YouTube app problems - Nexus 7 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi guys
My friend has a nexus 7 and is having issues with the YouTube app. It buffers for 6/7 seconds then play for a second and buffers again. He doesn't have root so can't uninstall it. He's tried clearing the the cache and data to no avail.
Does anybody have any suggestions or advice?
I've had a quick search but could find any threads about this. Apologies if there is as I can only access xda from my Xoom at the moment.

Hulu plus network issues

After searching the internet I've determined that Hulu Plus will not work on my phone because the ads are being blocked. But I've uninstalled ad blocker and cleared my cache with cachemate, and I still can't get Hulu Plus to work. Can someone help me out? Thanks so much.

I'm having the same issues on my Galaxy Nexus. I can watch ads but after that I get the annoying "network issues" message. Help on the subject would be appreciated.

Wifi issues in europe

Hi there,
I noticed some Wifi issues when I'm playing online poker, ot disconnects every 2 minutes (i guess it reconnected).
I enabled international channels in settings, without success :/
Maybe the errors comes with the poker app?
I don't see the Wifi Icon reconnecting when I'm browsing the web or watch videos on youtube...

What app is it? If you say the wifi works with every other app then you answered your own question. Try to uninstall the poker app and clear the cache for it, then re-install after rebooting the device. If it doesn't work then contact the publisher.
Did you download it from the amazon market? If not, its probably that its badly coded and the publishers need to port it over to the KF.
its appeak poker from google market. maybe someone can give it a try?

You tube issues

I'm having trouble with the you tube app. I can only view one video, after this in order to view another I must close the app and reopen it. It's like I lose connection or something. If I click on another video or search the little circle just turns and turns forever never loading anything.
I'm running the latest paranoid android, but this has been an issue for a while and I've just been ignoring it.

Try wiping the YouTube cache/data.
If that does not help try removing any changes you did to the PA Settings to the YouTube app.

It's anyone else getting error 15001 when trying to use Netflix?

This comes up every time I try to use Netflix. I bought this tablet yesterday morning and I haven't been able to use Netflix yet.
I've tried reinstalling it and clearing user data.
EDIT: I just got the JSS15Q update and Netflix now works!

Try signing off netflix and sign back in.
Netflix worked for me first couple of days then quit and gave me errors. I ended up uninstalling Netflix after trying everything in the threat about the issue then installing it again and it has worked every since.
Netflix has been absolute garbage for me on the Nexus 7. I have to sign out and back in almost every time I launch the app for it to work correctly. I've gotten those errors before, and I've also had it sit at the loading screen for ten minutes doing nothing.

Try heading to (settings>apps>all apps>netflix> wipe data & cach ) let us know how it goes

I get this message at random. Sometimes, the app itself logs me out and prompts for user name/password after showing this message. Then it works.
If you can try and find the .apk file for a previous build. The current up to date file could have a bug.

Netflix have been on undergoing changes that's why sometimes issues arise but are temporary. They updated the app, to work with 4.3 squashed some bugs and now they are adding features to the service. Everything is working fine on my end, also due to this is not only the Android app same happened with the site on PC and on my PS3, but all is working now.
And please stop blaming the Nexus 7 "Flo" for every single issue when are the apps that have the issues.
