Bit controversial, I know, but I'm starting to question the quality of Samsung's hardware, especially by comparison with e.g. HTC.
Now, this is obviously only based on my own limited anecdotal experience but after owning a wide variety of smartphones by various manufacturers over the last ten years and having worked in the mobile industry for seven of those years, I have never suffered and have relatively rarely seen total hardware failures.
In recent years, I've had an HTC Hero and then a Desire without a hint of a problem. My subsequent S2 (about four months ago) and now S3 (yesterday) have both just died, with apparently spontaneous fried motherboards.
Of course, this could just be very bad luck (or good luck, in that the S2 was repaired under warranty despite being flashed to kingdom come and the I'm hopeful that the S3 will be too) but I have to wonder, is this reflective of the quality of Samsung's workmanship?
Any similar experiences or general thoughts?

I have about ten S3s and four S2s at work. None of them have any problems.
They do get scratches on the back those without a case of course.
I think you just had phones from faulty batches.. Really bad luck.
I only had Samsung android devices (look at my signature) and only had problem with the Galaxy Nexus (usb not charging). Overall I think the HW quality is good.
I have i had problems with a Htc Desire in the past. It stopped working so did the same phone from afriend of mine.
Just so you know every manufacturer has faulty phones hence the warranty.
I had no problems with Sammy except S2's home button.
But i own a phones repair shop and i do all phones. You shold see iphones.
But i don't complain cause i can make money that way!
So to conclude you are just unlucky.

Samsung's construction quality and materials used?
(incl that joke of gorilla glass)
Baaadddd to the bone !
The s3 battery cover is cheap and designed like crap to fit. Both my battery covers makes squeaking noises and moves subtlety when grip is applied. Really is poorly done for a premium phone.

This is my first Samsung android device and having not a single issue so far, except that the backcover is pretty easy to scratch, but i use anyway a case.
Had a htc device before, where i also hadn't problems, but there where pretty much fried emmcs at others (even at complete stock devices), which has only been the case at previous Samsung device with bad leaks AFAIK.
I'm pretty pleased with the quality the Samsung offers.

Same - really poor.
Other than that, the rest of the phone is great. I just put a case on it to make the squeaking a bit harder to make, heh.
The S3 chrome edges should have been made of aluminum instead of plastic. That's premium.

I suspect there is one answer for all this observations ...wireless charging
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda premium
Interesting observations guys. I know there are mixed views about the build quality of the device (particularly the controversial back cover) but what I really meant was the quality of the internals.
For reference, my issue wasn't related to a power supply....my S2 died in the course of normal usage in my hand on the train and wasn't plugged in...
I've had the international galaxy s, s2 and currently the s3.
The only issues I've had have been self inflicted, and quite cheap to repair. The wife's friend dropped her s1,cracked screen. I repaired it. I dropped my s2 off my bedside table with the charger plugged in. It stopped charging. I Bought a new usb pcb and replaced it myself. $15aud.
As you can see I've never had a defected phone and I'm pretty happy with the galaxy lines of phones.

Remember this phones have intricate components and power surge will definitely kill any sensitive electronic device. It may not be felt outright but it impact durability im the long term or the least expected time.

Step-down transistors as used in modern power supplies are quite resilient to normal power surges or AC frequency instabilites, in contrast to the old transformers.
That's the reason the one-size-fits-all devices can be fed anything from 110 to 240V (and usually some large tolerance in both directions) aswell as anything from 50Hz to the 400Hz as found on the power bus of Boeing planes.
The only thing they obviously don't like at all is high-frequency (e.g. Tesla coils) or high-voltage (lightening) surges.
Samsung phones have a very good overall quality record, so you've either been very unlucky, have an unhealthy work environment or your devices are exposed to lots of stress in both physical and electromagnetical terms.
HTC One X that I owned had totally faulty hardware - WiFi problems, overheating problems (especially when charging and doing nothing) and DAC problems.
Had S2 made in Korea without a single problem, same for S3 made in Vietnem (probably).
I love Samsung!
Yes the back is really thin and cheap looking but to be honest it fits perfect and does not squeak . If they made it another way the phone will look fatter and feel heavier
Not a single problem with this phone so far

My sgs 2 died as well during flashing. Unfortunately no warranty case.
Price for change motherboard was just 100 dollars less cost of new phone!
So I just through it away.
I was looking for non Sammy phone first - for HTC. My HTC hd 2 still working! Still working even with ics!
But - reading gsmarena reviews I could not found any HTC model with any near parameteres as sgs 3.
Camera, battery life, sound quality, loudness of speaking dynamic.
Screen, fw, hw codecs....
I would like to have HTC... but no one of HTC not good enough for me now.

You're not the only one. I've found about a dozen bugs, mostly in the stock firmware, but one or two which might be hardware, and a couple which definitely are defective design.
Most pressing for me, is the tendency for the FAT filesystem of the onboard /sdcard to spontaneously corrupt, notably when using gReader or NewsRob (presumably the heavy write load of these apps is what triggers the problem). I've also spontaneously lost settings before now, which makes me think that /efs/nv_data.bin sometimes gets corrupted (either by the same underlying problem as causes the /sdcard corruption above, some part of Samsung's firmware damaging it).
I bought the SGS2 in spite of a Samsung DVD home theatre system which died about a month outside of warranty with a known fault. I figured as they were coming from two separate divisions, I couldn't boycott based on my bad experience with the DVD player. But some things do seem to be common; lack of QA, and lack of customer care when it matters. I'm kinda in the market for a large TV, but I won't be buying Samsung again.

When I put it in vibrate mode through the volume rocker is vibrates but when I get an incoming call or text it doesn't...
Good point. Mine is still weaker than normal, but I can actually feel it. Other than that, it's dead. Kind of annoying, or different with no vibe with the buttons at the bottom. ;(

no sir.... Mine is not weaker... or scratched... only one ding where a piece of glass broke off (barely noticeable). Let me tell you, it has fallen well over 30 times... And everything is working great.
I would however like to see the size of the vib. motor.
Totally unrelated to vibration but related to failing, my microphone has ceased to work ....on my second replacement phone. Went from 002 with screen separation to 003 with light leakage and now no mic. Thanks htc for making such quality products.

I completely agree. They make such high quality products. I really wonder how Apple can't seem to keep up with HTC as far as the number of units that all seem to have some sort of faulty units per hundred.

I have two EVOs. One vibrator motor is very strong, the other is ridiculously weak and in fact feels like it's getting weaker. The short pulses from haptic feedback emit a ridiculous buzz that rattles the whole phone.
What's the solution? Wait until it dies then have HTC replace it under warranty?
download smart vibrator and see if the virbrator actually died.
I honestly dont understand why ppl (usually the same ppl) always have problems with phones, computer parts, monitors.. Not talking to the OP of the thread but everyone else (some that replied so far) you HAVE to be doing SOMETHING wrong when you go through 2+ products. You have to get over microscopic problems that you wont EVER see unless you pull out your magnifying glass.

So you're saying it's just OK to accept things as defective? For some people 'good enough' is just fine; others (like me) prefer things to be as close to perfect as possible. I have two EVOs; one is mine, the other is my wife's. When you have two side by side and one of them has an obvious defect, it's difficult to just accept these 'minor' problems as being normal.
There's a big difference between user action causing a problem and quality control issues. You can't blame the user for some of the problems that have been occurring with the EVOs; it seems that HTC's had a chance to improve things with HW revision 003, but the earlier runs most definitely had quality problems from the factory that were of no fault by the user.
The weak vibration motor wasn't always like that - it was strong two months ago when the phone was new. Now it's obvious that it's weak, and I'm concerned that it may break. I'm not getting all upset about this weak motor and I'm not begging for a replacement over it, but if it does completely stop working that's one basic function of the phone that I should expect to work, and I would seek a repair under warranty.
Also, I've owned several blackberries in the past along with several palm devices, and even with my microscope I never had any problems with any of these devices. I'm basing things off my past experiences; for the past six years I've owned PDA-type smartphones and never had any minor problems with any of them, so when I bought a phone that's supposed to be a flagship product, my expectations were very high.
It took me two replacements of my EVO, but I eventually got one that was good enough for me and doesn't have any problems (one had a flaw on the screen printing of the home button that looked like crap and leaked light, the second one had a column of pixels on the LCD that failed; two things that were not caused by me). I'm very happy with the third replacement, as it doesn't have any of those problems.

I wasnt directing it to the people who can explain real problems. My friend i got the Evo from actually returned his 002 cuz of huge light leakage at the bottom. But the people who are on there 5 an 6 Evos because something is broken, or just cuz its not as shiny as they hoped its just annoying. Obviously they are doing something wrong...

I think most of the negative EVO reviews I've seen were from the first run; apparently HTC did have some problems there, and that negative press got everyone examining theirs with a microscope. Everyone was making a big fuss about the screen separation, but when I recently noticed it on one of my EVOs and searched the forums, everything seemed to have quieted down right around the time HW 003 was released.

exactly. Like the hairline crack that people have at the power button. 99% of the people didn't even notice it till someone said something about it. And some of these people had been using the phone for months, and soon as one guy notices and posts it everyone rushes to the stores to get it replaced (which causes all those shortages on phones for the people that do have real problems), just cause of a little crack that is barely even noticeable.
Tell Asurion (sp?) to bill your wife... she CLEARLY abused the vibrate function on your phone to the point of premature failure.

(why is there no omnia 7 forum?)
I've just been told by t-mobile that the Omnia 7 has QC issues and their deliveries yesterday were returned to their suppliers, anyone know what these might be?
I just picked one up today from Orange!.. I wonder if mine is affected
I heard from vodafone store that their delivery of LG Optimus (Win7) came in and had to be recalled immediately without sale due to a bluetooth issue.
The build quality of the Omnia is one of the things that worries me after reports like this and the issues with the Galaxy series.
Evilanglic, since you now have your hands on one, what are your impressions of the device? Does it seem solid?
Much more solid than I was expecting. I thought it would feel like a light plastic shell like the Samsung Galaxy S.
It really is very nice, no creaks, just a solid slab of deep black technology! Good times.
The back is actually wrapped in metal to the edge of the screen on the sides, it is only the top and bottom of the device which are solid plastic sort-of-cap/ends of the device.
You definitely can't call it a unibody (or can you?..) but as I say... sort of mostly 'wrapped' in a sheet of metal.
It was a close call between the (SAMOLED) Omnia and the (very nice crisp LCD) HTC Mozart, the latter fits the hand better of course due to size, but in the end the slick all black face of the Omnia, adorned with its high contrast SAMOLED screen, just made it worth it despite the low actual PPI!
It would have been nice if the rockers and camera buttons where more metallic or... metal, but instead they are old school black plastic. They work well nonetheless.
The home button is also not the most premium of push switches (compared to iPhone of course) but it is nice to have a soild key!
I would urge you to get both of these devices side by side in the store if you can, but be careful because it took me at least 20 minutes to tell the man which one I wanted to take out lol...
Here are a few pics of the construction as links:
I'm jealous. I have about 2 weeks before WP7 comes out in the US. That and you guys got the better selection of phones (minus Micro SD expansion). I am definitely getting the Focus though. Best choice out of the options available in my opinion.

Yeah. I wont touch a single Samsung phone after the trouble the Vibrant gave my stepmom. It's not fun trying to give tech support to someone 1500 miles away, over the phone with the issues, to a lady with no clue about technology.
EDIT: It reminded me of the time I had to help someone with Windows ME. They didn't know where the "desktop" was! As you can imagine, that was a loooooong phone call.

I've owned a few samsungs in the past (years ago lol), and they didn't give me any trouble. I suppose it was before the major smartphone race of the the last few years though haha.
I only went for the Omnia after holding it myself, there was no way I was going to order a Samsung phone without getting into a store and exploring it - but it was more solid than expected.
Hopefully if there are any support problems in the future, I will just take it to the high street store I got it from and play super dumb and demand a replacement or different phone lol... no harm done.
It seems like a negative thing to say but keep in mind that the phone really is good right now, no problems at all, everything works perfectly so far.
Note for those not in the know: the location based issues of Android Samsungs are not present here! On maps it focuses down with GSM triangulation and GPS pinpoint kicks in a couple of seconds later, super speedy!
Well that's a relief. I suppose the biggest factor that makes it feel so much better is that it's got some metal, right?
Mine's just arrived.
First impressions are very good. It feels very sturdy with no creaks and the metal casing is nice. It feels much more solid than my HTC Blackstone, although I am worried about such a large screen getting damaged!
It's going to have to stay off whilst the sim card registers. Annoying wait ahead!

For web browsing I might have thought it possibly more comfortable to use the Mozart's SLCD with RGB pixels (higher subpixel count) if you have good eyes that is lol.
I just cant get over how amazing the 4" SAMOLED looks though...
Because of the all black screen surround, and the nature of the WP7 text laid out to the edge of the screen, it sort of looks like your phone is just one massive display, which a lot of it is... lol
The blacks of the SAMOLED just merge with the black surround! So cool.
Where does the screen end?! lol

I am a happy omnia 7 owner. Just like what the other said, solid construction, beautiful screen.
But the build in app is sub-par (vs lg optimus) and I hope I don't regret choosing a device with 8GB of storage.
Cheers
A user over on MoDaCo forums is reporting that their T-Mobile account manager has told them that the Omnia 7 has been temporarily pulled due to software issues.
I've been waiting on one of these for some time as well, and was told today that their most recent update for handset stocks (issued internally today) did not include a new batch of Omnia 7s. The CSR I spoke to wouldn't be drawn on any specific problems with the handset, except to say that "there have been a few issues" with the ones we've received, and that I would be receiving a call in due course to let me know when mine would be delivered.
Does anyone else know anything about this?
gcaw - apparently they have dispatched Omnia 7's now on T-mobile, so I'd get on the phone ASAP.
risq - many thanks for letting me know about that. As it happens, fifteen hours after I'd made my previous post, I received a call from T-Mobile to let me know that they had stock and confirming delivery later today, but I'm grateful that you informed me of that - and hopefully others will have taken note of that information and successfully placed orders themselves.
I was also pleased to hear from the CSR (the same one I spoke to yesterday) that T-Mobile is extending the same deal to new Omnia 7 owners as it offers to Android buyers, giving 3GB of monthly data usage at no additional cost, rather than the standard 1GB offered under the fair usage policy for other handsets.
Compared with the rather pitiful 500MB offered on O2's contracts, that's a pretty awesome deal.
QC seems top notch!
Posted this on another forum. I'm happy about the build:
Well it had to happen sooner or later, in under a week I've dropped the Omnia 7 while lazily trying to hit snooze just moments ago (typing this message with my phone now lol). Dropped from about table height, and while it was dark, sounded like it landed on a corner first... Picked it up in the dark and dropped it again, this time hitting face flat on the ground.. My floors got a wood finish on top of a normal concrete slab so its pretty solid. Shocked and not feeling so lazy anymore, turned lights on, inspected phone, and absolutely no scratches to be seen...i think this is due to the matte looking polycarbonate plastic they use, plus the color looking like its been amalgamated with the actual plastic, I say this because I remember on my htc touch HD the bezel would scratch/chip so easily because all it was was some cheap paint over plastic/metal? As for glass, i read it's gorilla glass, whether or not it is, I'm glad it isn't scratched... My screen protector can't come soon enough,
Either way, I'm glad to know the Omnia7 is a solid beast . Though in truth, after dropping it, my excitement and feelings of it being a new toy has slightly washed off... My feeling now is 'it might be damaged somewhere'
After the shipping debacle that google has created. For those that finally received it, was it worth it? I'm having the biggest doubts.
I didn't have to wait, but am glad I got it. This is all personal opinion. There have been a few review threads about the phone so you might want to read those.
Nope. Cancel your order and go to Crapple instead.
/end sarcasm
Google could use apple's shipping department expertise right about now
Best phone I have ever owned/used. Sure it may have some things here and there, but overall I'm very satisfied and would not pick another phone in its place.
Same thing here, best phone I ever owned.
I would not even consider getting another phone.
i didnt have to wait as long for mine as most, got in on the initial launch and did receive it in 5 business days...but if I had to wait weeks for it my enthusiasm for the phone would have probably been quite less...if you're only waiting 1-3 wks for it, its definitely worth it. Also if your a big fan of the latest updates and versions of roms then yes it is worth the wait no matter how long, but if you're just wanting a new phone and are stuck waiting 6 wks for it, I'd say look at another phone like the note 2 s 3 one x+ or the droid dna, even the optimus g is a nice option now that the bootloader is unlocked.
Coming from the Galaxy S III, this phone is without doubt the best phone ever made. After a couple of tweaks - CyanogenMod 10.1, Touchscreen Sensitivity Fix - I consider this phone to be the best phone in the market until the next Nexus phone is made.
In other words - yes, this phone is definitely worth the wait!
Every new phone I get is the best phone I ever owned because its the newest, so I dont think that means much.
The real question is what else are you going to get? It is the only option for unlocked phones, everything else is over $600 which is ridiculous for something that will last 2 years at the most.
Worth the wait if you just want to use a well-built phone and not interested in custom ROMs.
Worth the wait if you are into flashing custom ROMs.
Yes, it is worth it!

Issues noticed with Nexus 4
1) Battery drainage (battery last for 6 hours)
2) dust in the camera lens (red cloud seen on photos)
3) LED notification light problem (people have to use external app to make it work)
4) Speaker during a call quality is bad
5) No removable batteries
6) People have dropped the phone from a table and glass in the front and back severely cracked (on other phones, this much damage is not seen)
7) Glass makes the phone heat up really fast
8) A lot of complaints about scratches on gorilla glass
Things some might not care about
5) no LTE
6) have to wait 6-7 weeks to get the phone
I have summarized all the issue from xda posts. I am still waiting for google store to go on sale. But I may or may not by this phone, time will tell.
Too late, phone in transit. HTC one x+ is going back.

Came from an iPhone 4s. Fought the cancel button every day wondering if I made the right choice.
After the first day of having the N4, I had no real desire to go back to the 4s aside from some apps I really miss.

What you've listed here is not indicative of all Nexus 4s. Out of everything the only thing I've experienced is #1 which was easily resolved by flashing a custom kernel - thanks, Franco!
From what is posted in some of the threads here you'd think this phone was the most fragile piece of tech ever created. It's obviously going to be more fragile having a glass back, but it is quite a solid device. I've treated this phone the same as I did my Galaxy S2 - not poorly, but not like it might spontaneously shatter if I hold it incorrectly either. I've not been able to scratch the screen through regular use and it survived a fall from the dining room table on to a laminate floor without damage.
Without out a doubt, as another poster said above, I can't even look at another phone until the next nexus . I came from the HTC One X running jelly Bean rom.

Anyone complaining about battery look here with matrix 2.0 kernel.
Best phone i have ever owned including note 2.nexus 4 runs circle around note 2 with its adreno 320 gpu (4xmsaa) and s4 pro cpu and its 299 .

Samsung really need to choose good materials for builing flagships. Although Note 2 is very powerfull but materials used is very dissappointing. Same with Sgs3. I used to own a HTC ONE X and its one of the sexiest device i have ever seen except for protruding camera everything was perfect. Hope samsung does better with GALAXY SIV or else i have to get HTC flagship........

I think the materials on the Note 2 are perfectly fine, given that we need to be able to remove the back cover to get to the battery and MicroSD card.
I used to really like HTC phones, but until they allow me to change the battery again, they won't be seeing any more of my money. Whilst the Note 2 has epic battery life and I seldom need to change it, I still require the ability to do so.
MicroSD I can live without as long as I've got a minimum of 64gb internal storage.

Dave

Exactly.
Its not as if someone walks you into the shop at gun point and tells you to buy a phone is it?
There is no perfect phone is there? HTC do some things well, Samsung do other things well and Apple, well they TELL you they do everything well and every other phone is inferior and the iSheep believe them!

so go ahead and get the HTC. sheesh!
I had a Teg3 One X and was quite happy with it. The battery was at best marginal and I had to carry around battery boosters (small at home, large on the road) and was constantly thinking "should I really do a web browsing session or watch a video?" because I was always afraid I'd get a long call and be screwed. You shouldn't have to "ration" your usage of a high-end smartphone in 2012/3. The Teg3 One X had 32GB of storage which, for me, was adequate. 11GB of user accessible fixed storage on the One XL and DNA is laughable.
This is from HTC's website describing the Butterfly. Now that their having to explain their poor battery choices in their marketing material maybe someone from product development will get the message. Kind of sad that putting form over function has them rationalizing their decisions to their prospective customers.
Enjoy comfort and style right in the palm of your hand. Thanks to innovative stacking methodology, the HTC Butterfly is slimmer, curvier, and more comfortable than any other phone of its kind. Instead of placing the battery on top of the working parts, we install ours directly into the case first, leaving room for design without compromise – and comfort beyond compare.
As for the materials Samsaung uses their fine and certainly of respectable quality. I don't think anyone doesn't cringe when they pull the paper thin plastic back cover off a Samsung device. But, they are durable, you can replace the back cover for $20 USD if you scratch it, and the design allows the phone to distribute impact better if you drop it.
I'd like to see a One X or DNA pass the 5' drop test.

I love the design and materials of HTC's phones but I'm not willing to accept the comprimises necessary to buy one anymore. And I'm guessing I'm not the only one that feels that way based on their ever declining market share.

Well I hate Samsung for several reasons, build materials is one of them. Plastic? Jeez! And why I use Samsung is upto me, really won't bother about any lectures!
My other phone is iPhone 5, which is far superior in its used materials, well that's why I didn't bother to pay 800$.

Did you see the pic 2 posts before. . It is an Iphone 5 .. bent... because some one kept it in his back pocket... so much for build quality..800 $ boomerang
scribbled from my note 2 (N7100)
I love HTC design! But I have absolutely no problems with Samsung for using plastic. It keeps weight down, plastic does something for the heat in the phone, so that's also a good thing... I have had 3 samsung devices, and no creaks and no problems EVER. Yet I've had 4 iPhone 4's and they've all had issues. Never getting another apple device. Dell Streak was made of all metal or aluminum or something, caused A LOT of problems.
I love samsung devices. The plastic is fine! Don't complain! If you do, just save us ALL the time and effort of typing these messages and ... JUST DONT GET IT! I mean, come on! You KNEW it was made of plastic BEFORE You bought it. You probably opened it before taking it home, and if you saw it was plastic and didn't like it you could have returned it right then and there at the store. Sell it on eBay if you must!
I personally like the plastic. Is an HTC "better built?" I don't know, but it FEELS great in hand! Would I buy an HTC One X? NO! Because I need to be able to do battery pulls / exchanges and expandable memory oh my god! WITHOUT a DOUBT! I need it.

I also came from the hox - I found the build quality excellent but the phone is subpar in comparison to the note 2.
I don't mind the plastic as long as it's got a case. The back cover very rarely comes off other than to compare the battery with my mates sg3.
The note 2 does exactly what it says on the tin for me- where the hox didn't. I always had battery anxiety when I was using the phone and the thing kept overheating when using satnav or just playing angry birds.
I personally think Samsung got the design spot on with the note 2. It feels robust and dosent Creek like the one x did on phone calls.

My first one had dead pixels and was scuffed already from just being in the box. My second one wouldn't charge and was scuffed in the box. I've got my third one but it's scuffed in the box, though so far nothing else wrong with it. However each one has had a problem where the speaker covers don't sit flush, like... I swear they're glued on because you can push them in, should be screwed in tbh. What I've noticed as well is the metal has been poorly cut, it's not level, it has little marks in it and especially around the 3.5mm jack and USB port, the metal is rather jaggy and part of the plastic is flaking away too.
I'm interested in a second one, just badly made phones, I swear HTC have downgrading their quality inspection to get these phones out like those horrible Nexus 4 phones. I'm just gonna get a refund and buy that ugly boring GS4, it's basically the same phone only Samsung Phones I've had in the past have been properly made.
I wanted to like this phone, I'm bored of the Galaxy design, however... the phone quality just sucks.

i think this phone build quality is really great if i'm honest, the Samsungs plastic feel/build quality is a lot worse, perhaps you were just unlucky in the handsets you received out of the box
We have more than few threads discussing imperfections and issues on early batch
HTC subtly admitted it when they delayed the entire launch and specifically mentioned camera and casing as the reason, yes they called it short of supplies but it actually meant they discovered low yields
Anyway all you can do is either wait for the April batches and exchange or start now until u get a perfect one
What is for sure however what you have now is not a proper representation for this device final build quality
keywords: Defect, Warranty
We had the same drama during the One X, defects cleared within 2 months, or took me 2 exchanges, my final one was manufactured in April
Enjoy the GS4

in 13 march you said
,,I want plastic, I want a removable battery and a Micro SD. You know the only reason they want to design these features out is cause it saves money, they can charge for cloud storage and they blame a removable battery and Micro SD for helping piracy along. It's all about stopping your choice and the irony of it is, taking these features out probably costs less, is less premium and these "premium" metal and glass materials just means more money for this companies in repairs, especially with a non removable battery.,,
and you didn,t like either htc one camera
,,The camera has a lot of noise, not very sharp either,,
but you still bought HTC ONE, and also changed TWICE...
VERY INTERSTING FACTS
I'm gonna have to refund it and get another phone soon because you only get like a month to change your mind....
The camera I didn't think would be this bad quality, it's like super grainy to the point where if you zoom in slightly, there is no quality what do ever.
The only thing I like is the speakers on the front, though the headphone quality sucks? It's nowhere near as good as my 920 was. The screen is too small also for a 1080 display... I don't see anything super exciting about it.
Just not impressed and the imperfections disappoint me.
Edit: Also why does the phone only charge when it is off?
