Help, strange numbers en Battery Monitor widget. - Defy Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have a defy with green lenses, cm10 by quarx. I had/have problems with battery draining. This app used to work ok showing -10%/h (was working on reducing that even though i don't use it that much to consume it). Tried touching up the CPU settings and governos. And the app when nuts, so i changed everything back to normal (by default). Did cache and dalvik, plus cleared cache and data, and reinstalled the app.
But when i come from sleep i look at the widget and it shows: "-435%/h" !! anybody help?
Plus: I'm trying the Battery calibrator by nema to see if it fixes this.

Battery Indicator Stuck At 100%

Yesterday, I switched on the System UI Tuner, specifically the "Show embedded battery percentage" feature. Today, I was on a phone call for about 30 minutes (with screen on) and was not charging at all. Battery level should have been lower than 100% but remained 100%. Rebooted the phone and the battery level is still at 100%.
Anybody else experienced this and/or has a remedy for it?
did you actually check your battery stats? has it moved from 100%? hav you tried turning it off again? there's not enough information here!

The battery stats did not have any information for more than an hour. I turned of the battery percentage feature and the indicator went back to normal.
You sure you didn't turn on Demo mode by accident? System UI tuner allows you to turn on demo mode which will make the battery percent stay on 100%. Try toggling it on and off.

Confirmed it's been disabled. I've never activated it.
Same issue
hey there.
I have the same issue right now. I just got my 6p yesterday and I have no modification installed at all, although i did unlock.
My battery is showing 100% with no individual battery use breakdowns, and I have rebooted twice and still 100%.
Did you solve your issue at all?
I may do a factory reset and see if that helps.
Have the same issue. It started this afternoon.
I had the same problem . I fixed it by going into recovery (stock), wipe my cache partition, and reboot.
I fixed mine also, went into TWRP wiped Delvik Cache and Cache.

Wakelocks on 6.0.1

I'm experiencing a lot of wakelocks on 6.0.1
It's mostly happlens when I disable WiFi and and leave the phone over the night.
The problem is gone only after a restart, and will ocure again if I disable WiFi.
Anyone with similar problem and most importantly - solution ?
How can I find what cause this wakelocks?
(I'm not rooted)
if you are not rooted then how did you find that your device is suffering from wakelocks ?
use gsam battery app to monitor wakelocks.

On the battery page, when I click on graph it shows the detailed graph when the screen was on, when wifi was on, etc. When I noticed fast battery drain I can see that the "awake" graph is continious meaning that device stays awake all the time, even all apps was closed and wifi, and data was disabled.

Reset moto display (clear data and cache) and use the new battery optimization on all your apps. And for extra, use greenify which can also show you the apps that are running in the background and is able to aggressive doze your device.
Could also be an app that screams for an internet connection since it only happens when you disable WiFi.

boot into safe mode, leave the phone for a few hours and see if the wakelocks are still there. if not then it is caused by some apps.

Its part of the moto app. Go to settings>app>moto>storage and clear data and cache. Mine was also giving a lot of wakelocks first few days when it was new, because of moto display had a bug waking up the device every few minutes. I did a factory reset and everything was solved.

OK, I did hard reset as well, several times, from the menu and form the storck recovery - BUT the wakelocks still present
it happens mostly when I turn off wifi
any suggestions?
I'm unrooted, just stock 6.0.1 nothing hacked or whatsoever.
Reading this thread it's not actually drians your battery, but it's a bug in the battery statistics showing your wifi was on. Read this thread for more info.

Doze-Wakelock

Better Battery Stats shows Doze-Wakelock as my worst offender of Kernel wakelocks at 75% with the next offender, power manager service at a measly 13%. I have reset, reflashed, uninstalled, reinstalled, wiped cache, wiped dalvik, yet the wakelock persists and I can not find anything about it on any thread. I currently use greenify, power nap, amplify, and force doze on Stang5.0litre rom. However I have noticed the wakelock on Echoe and stock rom. It persists with Force Doze off (I don't use Greenify's Aggresive doze.) If anyone has any info on this wakelock, please inform me.

I'm also on the Stang rom and i just noticed it after gsam showed my phone being held awake for over an hour during 2 and a half hours of standby. Seemed to start when i turned on the AOD but i can't be sure.

Do you use any if the apps I mentioned above. Ive noticed the wakelock isnt as prominent if the phone is left stationary. So I feel as though it might be greenify or force doze trying to force doze, but android system noticing the motion and not letting it do so, creating a loop and constant conflict. But as I said i can not find anything about this on xda or Google.

Turned the aod off this morning. Definitely the culprit. However noticed 4 random reboots while the phone was inactive. The problem goes away when i turn aod back on. Currently investigating this new problem.
Freezing always on display in titanium Backup after disabling it fixed the random reboot issue. Currently enjoying no doze-wakelock in bbs with a great increase of deep sleep time.
The only one i use is greenify.

[Q] Weird Battery Drain + Indicator Problem

I'm not sure if it's more appropriate to post here
or on the custom ROM forum itself, but here's my battery issue:
Issue: Abnormally fast battery drain. My battery would
be fully charged, and almost immediately start draining until
it'd show 1% within 2 hrs. Screen would be off mostly (normal
use).
Been on a custom ROM since January 2017 (crDroid) and have had no problems with it since,
except 3 days ago, when the problem first appeared.
Things that are ON: LTE data (or Wi-fi), Auto apps update on
Google Play Store (never been problematic before), Location,
Things that are OFF: Bluetooth, ScreenCast, Caffeine
When I check Battery in Settings, the numbers don't add up.
I'd have battery indicator at 70% for example, but Screen,
Android System, all other apps would add up to only 7%. So
that's a whopping 23% unaccounted for.
But here's the weird thing: it drains fast until 1%, then at 1%,
the phone is supposed to initiate automatic shutdown like it has before.
When this issue cropped up, the phone keeps going for about 6 hours
or so before shutdown is started. Checking Kernel Adiutor occasionally,
I'd see a much slower decrease in voltage which probably reflects
more accurately the power drawdown situation.
Things I've done:
-clear cache (both through File Explorer and TWRP Recovery)
-clear batterystats.bin
-calibrate battery after full charge/discharge (via Root Essentials,
which basically does the same thing as manually deleting batterystat.bin,
if I'm not mistaken)
-Resetting App Preferences via Setting/Battery
None of the above has worked. Any idea what might be wrong?
My device is a Zuk Z1, with a 4100mAh battery. It usually lasts me more
than a day on normal use, but as the attached pic shows, it's at 96%
yet without having used any apps yet, has only 2 hrs of juice left.
I've tried reflashing my ROM, wiping everything including formatting data
yet nothing has worked.
I'm a light user, as I don't play games or watch videos on my phone.
Neither do I use graphics-intensive apps. I haven't used processor-intensive apps
that require constant GPS (like Google Maps, Waze) since then.
Battery issue, just replace it

I guess you have bad habit of charging your phone when it reaches to 5-6%? Am I right? If not and you charge your phone in a healthy basis, then I guess change the ROM or re-flash it. It might work. Or else replace the battery.

*job.delay and *job.deadline wakelock problem

hello
after upgraded from 9.0.15 to 9.0.17 i noticed i having some issues with battery drain, using BBS and it shows the problem come from Alarm - android- *job.delay and *job.deadline, and it take more than 200+ times wakelock per hour , for the night it consumed about 10% battery without wifi and data connection
im already tried to search oneplus and xda forum but seems no solution
also tried wipe system, wipe cache, wipe date, even used MSM tools but the problem is still the same.
hope someone can help me !! Cheers
Those wakelocks are related to Doze, some app (or apps) are waking your device when it tries to enter in Doze mode.
