Re: [ROM] DiXperia 2 'Everlasting' | Performance. Stability. Experience. | 04.09.2012
Does the fix battery under installation mean wipe battery stats? Cause I can't find it in dooms cwm! Also does baseband 36 work with this rom as recommended for doomkernel?

Yeah it means Wipe Battery Stats . And about baseband - I think you should update it, look on my thread cause DooMKernel works on other higher baseband without any problems too - maybe that's the problem.

Instruction
@ DikeJ , after I install Primary DiXperia 2 ROM (DiXperia 2 'Everlasting'.zip) at CWM Recovery how I install .zip file like SE Stuff, Google Stuff ?, are they same way as I install the ROM by CWM Recovery ?, I very new at android

Yeah, they're the same . But why asking here, instead of head development topic, or making some discussion thread in General yourself?

[Q] upgrading ROM ?

is it possible to upgrade ROM (like 2.3.3 to 2.3.7) without wiping the memory. If so tell me the procedure for it .
Thanks
It depends on what rom ur using. If u r upgrading with the same rom, then it will mostly caused no problem. But most dev will advise u to wipe the data,to avoid bootloop

Go to the thread with a 2.3.7 rom e.g GingerXperia and follow the instructions on the thread. If you want to save your data then upgrade the Tom your using now

CF-Root Kernal + Kingdroid Rom v2 =Super Brick

Stay Away from Kingdroid Rom v2
Chance of getting Super brick is very very High.
1. This should not be in development forum.
2. Risks are no higher with that rom than any other ICS rom.

not v2 but v2.1 (already removed)

These issues are kernel related. Many threads and announcements have been made about the issue, no need for yet another one.

Is a higher score on antutu that important? Are there any other benefits to having the 3.0.x kernel?

try with advanced stock
Haven't tryed it yet but i 've read that it has some battery drain issue..That's why i want a stock kernel with only those 3 features..For now i've manager to install cwm and init.d support that are not kernel related...but ext4 is kernel related and i don't know how to add it...i really need it moving app's every time it's a pain in the ass -.-
