Why don't you just download a stock ROM and extract it yourself?

Wipe data and cache, then just flash another rom.

I would make sure I have a backup of anything important and then just use the flash-all.bat file in the 4.2.1 package.
That's it? Updated boot loader and radio won't interfere with 4.2.1 ROM?

I'm trying to get the system update from the settings but it keep saying that is my device is up to date.
anyone know why??

Honestly, it should come up naturally..If it doesn't work, you can always download the stock image from Google site and flash it manually.. Just search for the name efrant in this forum, you'll get what you seek

Pretty sure you only get the update on stock rom. Are you sure the update isn't from PA?
Nope, i checked the Settings in System updates and got a message about 4.3 system update.

Hi,
I try to install cm 10.2 the stable one that just have been release but when I install it I have no WiFi and no sound.
I was on 4.4 ROM before.
I tried to use both twrp and cwm recovery but same thing.
On my nexus 7 I had no problem.
BTW yes I used 4.3 gapps.
Any help please.
