New "easter egg"?

Repetitively tapping on Android version in Settings->About tablet brings up what I think is an 'updated' version of an easter egg. I think before it said, "BUZZZZZ" - but who knows.. maybe it might be news to someone.
Well, I though I was being trolled, but it actually does something lol. Mine says Rezzzzz. Know of any other easter eggs? I've never been into 'collecting' them, even with all the video games I used to play. I think I remember seeing Koush say something about tapping something in ROM Manager like 100 times and something would happen, but I didn't really pay attention. But yea, if there are any other easter eggs I would love to know about them!
*EDIT* Mine won't do it again, is it just a one time thing? That would seem to follow suit with the whole easter egg motif I do believe, but could be wrong. Also, if there are others and are device specific, I have a DX, D2, D1, and DInc along with my Xoom. Might hafta search around tomorrow morning. Or just go around tapping the sh*t out things....

ANDROID OS V. 4.1 Jelly Bean

res everyone

i wen crazy, it looks as every time we go one step foward the leap a block,
lets get to looking for leaks, and start porting this baby, now and days there
are a bunch of different looking android platforms, i see nothing wrong with our
sgs2's, its a great device, lets make its firmware great too
Yea, just read it. Can't believe this stupid decision by Google. Keeping the version number same and changing the platform name is very weird and childish. And it will be a disaster if it's really a mere upgrade over ICS, and i think that's true. Have they finally accepted that ICS wasn't finished and indirectly they will try to finish it with a flashy name?? I guess.

Android 4.1
Wow,
Just a decimal number difference, and Google names Android 4.1's platform name to Jelly Bean o_o
& Rumours has it that Android 5.0 will be called Key Lime Pie instead
Will be interested to be on a look out what exactly are the changes via http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Android_version_history.

Also, how is this a theme or an app.
This is news related to the Galaxy Nexus, not the Galaxy S II.

4.1.1 Jelly Bean is unlikely until Samsung releases new binaries

Seeing as the comment made by Codeworkx was made in the development forum, I thought the discussion over CM10 and Jelly Bean should be handled over here.
The statement in question: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=28610881&postcount=1871
Incompatible binarys.
Will result in no audio, no camera, no hwcomposer, no video codecs...
Enough said?
Let's wait for samsung

It looks like we'll have quite the wait before CM10 or Jelly Bean is available for the S3.

same story with cm9 and android 4.0 update for sgs2 few months back...
Sounds good to me. By the time we get it most apps should be stable on jellybean. At the moment I'm having a lot of compatibility issues on the gnex.
Anyway this phone is already smooth as butter and Google now sucks.

I wouldn't say Google Now sucks, I'm looking forward to it.
As for smoothness, I've only had the device running extremely smoothly while on CM9. On stock and modded TW, it is quick but nowhere near your average Jelly Bean device. CM9 still has issues with camera quality but I've been running it due to the improvements in performance elsewhere.
You'd have to have been living under a rock to even contemplate the idea of Samsung releasing Jellybean within the next 2 months given their history.
Maybe I'm also the only one in the world who can find their way home without a map.

Zing!
Seriously though, I think Google Now is very interesting. I've been hearing about it's behaviour for a week or two on my friend's Nexus. It seems to me that the more this gets worked on, the more intuitive it can become while it's "watching" where you're at regularly.
Already he's noticed it prompting him about traffic around the times he leaves for work in the morning and for home in the afternoon, to tell him about traffic conditions & ETAs.
Pretty amazing possibilities if you can get the phone to passively offer helpful information without asking if you ask me...

Orly? Never knew it learns. Then again I only played with it for a short while. Don't use the gnex as a daily driver because it has no fm radio.

It certainly sounds like it's been learning from what he's telling me. Certainly unique idea from Google anyways.

I was genuinely unaware that Samsung's official release was necessary for CM10 to be ported over.

Why? ICS was released in November, Samsung leaked the ICS-based stock ROMs in December already, and in February I received an OTA.

tbh i do not want samsung to release jelly bean until later in the year, as the ics and s2 / s3 is still kind of new. I would like samsung to fix and make their current rom solid for x months before moving on.

Android Easter Egg

This is off topic, but I couldn't help but share. Our little Android's have a little secret they're hiding. I've flashed multiple ROMs and this trick still works. It's nothing much, but interesting none the less.
Press your menu key>settings>about phone
Now find 'android version' and click it repetitively and quickly. I'll just let you guys figure out the secret.

Pretty sure it's a Jelly Bean easter egg, not just 4.2. Also, Cyanogen modded the easter egg in CM10 to be little cyanogen guys too.
You can get some pretty nice artwork on Decks Reloaded when you do the Easter Egg
This has been in there since gb.
