The answer is simple:
it's from the TeamWin Projects website => Here TWRP 2.2 - Asus Transformer TF300T(G) page
Download - via Goo Manager
Installs via goo manager are currently unavailable due to different builds being required on ICS vs JB.
Click to collapse
and for TF700, you can: TWRP 2.2 - Asus Transformer Infinity TF700T page
Android App Install Method (Preferred):
Download the GooManager app from either location:
Market Link
Direct Download
Install the app and open it. Tap menu then hit Install OpenRecoveryScript. Tap Yes. Verify that the filename displays your device's code name and hit Yes. The file will download and your device will install the recovery automatically.

The issues are different in TF700 and with TF300. So we must waiting one solution from TeamWin for our TF300

[UNROOT]The easiest unrooting method

I tested this out with both the transformer and slider. No need to do anything complicated.
ASSUMPTION:
You have CWM installed.
INSTRUCTION:
(1) Download the latest firmware from asus website.http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&p=20&s=16&m=Eee%20Pad%20Transformer%20TF101&os=32
(2) Unzip it. Inside, you should find another zip file. Place that zip file on your micro sdcard.
(3) Plug in your micro sdcard. Go into CWM.
(4) Wipe data/ factory reset, wipe cache partition, wipe davik cache.
(5) Flash in the zip file you just got from the asus website.
(6) Once restarted, you will be back on non-rooted stock rom and stock recovery.
Yeah eyesoftsys posted the same thing a while back

No. Unless u go back to a stock rom that is not able to be rooted. The hc 8.6.5.21 is the only stock rom that can't be rooted I believe.

Use RecoveryInstaller to flash CWM recovery.
With CWM recovery you can flash ROMs.

Download and install this app. Run the app and grant superuser access. Then flash the custom recovery. This will install cwm recovery. Then go to the development section and browse the custom roms. Download the rom of your choice, place on sd card, boot into recovery (shut down, then hold the volume down key and power key, then when prompted on screen, press the volume up key) Before flashing a new rom, u will want to do a full wipe first. (back up any needed data first) You will want to install from zip file. Choose the rom you downloaded, and now you have a custom rom installed.
Worked great

This worked perfectly and it fixed my USB issue from flashing the repacked ICS update. I love that Asus made the App Backup tool so I could just restore all my apps without Titanium!! So awesome!! Thanks again!
This isn't working for me? when i install the .zip from the asus website it says its completed installation but when i boot the tablet back up nothing has cahnged and CWM remains ??? is it because i have a tf101g? Ive also tried flashing stock asus recovery and it seems to work but then when i reboot i still have CWM ??
Will this work if I flash the German over rooted ww-version?
Can't believe it will be that easy also I don't wanna brick my tab.

You could always just flash stock recovery, update and the reinstall CWR. Stock recovery is on the Unlockr site. Think Luna_666 has a link in his Epic Noob Guide.
Btw don't forget OTA rootkeeper to preserve your root. Hehehe.

Overcoming signature verification failed on Asus ICS Bug Fix of 14-Mar-2012
I posted the solution to this on the following thread (Post 4):
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1545806
The solution is to revert to the ASUS Stock Recovery.
Follow the instructions at the foll. URL to download and install ONLY the ASUS Recovery :
http://theunlockr.com/2011/11/28/how...s-transformer/
Download the stock Asus Recovery image
http://www.mediafire.com/?idl99woou4yc3ay
Restoring Stock Asus Firmware and Recovery:
Reboot into ClockworkMod (CWM) Recovery by turning off your device, holding Vol- and Power buttons until the screen turns on, and then press the Vol+ button when prompted.
Recommended Step: Navigate and select “backup and restore”. Then choose “backup”. This will backup your current configuration and is just recommended because you should ALWAYS make a backup before modifying anything using CWM Recovery.
Installing the stock Asus Recovery image:
Navigate to and select “install zip from sdcard” then select “choose zip from sdcard”. Now navigate to and select the location where you placed the file labeled “8239USrecovery.zip” and confirm that action on the next screen.
After this you will be able to apply the update.
Please note: applying this update will lose root; to root it again, follow instructions at foll. URL :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...php?p=21007398
Remember to choose Option 1 (ONE) for the Asus TF101.

[ROOT][GUIDE]Install Recovery and Root from V10.4.2.13 US or coming from ICS[GUIDE]

Dear Asus Transformer TF300T users,
If you are on ICS and coming to Jellybean or already running the Official V10.4.2.13 from ASUS
Asus released the Jellybean update in the United States. Here is a guide which will let you:
- Prepare your tablet for the Jellybean update
- Update your tablet to Jellybean software
- Install recovery and give you root access
- [Optional] Remove bloatware from your tablet
- [Optional] Speed up your tablet using tweaks
Ensure that you Bootloader is already unlocked before you start
== Part 1 - Prepare the tablet ==
First we need to install the V10.4.2.13 US update to be able to upgrade to the Jellybean software, then we will do the actual upgrade to Jellybean.
1) Download the US V10.4.2.13 update: Asus support site
2) Put the file on your tablets internal storage - You put the extracted file you just downloaded from ASUS, so when download completes, extract V10.4.2.13 and place on Internal Storage
3) Got to recovery and make a backup
4) In recovery do to a factory reset and wipe dalvik cache
- TWRP recovery: Wipe => Dalvik Cache and Wipe => Factory reset
- CWM recovery: Factory reset and Advanced => Wipe Dalvik Cache
5) Flash the US_epad-user-10.4.2.13.zip file
Don't install a custom recovery after doing this step. The Jellybean update will only be automatically launched with stock recovery
6) Reboot into your tablet and enable "USB-debugging" and "Unknown Sources" in settings
7) Connect your tablet to your pc
== Part 2 - Install recovery and rooting ==
Let's start with installing the recovery
1) Download these 2 files:
- Jellybean recovery with fastboot files: Fastboot files + JB recovery
- Root files: Root Files
- You can also download the new CWM Touch recovery if you don't like TWRP: CWM Touch recovery thread
2) Extract the recovery with fastboot files zip and open a command prompt in the same folder of the adb and fastboot files (Shift + Right mouse)
3) Reboot into the bootloader of your tablet, type: adb reboot bootloader
4) When your tablet has reached the bootloader navigate with volume down to the usb icon and press volume up to confirm.
5) To flash the recovery type:
- TWRP: fastboot -i 0x0b05 flash recovery tf300t-jb.blob
- CWM: fastboot -i 0x0b05 flash recovery CWM-Touch.blob
6) A blue bar will appear and the recovery will be installed, when the blue bar is filled press volume up + power button to reboot into the tablet.
Now we will root the tablet
7) Copy Superuser-3.2-RC3-arm-signed to the internal storage of your tablet. then reboot into the bootloader again.
8) This time you need to select the RCK icon with volume up to enter the recovery image.
9) In recovery flash Superuser-3.2-RC3-arm-signed and reboot into the system
10) Install Supersu from Google Play
11) Open up Supersu, it will ask you to update the binary, choose yes.
12) Now your tablet should be rooted
You can now install a Custom JellyBean ROM
== credits ==
-sparkym3 - I GOT THIS INFORMATION FROM HIS THREAD and JUST USED THE PARTS I NEEDED
- eyeballer for TWRP recovery
- untermensch for CWM recovery
- sparkym3 for his automated rooting toolkit
- Redefined301 for his guide
Good Luck
I just went through some pain staking hours of difficulty but once I got some help and a starting point it was easy after this, make sure you have adb and fastboot working on your computer already. You will need this to flash recovery. Hope this simplifies the process for you all
I will be on CleamRom 2.5 JellyBean

It may work, I do not see why it wouldn't. You are pushing SU from Recovery so if recovery says its successful during the flash, then you should have SU. Once you boot check for SU and open the app so it can update binaries, once that does test apps that rquire root and if SU grants privelages than your good. If it doesn't grant the app priveledges, do a reboot and try again after the table boots up
Sorry to sound daft, but can I use this on a stock version 4.1? I bought my tf300 off ebay & it was already updated.

Yes I did this from a stock 4.1 Asus update. You must unlock your bootloader first, there is an Asus bootloader unlocker In the app store than just follow the guide once you have the bootloader unlocked. [Q] Acer A500 rooted do I need ICS Unlocked Bootloader? Descriptive info inside.

Iconia has been rooted for awhile now. But after installing custom Kernel and Rom on my Galaxy S2, I want to do it for my A500.
Prep work that is already done.
Rooted
Acer Recovery Installer v3.03 downloaded and bought.
Installed CWM rev1.7 by thor2002ro (for ICS Bootloader) via Acer Recovery Installer
Mind you I have rebooted since the Acer Recovery Installer installed.
My main question is in two parts.
1. Do I need to perform the ICS Unlocked Bootloader with what I have?
2. If yes to above. Is there an automated APP for this? Or. What would be the best guide you would recommend? I have found many and would like to follow the best guide I can.

You need the unlocked bootloader to flash cwm...and no this does not count as 'rooting' or 'being rooted' that is a different process.
You will need ICSRoot by blackthund3r for root access unless you decide to flash a custom rom which is pre-rooted...

Thank you very much for your reply. I actually figured it all out last night. So, now I am running Flexreaper latest. But, odd enough for me I now have a new problem. I searched google for hours last night to no avail. I cannot install apk files (works through market), bit I cannot install through Astro or root browser light.
It would appear CWM rev1.7 by thor2002ro is also no lonfer installed via Acer Recovery Installer. I have tried installing apk from downloads, system/app, external sd, it just is not working. Any idea why? I get "parse error. there is a problem parsing the package" or it tries to install and i get "X Application not installed".
Do you have any clue why this is happening and how to fix it? Same this with my galaxy s 2.

You don't need to worry about the correct version of twrp.
Just go to the playstore and download "goomanager" and it will automatically
download and flash the correct version for your phone.
Once you download and open the app click the menu key on your phone and
select "installopenrecoveryscript" and then it will ask you if you are sure, click
yes then wait until it gets done flashing.
After it's done, you will be able to go into the twrp custom recovery mode provided
that your phone is rooted.
Good luck!

You can download "Goomanager" directly from your phone's browser or
from your computer's browser.
Here is the download link: http://www.downloads.ws/download/apk/com.s0up.goomanager.v2.1.2.apk

Remember that it's faster to click the "THANKS" button than it is to type "thank you"!
