from inside the cable. I wonder if it was like that or my was damage somehow. Thanks.

Also there are photos of the keys so do you think that yours are loose you can fixit using some rubber tape.
One question about screen replacement!
The screen is attached to the chassi of the phone with tape:
How can you spit the 2 parts?
Thanks
