Sounds like you dislodged a ribbon cable somewhere or damaged the LCD, so either open up the phone or send it back to T-Mobile, sending it back would probably be better because taking this phone apart is a royal pain in the ass

I did the Captivate "Silver Speaker Mod" Instead of using my fingernail I used a Small knife to scratch side to side. Revealing the silver. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=873276

I'd rather go all black. If I could figure out how to get rid of "Sprint" and "SAMSUNG" and force the touch buttons to stay dark, that would be the direction I would go.

I should try this since Im already a pro at sctratching the cheese off my nutz... But Im a fan of it being black,so I guess its time to scratch off the gorilla glass to get to Sprint and Samsung,time to wipe those names right off this phone for good.

whats going on here?? it just started doing it. screen loads really slowly and ends up like this then eventually or sometimes will go normal :S
Looks like a defective screen or the ribbon cable might be loose/damaged.

Either that or it could be artifacting due to your gpu being messed up.

it is loose and all ours are loose. that's what you get when you have a slider phone. live with it. After all SE said it is normal when i contacted them.

Some sliders have a tight slide. It's just the way SE built them which I hate. I'm sure they can do better.
Some people have added rubber sticky things behind the screen/the corners near the PS certification logo and start button to make it tight when closed.

The damaged bezel is part of the frame assembly. This is best replaced as an assembly with the screen/digitizer. I got my s4 on monday and just realized that there are metal pieces under the earpiece holes that I cant get out. I tried a dust cleaner and even a really small pin that fits and when I push down I cant even get it to move as dirt would. 3 of the holes have this issue. Any ideas on what I can do? You can see in the picture below
