I was with the Rom "ussrv8" until then.
However, he left an update of your kernel, so I installed the updated kernel
After installing, the device usually called, functioned normally for a few minutes .. Approximately 40 .. But, out of nowhere he hung up, and now just restarts endlessly
I can not go into recovery mode, and also not to get into the download mode, as the unit is not restarting.
But once I managed to get into download mode, I managed to install the stock ROM, but the problem remains ..
Oh and when you turn the image no longer appears "Galaxy y GT-S5360"
Aperece a message in blue saying "Logo _LTN_B.jpg 'draw failed
PLEASE HELP ME OUT ! I'M DESPERATE !

try odin once again..
I think.it will help
rooting is new for me...and i am noob to root...
Download a new firmware by Doky then try to reflashing it again.
But i think some of our dev/friends here in XDA were gonna help you
or if not contact Samsung Care Center.
Try with Odin once more but this time include totoro file(along with PDA,MODEM nd CSC)-maybe this will work.
I was using totoro before with no problem-in ur case this could be the right thing
Good luck man !!!!:good:
NEVER include PIT file or tick repartition. Just make sure you are flashing the right way. Make sure you have all the drivers required. Download the latest regional firmware from doky73's thread and follow the instructions there.

Hi mate,
Lets go step by step.....
If you can get into recovery you can get into download...
1. Press and hold Volume Down, Home and Power buttons at the same time.
2. Release the buttons when you get the warning message.
3. Now press Volume Up button to confirm.
after you are in download mode lets flash a stock rom back in you can follow this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2265477
or go to sammobile and get the latest one from your country
http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/
same one you had or newer ,
Another option would be ....
Take external sd out of your phone and use any posible adapter or device so you can use you pc to place a custom rom in....now place it back in your phone and from cwm instal the custom rom...
Stop panicing. This is basic rom flashing.
Just flash a custom rom from within cwm.

I don't think it is the buttons problem because when I try to enter the recovery mod the blue text appears on top left, do u have any idea what hardware-wise could be the problem ?
Did you try flashing the stock recovery in ODIN? If you can make it work do a factory reset then try flashing a stock ROM again. It sounds like something is corrupted, I have had the same problem many times and stock recovery can always fix it with a factory reset.

hi
running out of ideas...
did you try what post 8 said?
when you flashed the stock rom did you used a newer or same type of rom you had in the device? Odin will not let you flash stock rom with older bootloaders than the one that the device has.
Flash a stock firmware again, but this time, flash a PIT file at the same time as the stock ROM. Make sure to get the right PIT file for your phone model.
Remember to add the PIT file to Odin - If you flash your phone with repartition checked and no PIT file selected, you will break your phone!!
If you've been using custom ROMs, chances are that their partition layout is not a stock layout, and that would explain why flashing a stock ROM isn't working for you..

I really dunno much about these things, can you provide me with the right PIT file? that'd be so much appreciated mate
To be honest mate, if you don't know what you're doing you really shouldn't be messing around with pit files. Please read up before flashing stuff.. Here's a good link for you:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2265477
And here's your file, for when you're ready for it..
https://www.dropbox.com/s/t1lvy5oa5mxk3xh/I9505_pit_file.zip?dl=0
Flash the pit file at the same time as the stock firmware. If it still doesn't work then flash the pit file on its own after you've installed the stock firmware.
But most importantly, have a good read of that thread I linked you to.
Please post back, let me know how it goes..
Hello.
I have a problem with my S4 i9500. I've successfully rooted it and flashed custom recovery. But I'd also like to install custom rom on it, and there is where problem begins. Every time I flash rom and reboot it stucks at boot logo. I've tried it with Philz and TWRP recoveries and three different kitkat AOSP based roms. But the situation looks the same every time, despite waiting over 15-30 minutes the system doesn't boot properly, it stucks at boot logo. Creating backups and restoring stock rooted rom works flawlessly however with both recoveries.
I've also tired twice to install rom without doing factory reset before and then it goes trough boot logo, however stucks at "android is being actualised" window or something like that.
I hoped to get rid of ugly and slow touchwiz from my phone as fast as possible, but with no succes so far. What am I doing wrong?
Sorry for possible mistakes, english is not my first language.

It should just work.
- Is your bootloader up to date?
- Running latest modem?
- Try not to flash it from your external sd but from your internal.
- Use something like Airdroid to transer the files from your laptop to your phone. I find it more reliable then cabled.
- Redownload the rom again.
- Use TWRP recovery. The rest is outdated.
- Make sure to properly wipe in the recovery. Maybe even wipe your internal storage (/data).
That's what comes to mind.

How do I check bootloader version and update it if necesarry?
I tried flashing both from internal and external memory, with te same result (no success).
Also, I didn't transfer roms form PC, I downloaded them directly to my phone. I did it the same way with my older phones and never had an issue like this.

I was unable to get airdroid working correctly. I'm not sure if it wasn't because of SD restrictions on Kitkat. Maybe this causes my problem as well? I also realized that many file related operations like renaming a folder, deleting files and even downloading it is unsuccessful unless I use stock samsung app. I've transferred the rom later via USB cable and flashed, but the problem still occurs.

Please can anyone help? "Kernel is not seandroid enforcing" N910C Apologies in advanc
Hi,
I realise that this is a common problem and that the usual response is "go read"
Here's the short version:
Bought the phone secondhand ROM installed is some varient of 5.1.1 afaik, tried to back up the ROM before trying otrher ROMS, CWM didn't work - read some threads - tried TWRP which seems to be installed, got into a boot loop, read some more threads - tried to install glamour S6 from TWRP, nothing happened now getting "Kernel is not seandroid enforcing"
Absolutely no idea where to start - I've had android phones before and always successfully rooted and installed ROMS before.
If anyone could help I would be very grateful as I don't want to make it even worse.
TIA....

Yes, possibly...
However, what I did was try to back up the supplied ROM first.
So that I would be less likely to bugger it up
I'm not sure that it has the OEM ROM tbh.

I don't think I can flash anything at the moment ?

Not sure where or how to start

Can I do anything useful from there ?
TIA...
well, by flashing i meant downloading a frimware from sammobile or... and using odin to install the stock rom , dont let that "kernel not seandroid enforcing" get on you nerve that one doesnt really matter , only way to solve your prob is to install a stock frimware...
about the slow download speed try searching the latest frimware name on google and a direct link from another download site might probably come up...

Hi,
I'm in the UK, though it did say Poland in the settings (can't access them now) it also mentioned the united arab emirates ?
I don't think I can find the PDA if the phone won't boot ?

i bought the phone when i was in india and i flashed the ROM which was released in some other country. Now im in saudi. Its working for me perfectly.
I guess the only solution for your problem is to download a stock version and flash using Odin. Then you can start trying other ROMs and so.
It will work 100% for sure.
Thanks.

Hi,
I could really do with being pointed in the right direction.
I am trying to get a working ROM onto a N910C - nothing I've tried so far is even close to working.
The N910C has WKRP installed now, which I am not familiar with, having only used CWM before.
Will this work ? http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/samsung-releases-android-5-1-1-ota-update-galaxy-note-4-sm-n910c-1517429
Can I install from TWRP ?
How do I tell if a ROM is compatible ?
Is there any way of telling if on of these might be work ? http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/SM-N910C/
Still very stuck
TIA...

Download this. This is the latest Lollipop ROM for SM-N910C. Download and flash this using Odin.
Vol down + Home Button + Power Button, Then connect the phone to the Pc and flash with odin.
If its confusing for you then READ THIS tutorial. Read completely and follow the instructions . . . this will work because i used the same method.

Hi,
Thanks that's what I've been trying to do, downloaded 3 ROMs before you suggested that one. Finally worked out that unzipping them in windows was causing errors (reason unknown) switched to a different zip program and the ROMs are ok now. Still wouldn't install in Odin, switched to a different PC - same problem - bought a new quality USB lead and I've now installed the ROM suggested by you, I don't know whether the other ROMs would have installed as I didn't try with the new USB cable.
All the operations in Odin carried out successfully, I've now got a slightly different problem - when Odin finished, the phone booted:
"Samsung Galaxy Note 4" "powered by Android" then just SAMSUNG logo in the middle of the screen with some music - then back to the "Samsung Galaxy Note 4" "powered by Android"
I've had to take the battery out to stop the bootloop - I have looked for answers to this: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23501681358554645
I'm a bit reluctant to randomly try fixes in case I make it worse ?
If anyone can help me out of the boot loop ?

Maybe the version that your phone was running was "coj5" Build of 5.1.1. this is the latest build of 5.1.1 and it basically locks down your phones bootloader you can't flash any old 5.1.1, 5.0.1 or 4.4.4 firmwares just go to http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/SM-N910C/PAK/ and download the top firmware which is coj5. flash it and it might take you out of the bootloop (do a factory reset first) it will lock your bootloader to run only 5.1.1 or newer builds but since you have already tried other roms i think its worth it atleast you will have a working phone. (don't worry about csc being PAK it does not have any additional bloat)
Just in case it's of any help to anyone in the future.....
The unzipping problem was down to unzipping inside windows - as soon as I used winrar, no more corrupt files.
The install from Odin problem was down to a knackered USB cable.
Many thanks to Captain Droid and everyone else.
I got out of the last bootloop by repeatedly wiping the caches, after about 3 wipes it booted and seems to be running ok...
I'm very pleased to have it working again
Is there's a safe/best way to try other ROMs or is it a case of best leave alone ?
Less bloatware would be nice - or is there a way to properly remove some of it ?
I have N910CXXU2COL2_N910COLB2COL1_THL installed atm
What's the best currently available custom ROM for the N910C ?
Do not be afraid to ask dumb questions; they are easier to handle than dumb mistakes
Is there any obvious reason why Rom Manager can't install a custom recovery with this Rom ?

Hi,
I've installed this and am grateful to have a working ROM. I thought that after installing this, I would be able to install other ROMs ?
I would like to back up EFS and the current install before trying to install another ROM, ROM Manager won't work, so I have tried to back up EFS from Philz Touch Recovery, that hasn't worked either. It couldn't write to SD1 but claimed to have written to the phone, but hadn't.
I've also tried to install Sixperience from Philz, without any success - another bootloop. I eventually managed to reinstall the THL ROM via Odin.
Is it possible to back up EFS from the THL ROM ?
Can I install sixperience from Odin ?
Is sixperience the best ROM to try ?
TIA.....

Hi,
I realise that this is a common problem and that the usual response is "go read"
TIA....
