Trying to re-find pages, tried searching, but just get thrown around the XDA and not finding the old posts (even rummaged through my history!)
What I'm looking for:
1) I remember seeing a post of which OTG cables work, there was a list or post where people were posting where they bought them etc.
2) Is the OTG USB Charging situation a hardware or software problem: it seems like no is 100% sure on this.
3) Forgot the 3rd one...sorry.
4) Is there a limitation as to what camera memory card the N7 can read? I know that it has to be FAT or FAT32, but can it only read (Micro)SD cards or can it also read MMC and all of the other formats?
Thanks for all/any help. Will bookmark the pages once I find them again.

What do people use and how would you rate them?
I've tried searching using the search function, but it says that it can't find any threads with "RSS" or "rss" in, which I find a little strange. Search, also won't find "FTP" or "ROM", I'm not sure why, but it's a bit odd.
I'm looking for a RSS reader with a Today plugin in and will display a single headline at a time and cycle through them. Does anyone have any recommendations or any advice to stay away from certain applications?

Is it possible to crack open the Athena and replace the crap-tacular microdrive with, say, a 16GB compact flash card? I know that flash only has so many write/re-writes, but I'd fancy having a large storage space to keep music that won't change much.
What d'ya think?

Not a great start to your xda-devs life. Rather than starting a new thread try the button marked search (or you could even google xda-devs) and you might have come across this 5 page long discussion: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=306239
While you're at it, please also read this: READ THIS BEFORE POSTING (the give-away is in the title).
Excuse me, not a n00b here. I did in fact search first. Why would I go out of my way to type a question that someone may or may not have an answer to if I could find the answer with a search?
When I ran a search, it didn't bring up the thread you linked to, but nevertheless thanks for all your good-natured help.

You can access the SD-card on WM-side when Vista is running through a network share. (Or a shared folder on your HD)
However, SD access is ONLY available when the X86 side of the shift is running.
Check out this thread for details.

Try a different SD card... many aren't compatible with wp7.

Not an expert, but it sounds like other descriptions of the symptoms caused by incompatible SD cards I have read in other threads. You did search before posting, right? If not, try having a look at the SD card compatibility thread.
Either way, post a little more information on your card type and size and you might find someone who can help.
yea i did search before posting ... but i didnt find thread about card compatibility ... so if u someone can link that thread or say the type of the SD card that i could use.

If you go to the WP7 Stickies Thread at the top of the forum (second sticky thread down) there is a bunch of useful links, but one towards the top of the second block is 'Confirmed Working SD Cards'. Should be a good start point and worth investing if you don't have anything handy, by the sound of it.
Link here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=914780
Worth all of us taking note that the stickies have been aggregated into this single sticky.
yep it's your sd card, try a different one.
Hi ,
I have goggled and looked everywhere to find a way to swap the internal memory with the external mini SD card on my galaxy S5 permanently and couldn't find much about it.
Could any member please help me with this ?
Many Thanks In Advance :good::good::good:
Well something went wrong there. Since there are dozens of threads on this subject including yet another one just yesterday or the day before, it's difficult to understand why your search didn't find any of the existing threads.
What keywords did you use or how did you do your search?

Oh dude it's because there was never any search to begin with. EVERYBODY says they searched...... blah blah blah
Indeed.

Need help how to swap the storage
I did search ,not only said that I search, but couldn't find a method to do it.
That's the main reason I ask for help in the forum.
I would really appreciate if someone in here could guide me in what to do with the exchange of internal - external storage
I looked on the forum ,there is no thread mentioning at all anything about galaxy S5.
I looked as well for exchange internal external storage, or reverse memory, or use SDcard as internal memory and have not found a single thing mentioning how to do it on android 4.4.2 and on a galaxy S5.
Maybe the people who doubted my search could have an opinion now and help....
