I used the same gmail account to register the device. So I got the first tablet $25 and second tablet 0. Is it worth contacting Google on it or did I already loose my chances of getting another 25?

You will have to get a second account. Same thing happened to me.

You only get 1 $25 certificate per email. If youset the second tablet up with a different gmail you'll get the 25$.

OK. So do I have to factory reset it or I can just add the second account on top of the first one and I'll get the next 25.
Ps- I can try these scenarios but since I screwed up first time I wanna be careful this time. Any answer is really appreciated.
Edit: just answering my own question here... I added second account on top of first and the next 25 bucks just appeared on the second one. Thanks for everyone who replied.

a factory reset will work as long as you first log in with the new account
Going in to settings & accounts/ sync and adding the second account is much easier than a frs.

have you actually tried using that same card now after the fact that its being declined from google? might want to contact your financial institution.

This will sound silly but go back and try and buy an app, and see if there is a check box there for agreeing with tos with Google wallet.

Glad to hear that was it. Happened to me awhile back and I kept going back in and finally noticed the check box. Google should have made it a full splash screen or something

When they had the 10 cent app sale my bank froze my account for suspicious activity. Bummer...

This is the second time I've gone to CVS to make an NFC payment and it fails each time. I get an error try again message. Any advice? I have a stock rooted Nexus with a T-Mobile sim.

I've run into this same issue where it won't work at CVS or toys r us, sketchy at meijer, but works great at Walgreens and 7/11. I've contacted Google and all their wallet department would say to me is that everything looks good on their end, but they are aware of software bugs in the version on our phone and a new version is coming.
BTW, I'm on at&t and I'm fully stock.

It could be that the pad at the store is broken. If it works at one store but not the other, there is not reason to think that its your phone that works. Sometimes the people behind the counter need to press the credit button before you make the transaction as well.
I'll try giving it another shot next time I'm at walgreens or maybe McDonald's

Its been working at Meijers for me.
Rooted stock ROM with at&t.

Hi everyone
As much as I love my nexus 4 I just can't ignore the earpiece buzzing so I'm thinking of selling it rather order RMA after RMA.
Question is can I remove the devices from my Google account so that they are no longer linked to me and whoever should purchase has no way of obtaining my information or abusing my Google play account?
Thanks

Factory reset.
Thanks.
What I actually meant was removing it from my play account so that when I go on play.Google.com and look at my orders and devices my n4 is no longer shown I.e. is completely removed from me?

Isn't there a way to remove it without having to reset my phone ? On the play store my old galaxy s ii and desire HD show up :/ I sols both of them , and reseted them , I don't have them anymore
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
just go to My Orders & Settings ->Settings and untick the show in menus option beside whatever phones you dont want to see.
Are you located in California? What is your asking price?

I think you should RMA the phone. Get them to track all these issues so that there may be hope they will permanently fix the problem. The new phone should arrive within a week or so. If you are still unhappy, then you can sell it. But at least you tried, and LG did not get away by selling an inferior product.
As the title says. I was at the store earlier today and got a notification telling me An error has occurred when signing in to my Google account. My signal bars are also grey. First I thought a good 'ol reboot would fix it just like 99% of my problems but still nothing. So I booted into TWRP, and wiped dalvik+cache. Still nothing. I did a full on factory reset and still nothing. Called Google and they gave me some troubleshooting that didn't work. They said if I didn't get it fixed they would replace it so before I dive into another RMA, I thought you guys could help me. Im running cm 10.1.2 latest nightly with Faux123 017b2 kernel if that helps.
Are you able to sign with your Google account anywhere else? Like on a PC?
Have you activated 2-step verification recently?

hey guys so as the title says, i sold my phone without wiping and left my google logged in. is there a way i can remotely wipe it?
There might be. If you enabled it before you sold it.
Go to google.com and then go to the google play store.
Click the little gear on the upper right side. and then click android management.
When there, there is an option to remotely wipe the phone.
However, you must have enabled it on the phone before you sold it.
This is the only way, unless you physically have the phone or nicely ask the guy. Otherwise, just change your google password.
And hope you did not store pictures and other confidential software on it. Good luck.

Android Device Manager
Change your Google password first of all

If you had a corporate exchange account, then go to the corprorate email client on a laptop adn there under options you will find a way to wipe the entire device. This is if you had a corporate exchange account put in.
