in need of rom

hey guys quick question i have been searching for a while now for a stock 2.1 rom for the droid x does any one know where i can get one

Did you flash froyo and want to revert?
If so use the SBF.

If you are talking about a stock 2.1 rom from google, this is not possible on the Droid X atm. If you mean the stock moto 2.1 rom, then the SBF file is the way to go.

[Q] Rooting Droid X on 2.3 Gingerbread?

Hi =]
I recently updated to 2.3 I had my Droid X rooted with Z4root but now my phone isn't rooted because I updated.
Is there any way to root the Droid X on 2.3?
I also tried Gingerbreak..but that just sits there for like 45 min and doesn't do anything.
Hopefully someone can help.

You must flash the prerooted Gingerbread build by p3droid.
Gingerbread can't be rooted through z4, gingerbreak, etc.

Liquid rom 3.2????

I need help installing this ROM that I want to try. Liquid ROM 3.2. I am using it on my Thunderbolt but I am having problems putting it on my newly acquired Droid X. I am a noob at droid X so need as much help as possible. I am doing SBF (VRZ_MB810_2.3.34_1FF_01.sbf).

[Q] Cyanogen Mod 7.2 Installation - Droid X

The release of CM7.2 seems to have gone unnoticed in the Droid X community. The code name for the Droid X "Shadow" has a release: download[DOT]cyanogenmod[DOT]com/?device=shadow&type=
So my question is can the CM7.2 Rom be installed on OTA .605 or do I have to SBF back to the froyo kernel? That was the reason I didn't install CM7. This was because the CM7 Rom was based on the froyo kernel.

It actually hasn't gone unnoticed.
The official version still uses the Froyo kernel; however, you can download an unofficial version over at Rootzwiki that will absolutely fly.

As long as you're on .602 or .605.

How do i get gingerbread on my razr maxx from a rooted 4.0.4 ics

Just as the title states i want to get to gingerbread and i have ics rooted. and where can i find roms to load on to here

This is a strange question and I'm wondering why you want GB on your phone when it is a downgrade from ICS?
