Stock Rom

Hello, Can someone kindly direct me where to get a the stock rom for my UK note please as I need to send it back to wher eI bought it.
I currently have Rocket Rom on it and rooted. I have the app tools required just need pointing in the right direction.

Www.sammobile.com/firmware go there and download stock rom then flash it via pc odin.

Many Thanks ! went there and signed up and saw new roms. Trouble is the only rom I see for the 7000 is a T-Mobile Hungary one..... The Sam note I have is the network unlocked one bought from Amazon uk. Any ideas ? If I stick T-Mobile rom on it they may twig......

Many thank to you but I'm really struggling to find any other roms on that site and I've been all over it....... I can see the 'new' list one but can't workout where to go for the la4 zlxeu you mentioned.

Sorry that was typing error as i was on move
I have amazon handset and stock rom is which i flashed the other night after tying ics and panicked cos my csc changed. .. Flash below with mobile odin and connect it to kies if it says no updates available instead of not recognised u have right one!

Dude, it worked like a charm. I had a logo loop on reboot but removed battery, cleared caches etc and reapplied the stock rom again and it worked fantastic. Item is winging it's way back as I type.
Awaiting a european replacement to arrive at £100 cheaper he-he (you know how it is, rip-off Britain). Now, if I can only for the life of me remember how the heck I rooted the Note to suprusr I'd be in my eliment ! memory loss comes with old age tfw.

Have a P3100 and flashed DDLF2 from samfirmware.
Few days later got an update pop up i.e DDLF3 4.0.4. Its really very smooth amd fast.
Few changes that i loved is the improved browser, smooth screen transition,
picture editor is simply awesome, nice battery life. And finally an option to change the
screenshot icon.
Let me know if i missed something.

Isnt there wifi problems? If you dont have any im updating lol it just downloaded it last night.

how did u get the update, though kies or ota because kies is not working and ota is also not available for me.

Well, for me I had to becaue I was on CM9. I had to wipe it.

Downloaded the firware from samfirmware and flashed it through odin. I know OTA and kies update wont help.

Hi All,
I am new here, just got galaxy tab 2, p310 from Pune, India, it comes with ICS 4.0.3, I tried the OTA update from device but it says there is no update ... can any pls pls post simple steps with download links to flash to latest 4.0.4 ROM manually ? I never used ODIN etc so few details will help
also after manually update will the tab have the touchwix or will be vanilla ICS ? what else will I loose ?

You should get the OTA update! I too got my tab2 last week, and as soon as i added an account and connected to a Wi-Fi network,i was asked to update which i did !

Did you backup the tar.md5 file while updating? If so, please share

would you please pull the tar from kies and share with the community? iirc the korean version is 4.1.2; i'm sure all the galaxy note 10.1 wifi users would really appreciate it.

Yes, this update is through Kies and is not OTA for the moment. Several new programs come with the update.
They include: Play Movie, S Voice, Paper Artist, Group Cast, Help

Did you try factory reset?
I did it. And very nice performance!
If you embarrased your data, do cwm backup or titaniumbackup

Just wanted to confirm that SHW-M480W hw is exactly the same as N8010/N8013.
I actually thought I read somewhere that there are differences. Doing searching now.

Hi, can I flash SHW-M480W with N-8010 XXBLK9 because I want to change the download mode language from Korean to English (when it enters the download mode it is in Korean language and I want to change it to English).

Today I have tried to flash my SHW-M480W with N8010 ROM but failed. Fortunately, I can revert to the old ROM. However this ROM version only supports several language packs for Keyboard, and I can't use it for my country's language

slightly confused are their still people who did not get the 4.1.2 mine is 3g model and it came with the same mine is N8000:good::laugh:

Maybe he meant November which is when UECLK7 leaked for the 3110 (I think it was anyways)..

Try plugging it in to your computer and go on Samsung Kies and it should say update available

Android 4.1 update to GT-P3100 in Spain?
Available in Spain? (GT-P3100 GSM+WiFi, running 4.0.3 plus CF-Auto-Root). Neither Kies nor OTA finds any update available.
p.s. Anything special to know/ do/ avoid in updating from 4.0.3 to 4.1.x on a CF-Auto-Root'ed device?

had the same problem, run as administrator solved it.

Is it me or does the interface on this update looks really bad. Home button, menu, back button is now right align instead of left align. Swipe down menu is now right in the middle of the screen. It looks "unpolished". I notice for the stock browser, I now have to tap the link multiple times to get it to load. Yes I tried boat and dolphin browser. I use to love boat browser but got tired of the flash crash under 4.0.4. Maybe I'm spoiled by my note 2 but this jelly bean release does not seem to be up to Samsung standard.

After update apps dont see my music videos,or photos stored on my sd card, how do I fix this?

I was having a slightly different issue with the ExtSD card. I couldn't move files to or from there. I could install an APK from there but not move it over.
The only answer I found (after trying many methods to restore full access to the card) was to format it from the Storage menu in settings. I would suggest hooking it up to a computer and moving everything you want to save over to the PC first. Then once you have formatted you can move it all back and have access to it again.
Not sure why it's only a handful of people having an issue, but no one else had any solution in another thread for me, so I created my own.

Seriously what do they do with Gtab2 firmwares ? no update for a recent device .....

They said they will update until 4.2.2... we will see.I feel my tab a bit slow especially when typing on virtual keyboard thats why im waiting f or an update.
Maybe a factory reset could help but i have so many things on it ...im lazy to reinstall all!

If your Gtab is rooted ,you can use "titanium backup",to make a backup of your apps before a factory reset: P
