No, there is some kind of problem with sd card. Class 10 sd cards have a minimum of 10mb/s write speed. You can try to increase those values with rom toolbox lite or pro. You just need to go to the performance tab and scroll down and sellect sd boost and try to change the values and check which one provides the best sd card read/write values. Hope it helped

Well, I tried every one of the values but it didn't really change anything now I am using 1024 kb but thanks anyway for the answer

There is a useful computer app : H2test2 or something like that.tests your memory card's writing and reading speed. make a copy of your card, format it and try

yeah, Looks like my card. I was able to pop it into my PC and run scandisk to recover some of the contents only to watch the card corrupt again. I bought a kingston thinking that I couldn't go wrong there, but I guess I was wrong.
That would be the perfect SD card to go with my today screen:
and no it's not photoshopped! (But neither is it accurate I hope!!!!!!!!)
Does negative priority on tasks mean I would gain more by not doing them??

SWAP NOT WORKS
Terminal Emulator & ADB same errors and not works.
I have
Desire Z
8GB memory card CLASS 4
RCMix Blue Edition v4.0 ROM
I will be happy if someone can learn me how to make it working
Couple of things:
1) Have you partitioned your SD card properly
2) Are you 100% sure your kernel supports SWAP.
"swapon: applet not found" suggests the kernel doesn't support SWAP

What the hell , i have Unity's kernel , and rcmix rom , wich kernel i need to have swap?
Is that the kernel it comes with? If not try that one

The Unity kernel should work, I'm using v9 and have SWAP enabled. It seems to make quite a different.
Can you type swapon in the ADB shell? If not, it may not be in the ROM

I am using sandisk 30mbps 64gb sd card. It works fine not drains my battery when standby but when I listen music from sdcard (I just have 600-650 music.) Media server drains my battery. It's not about my rom. I tried stock rom same result with that. If I dont listen music media server is not drains. Should I move my musics to internatl storage ? Or what ( also I use poweramp

Folks c'mon should i do something to my sd card ? May be someone know 1 program for decrease sd card voltage but is this safe pufff )

Probably it's your sdcard that is causing this. But it's hard to tell. Try formatting your sdcard in your settings menu. I've seen people claiming that it fixed their drain.
You can also try a different sdcard, some use more power than others, or simply copy it your internal storage.

SD card name rename automatically

I just noticed that my SD card name automatically change to something like this. See screenshot.

It happens two three times for me.
I just formated the sd card and done a factory reset . Now it's ok . I don't know whether it is a virus or not
I just noticed this same problem on Elephone P9000. SD card (formatted as portable storage) suddenly lost its name 'samsung SD card', and became:
,%%@M-kM-^\-^K^SJb^J
For the rest it seems fully functional. Anybody any clue why is this?

Custom ROM - Install Apps Fully On Micro SD Card

Simple Question:
Which ROM offers the possibility to install apps complete on the Micro SD Card instead of the internal drive?
And is it possible with this AICP 12.1?
thx, dj
Hm, maybe you can have a look into the Link2SD app. You can find it in the playstore.
But I do not believe that a ROM offers that for all, also sys apps. Because it is quite dangerous if there is no sd card anymore.
