New Play Store 3.10.10 Update - EVO Shift 4G General

The new Play Store is out. Several new tweaks as almost always. I've also attached it below for a quick download. I will try to keep this thread Updated with the latest version . The link is where you will get the information about the changes.
Latest Google Play Store 3.10.10

Real shame... Scroll down the list, remove an app, and it puts you back at the top of the list... Which sucks, considering the number of apps I want to remove and the fact it goes back all the way to October 23, 2008.
That's also annoying when simply browsing apps.

You can multi select apps....hold on an uninstalled app you want to remove and it will allow multi select, then remove all with icon in upper right corner.

Same for me . I just installed and go. But sometimes because of all the variables you have to make adjustments.

Multi-select works fine on my ICS tablet, but not on my GB (CM7) based Shift. Maybe that is a feature for newer Android versions?

But seriously, I never seem to have time to surf and find all the important stuff. When you post stuff like this it just makes my life that much easier. So glad google's finally letting you delete apps from the history too. I've been very selective about what I'm installing lately just cuz I dont want that lingering laundry list.

Always here to help

Thanks for posting up

Requiring a G+ account seems a bit excessive, but I guess its so people don't put reviews just for the sake of posting something.

How about a Titanium Backup of the APK for us non Nexus owners? Pretty please?
Sure wish I was seeing it in the Market with my N1. (Especially since I have a Google Apps account that they haven't migrated yet, so I can't use the web-based Market to install)
EDIT: Never mind. A search for "Netflix" brought up about 60 apps, of which the true Netflix app was about 60% of the way down the list. You'd think an app with the search term in both the app name and the developer name might rise to the top!

WP7Android Project On The Market!

Hey,
For those of you who don't know, the WP7Android Launcher Lite version has been released on the Android Market right now! check it out, and for those who wants to get the full version which has MUCH more than the Lite one, it can be found at www.wp7android.com/shop/
Other apps like the WP7 Contacts and the WP7 Phone and Zune are available too!
and they have integration with the launcher, and as I have read, they will have full integration with each other soon!
One more thing! On their forum, there is a section for themed apps, like facebook, message app, etc. Here is the link to the Facebook theme! http://wp7android.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=28
Cool beans! I'm gonna check it out and see how it is....
Thanks brode! For sure downloading this as we speak!
yeah it really has some cool apps, plus you don't have to swich OS's to try the UI out.
I have been following and working on this project for months now and it's a great concept, great developers, great support and is coming together nicely!
I have shown this project to many people and everyone has loved it and are encouraged for the final product(s)!
Keep up the great work and I really hope there will be a good following!
I'm just waiting on the WP7 Gallery and E-mail to be released.
looks nice will dowload the launcher and visit the website!

We are reworking the math on the scrolling of the zune app as I type you're right, that was the only issue all testers reported. It will be fixed in the next release.
Just want to say thanks for the support guys, and remember, we are not just looking for money if you want to test .. banners, signatures, publicity at all I'd accepted as contributing. We need to spread the word now more than ever. Pm me if you have promotion ideas or anything that can help.
PS.... we are about to release the lockscreen and its AWESOME.
Thanks again guys. I never thought I'd see the day when random keyboard warrioirs could go to XDA and flame REAL developers for what they do .. astonishing. But thanks to everyone else!
We are trying real hard to get lite versions of everything on the market . But they will be LITE.
Thanks again.

Touchscreen works in ICS now (Alpha rom available)

Looks like PreludeDrew has figured out how to make the touchscreen work on the Evo 4G, for Ice Cream Sandwich, according to his tweet;
"@EndLesEVO Touchscreen works for the Evo 4G on Ice Cream Sandwich."
Just thought I'd pass along the good news. No mention of roms ready just yet, but this looks to be a fantastic step in the right direction.

It may have been done personally to keep it from going off task and starting 'drama'. I'm sure it'll re-open upon their next alpha/beta/update release.
His rom is so close to usable all we need is camera and no reboots
Then we can start throwing in stuff like bottom status bar and toggling ICS soft keys
I'm usig alpha 3 right now

Me neither. I am enjoying it.
I haven't had any reboots, but it runs really slow for me, once thats taken care of I'll give it a test run for a few days of use
Don't forget to turn off vibrate on touch/ keypress in the sound and keyboard settings. Helps a little but still lags.
Hoping they closed the alpha thread because the beta is close.
Aside from the camera and lag, most everything works. Typing this connected to my wifi while listening to Pandora on my bluetooth headphones.
