What does this device typically score on antutu running at 1.5? I am looking at picking up this device just seeing what it could do. Thanks

Can a kernel get me higher?

Hey just got the antutu bench mark.
3900 with the device clocked at 1ghz
Sure the kernel can get it higher....I've seen 5k somewhere...with the tab clocked at 1.6 ghz

Well i got the device and tweaked the kernel.

Have you not seen the above posts?
These benchmarks were performed with a CPU clock of 1.2-1.4 Ghz
There is more to it than just increasing voltage.

Lizard....Brilliant numbers.
I did not think possible to hit 7g mark.
That its at about 43% the performance numbers for quad core processor tabs.
Most impressive.
Question:
How long did you keep your tab in the freezer before bench testing?

While running quadrant I checked the system info and it said my atrix only has one core I know it has two but is this beca us e quadrant isnt supporting dual core yet?

probably because android isn't supporting dual core yet, not just quadrant.

Actually android does support dual core. Quadrant does NOT bench both cores, just one. If you'd like a multi core bench I recommend smart bench 2011.

The thing to note is the 32GB expansion. That is a HUGE selling point. My guess is that these will also be flying off the shelf.

Nook has the same proc, and it's successfully overclocked to 1200 MHz. Is't enough for you?
BTW, there're rumors Nook prepares Nook 2 with Icecreame Sandwich, and the same price 199$...
Let's see.
Kobo Vox
Indeed I agree with the other post here: the fact that the Kobo Vox has an micro SD expansion slot is huge. From what I've seen from some of the reviews this point has been completely missed.

You know setting CPU higher then 1.5 won't make a difference? We still have an issue with overclock, I have the same problem in my kernel (not yet released)
Probably AVS automatically throttles down CPU.

At the same clock speed of the Galaxy S4, you get the same benchmark result.
One more hint that this S4 Pro is just an underclocked Snapdragon 600, no more, no less.

I have an S4 and I don't think there is anyway my Nexus 7 can hit an 11k quadrant or a 26k Antutu at 1.9ghz. I believe there must be something else different like ram or something. Otherwise I would agree it is an underclocked S600.

Using Cleanrom + ElementalX kernel I get about 12.5K on 3Dmark
Elementalx @ 1.9ghz on cm nightly. CPU running like a champ at this speed for 24 hours without a problem. Might try pushing it higher to see what it's limit is.
