I live in spain I wanted to order of of amazon(damm you guys have cheap stuff) would anyone recommend amazon? Experiences?
They're about 400€ a pop.

Browsing, books, videos the usual crap...
I dislike apple in general(read:hate with a passion) only they can charge 40bucks for a friggin sheet of plastic) and I can't think what I'll use It for other than games I have a ps3 for that...
I put it on the list mainly for.......yeah I got nothing... forget it change it for like the acer iconia tab

Well if those are my only options then I would choose the xoom but I'm biased. I own one. I think the Asus might be a good buy but seems doomed to fail with low stock. If you can possibly wait 2 months then you'll have more honeycomb tablet options. Google is rumoured to have a nexus tablet in the works, possibly from Toshiba and could be THE tablet!! But in the meantime, I'm absolutely loving my xoom.

There is speculation over that.
I liken the Xoom to Android Dev Phone 1, or the G1, same phone really.
In other words, we're the first - but not THE device of Google. Right now, it's the "Apple of Google's Eye" D) - for now.

I will be as soon as I know a release date for Nexus Prime. For tmobile that is.
...On a side note, I don't care about your speculations as to whether it is or is not coming out for tmobile. I DON'T CARE. We will find out later that is all anyone can say.

I sure hope it does, looks cool. I've read a couple of reviews on it. So best of luck.

I suggest waiting just a few more days before buying anything, Panda. There are going to be tons of people trying to sell their Nexus S once the Prime is announced... including me!

I'll be selling mind around the 12th. It's got normal wear and tear on the back cover and chipped surround on the top. I think you can get them replaced for like 11 bucks, saw it on here a while back. Where are you located?

j just got it in august when best buy had it on sale so the only damage is my fingerprints lol

As an owner of an NS since day 1 of BB release I highly recommend you spend your money on ANY non samsung smartphone. Nexus S being no exception. I've been hanging on as long as I can for an ICS device although now looking at the UI I'm strongly thinking about going Verizon and Bionic. I can't wait to relinquish my NS. What a POS.

Just for clarification the nexus s is a pure google experience, no touchwiz or htc sense. I'm all over this, that's why I like the ns.

I got this tablet last deal go around. ICS is right around the corner.
At toshiba forums you have around 5 custom roms to choose from.

Galaxy Tab7" 2 - (Update - bought one)

I've been checking out the development for ROMs for the Samsung galaxy tab two recently, looks like there's a lot of work going on over there.
Has anyone here messed with one in person? Or is or anyone here that is gotten rid of their OG galaxy tab to go with the new one? If so what are your opinions and thoughts?
I'm thinking about picking one up at Costco to screw around with it to replace my current one, but I'm not seeing Sbradymobiles mods, and that makes me a sad panda. Lol
I'm needing large icons for my usage in my car, and Sbradymobiles mods make the og tab work pretty good a an in dash device.

Unfortunately the nexus 7 really isn't an option right now. This is an in dash setup in my car.
On my current setup I've got over 18 gigs of music, podcasts, and video.
If a verified method to use external storage and charge at the same time comes around for it, I would probably go with it.

I picked one up yesterday at Costco, 90 day return window so I should have plenty of time to see if it meets my needs.
I'll be running the og tab still, but with development falling off so much, and the numerous bugs I've reported (at 240 dpi), I figured I'd give this one a chance.

It has no radio for data, only WiFi... best you could expect in terms of using it as a phone would be to use Skype or something similar!

There are already a ton of resources on this and posts in these very forums BUT in short, yes. Now I'd suggest doing a search to find out why

Opinions are like... well you know what they are like.
With that said, I know I personally haven't used my phone except for calling when I have my Nexus 7 around.
Definitely recommend it.
