Q. How it remove?
1. Decompile RamDisk and edit init.rc.
2. Delete iqmsd and iqcopy from /system/bin.
3. Delete libiq * from /system/lib.
4. How remove CarrierIQ from framework.jar, I dont know. After simple deleting CarrierIQ smali, phone not boot.
On ICS I have found just CarrierIQ services running in the init.rc. Framework.jar, system/bin and system/lib - clear. Or, maybe just names are changed, I dont know. We cant be sure for 100%.

or we could use framework.jar from other roms, like aurora or CM to get rid of this? I guess it would not exist in AOSP framework.jar

I'm starting to get worried about my privacy here.
However I have an idea. Think of it if you want to. Maybe from project and service menu (these .apk files) that can be accessed by dialing some *# "blah blah don't remember right know" code . Maybe there are some options there for logging and stuff. I remember seeing some stuff in the past there. Have a look at it if you want.

INSTALL:
to install you just have to use adb to replace your current files with these ones (/system/framework/) then change the permissions to 644 (chmod 644 [location])
id suggest doing them one at a time and rebooting each time. start with lge-res, then services, then the other two. i know it takes longer but at least if something goes wrong youll know what file it is.
most of it is based off of this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=952432. i changed some images and did a few other things to get it working with 2.2.2. ive tried it with LOL v1.4, lightv2, and nessy#c (it seems to be a little buggy on lightv2)
if you already have a power-menu you dont need to replace android.policy.jar as far as i know.

for megatron and void i used the GDD theme and flashed that (link is in first post), then i just replaced the framework-res with an altered one i put together for 2.2 (ill upload it later if you want)

when i fix the last problem im having (which ive been too lazy to get around to)
does android version 2.2.2 same as 2.2 ? or 2.2 is 2.2.2
it didn't work on Nessy#Fennice ROM ... i replaced files one by one and android.policy.jar file caused stuck on LG logo. also without using android.policy.jar after booting the phone multiple force closes occuered from programs such as clock, email and even shutdown!

Any possible ways to port Bravia Engine to Defy+ ?
As i can see Bravia Engine has been ported to many devices...
I'm sure if it is possible, but it would be awesome for defy to have it!
Sony uses adreno/qualcom chips, so maybe that would be a hindrance?
I guess it should not be a problem, as i have seen they have ported to optimus2x which is a Nividia chipset and Desire S as well.
Lets hope our Devs will look into this !!!

I can see...But it would be better if u attach two pics with same compression method (both .png or both .jpg, not one .png and one .jpg).
I used pics u attached and extract difference between them.
It was BraviaPic-NonBraviaPic, so it shows where BraviaPic is better.

So i have a personal rom that i created and i use it..it has great permonce but lags the looks that most of the roms here have..
I dont want the 14 toggles etc but i wanna edit systemui.apk and customize everything of the notification bar the problem is i dont know how to ... I have tried apktool but i either get force closes or there is no statusbar so if sum1 could help out or provide a proper in detail guide to avoid such errors etc....?

The best thing for you to keep it really simple and to avoid manual editing with apktool is to use uot kitchen
the Web address is http://uot.dakra.lt/kitchen/
if you're not sure how to use it Google guides but as a general rule
make sure everything is set to ldpi
update script to galaxy
make sure you generate preview
and upload your SystemUI.apk framework-res.apk and if required twframework.apk

and uot kitchen also support both odex n deodex stock rom
custom rom also will work like charm..
to @OP..
base on my experience to avoid error updater script by uot.. i advice u upload 3 file which is systemui.apk, twframework.apk and framework.apk..

This is my take on the L soft keys. The original soft keys were good, however they were not as intuitive as i thought. Give that i decided to make my own.

Remember the zip is ONLY for the paranoid android version,NOT anything else.
All other versions you have to modify your SystemUI.apk and replace the files yourself.
