I'm pretty sure I read it somewhere but I can't find it anymore. How do I fix the market link after flashing a new rom and restoring apps with titanium backup? I have 30+ apps installed but the market only counts 11.
Thought you could link with titanium backup...

Try Clear cache and data:
Settings/Applications/Manage applications/Market
Then reboot to recovery mode. (or turn off then Vol.+Home+Power button) and perform Fix Permission.
Note: You should use only 1 google account at the first time you update your apps in market. (You can add more accounts after update.)
thanks, that was it
Flashed yesterday DK 4.0.4. v5. After Titanium restauration of apk FC for every APK, including Google Maps, maildroid, any.do, Spirit FM others. Needed to reinstall all. Impossible to recover data through Titanium Pro.

The problem is that after reinstallation the apk works, but I can not restaure my data through Titanium. For ex. I could not recover all my task in any.do.
Also I have FC in google when I try to reinstal an application from Titanium.
May be I will flash again the rom and then decide if keep it or not.
Hi all.
When I flash a new ROM and install google apps, during configuration Play Store use to download my apps backup automaticaly.
I installed Eppy 1205 and the apps backup was not restored. I selected all sync options but the apps was not downloaded automatically.
There is somethig to do to download all my apps at once?

I tried but I dont know why this ROM is not rooted. "Eppy 0805"
I'll flash the more updated (1405) version and try to use titanium again.
I have the same problem with ARHD 6.3.3. on my HtcDHD.I liked that feature...
this problem also happened when i first flash the quarx build , maybe the sync mode still not perfect
When I install a new ROM all the apps I have ever had get restored even know I deleted them. Some are ones that I tried out did not like and uninstalled. How can I remove these.

Either you are dirty flashing or you have Google sync on and its downloading the apps you had on your previous rom

I do use google sync but I do not dirty flash..ever. How can I update my google sync so it only has my current apps, not ones from last year that I do not use anymore.
Why not just use Titanium Backup to backup your apps and not redownload them through Google sync.

I do use Titanium back up also. Maybe I will somehow start fresh with Titanium also. I believe they are saved there also.
I found an option to delete all back-up for uninstalled apps in Titanium. Maybe that will help. I wish I could do that with google sync.
Why not back up the uninstalled apps, well all apps really, to your Extsdcard or Pc. Then if you change your mind and want to try them out again you don't have to redownload and set them up again, just install app and data from your backup.
That way your not eating up data downloading apps you already have.
Just a thought.

So I updated the Google New & Weather app to check out the new update but decided I liked the old one better. I had made a Titanium Backup of the old version before updating and was able to restore the old version with no problem until I had to reboot my phone. After the reboot, the News & Weather app completely disappeared so I tried to reinstall with Titanium Backup and and now it won't install. I'm assuming because it was a system app? I've tried several times and Titanium just hangs on the reinstalling screen and once I even left it for about an hour and a half. Any ideas to get the old version reinstalled? Thanks.

the apk you can find simply by googling the right search terms. i originally found it that way within seconds. anyways, you can restore the nandroid backup and move/copy the app that way.

I was hoping to reinstall using what I already have. But I did find the apk, put in the correct place with the correct permissions rebooted and still doesn't work. I even found a flashable zip and that didn't work, nandroid didn't work, titianium backup didn't work. Nothing seems to work, I do appreciate your help though.
