Goodbye dear friends & followers

Hey out there,
just want to tell you that i will sell my X10 now and won't work on it anymore.
I thought it's fair to say goodbye to X10 Forums, since i spent so much time here in the last year
I will miss some aspects of this X10-Forums on XDA and want to say thanks to all new friends and good developers here! (Won't list any here, i think the people meant will know that i meant them )
Because i just can afford 1 phone at a time i have to sell my X10 to get a new one. My actual plan is to get a DHD (or similar) and switch to Pyramid when it's released in Germany. (If anyone wants my device give me a PM *joking* )
I hope that i will meet some of you again here on Forums!
So now it's offical and final!
GOODBYE !
Best Regards
Bin4ry
Thanks for all you have done. Wont be the same without you though
Have fun buddy.

thanks Bin4ry for all the work u put in... ur efforts have taken the dumb stock SE x10 to an actual smart phone which we can can tinker with...
best of luck hacking ur new device
btw u will still be on XDA right?
keep in touch
Well, you've left with a big present you gave to us, that's for sure
It's a pitty that you're leaving right after you made it able to flash your own kernel and it's definitely a drawback on any further progresses to it. But I think anyone can understand you nonetheless.
Any chance you'll still be helping the dev team with anything that doesn't need an actual X10 in your pocket?
Cheers and goodbye to you!

Thanks Bin4ry for all you have done for X10 community. I remember the day you guys did root this phone and made us happy and that will stay with us. Will see you again later somewhere else. Good LUCK.
Thank you Bin4ry!! Good luck! It is sad to see you go.
Adios friend, you will be missed!

Hi bin4ry, mate,
+1 on your DHD plan.
I did that switch a little longer ago.
Best idea I ever had.
Mine is already running Android 2.3.3. Or 2.2.1 @a max of 1.8Ghz if I like to.
Battery lasts for three days or a linpack score of >60 and quadrant of >3000 speak for themselfs
Feel free to contact me if there are any questions. I'd really like to see you over there.

thanks for all your help and skills Bin4ry - i dont think anyone can blame you for ditching the X10, as much as we all love it, its a bit of a lost cause hey.
Tim.
Bye man it was good having you here and good luck with your new phone!
I just want to say thank you so much for all that you give
Take care

I missed my x10 so much that i got another one and got rid of the DHD, so im back here again lol...
I wish you all the best pal and hope that you achieve the best possible in your studies!!!
And dont forget to pop around time to time and you never know the BL may get broken one day and we could use your brains...
Thanks again and auf wiedersehen Andreas
thx for all you've done

This is so untrue i'm sorry but with a battery of 1230mAh 3 days are IMPOSSIBLE
I've had this phone for 5 days, and it barely last 1.5 day
Bin4ry i'm sorry to see that you're leaving
Hate to see you leave. Thanks for all you have done and contributed to the community. Wish you all the best with studies and everything.
Lieben Dank und herzliche Grüße aus Berlin nach Schwelm.

The only way to really brick a phone is during a bad radio flash..
Just check your md5 sums and make sure to not flash either new boot file or radio if you have less than 30% battery or with the back cover off (so the battery doesn't fall out)
See ya 'round, chiefy!
I saw your post in the marketplace so I knew this was coming..
Have fun w/the new toy.
Enjoy your new phone man seen you around here alot of times thanks for helping other users and you might regret the fact that it is extremely complicated to root and all that compared to the x10 lol

Hardly...
I have owned many phones and read one quick tutorial and you're set.
Plus the fact you can do much more makes it all worth it.
I know I said my good bye to you through pm already but I thought I'd say it again. I'm sure you'll get much more satisfaction from galaxy being the techy guy that you are and I'm sure in less than a week you'll be on the cyanogenmod nightlies lol
Also I don't know if I ever did thank you proper for the various bits of advice over time you have given me, and also when I put together that tutorial for how to flash 2.2 beta 4 with your help all that time ago.
I wish you the very best for the future and don't be a stranger and your always very welcome to my Facebook group and continue being a mod there

Bye everyone!

Thanks for making the Vibrant great, it was fun coming here, ruining my phone (my fault), fixing it, then repeating. I've had some pretty badass roms, this phone changed my life, and my feelings towards apple. Hopefully I'll see some of you in the Galaxy s 2 forum. Happy non bricking
Ps. I'll miss you guys.
Vibrant was my first android phone. learned a lot about android, and the development for this phone has greatly improved!
Samsung Galaxy S II here i come!
this is my first android phone as well. vibrant is such a great phone, I've had a wonderful experience with it. my next phone will be an iPhone or a windows phone though. I like trying new things
This is my first Android too..

this was my first android phone too. would probably be leaving at the end of the month, just waiting for the nexus prime so i can compare the prime,gs2 and amaze
bye you'll be missed );
Goodbye and Hello, I have joined you in SGS II land. All, if you want the vibrant near perfect, SGS II is for you. Same but bigger screen, GPS that just works, snappy - snappy - snappy out of the box, Front facing camera, very good rear camera, too much to list. Heaven.
But I still love my vibrant and am carrying it on another line... Life is good.
dont forget mj we have the source too so root is around the corner
I hope the Galaxy S2 for TMobile doesn't get forgotten like the Vibrant
Sent from my T959 using XDA Premium App
Bye Bye all... I too have bid my Vibrant farewell.. I jumped ship and went iPhone 4S. Thank you sooooooo much to the dev teams that made the Vibrant experience 1000X's better than having it stock. Major props to Team Whiskey and EDT. After trying every ROM to come out, Bionix is where I came back to - it truly was the best Vibrant experience.
When your going out, I'm going in lol. Getting a Vibrant. How is it?
Have fun with your new toy! C-Ya homie.

[Q] Subsequent phone for HD2

Hi,
I like my HD2. It´s a nice phone and the best are the many Devs. But now it´s time for me for a new phone with more power.
Is there some phone that is or will be as popular as the HD2 among the Devs?
Thx.
Benno
Sorry this doesn't really answer your question but I bought a new phone. The HTC Mytouch 4g slide. Dual-core, 8MP camera, its really a great phone BUT you know what? I've hardly used it. I can't seem to let go of this phone because its such a great phone. The development on the phone i bought is bad too.
For your best bet I would look at a phone your interested in and then go to that thread here on XDA. Look to see if there are any good developers working on it and how many threads/posts they have. The more the better i would think.
Wait bro are you getting rid of your HD2 then?!?!?!
I just got a HD2 which is fully broken, motherboard is melted D:
If you are willing to donate your HD2... lol.
Anyway, let me know my bday is April 7!

Check out HTC One X's thread. A lot of devs there and a beast of a phone.
It came out officially today.

You really do troll these forums looking for free phones, don't you.
I thought you said your birthday was two weeks ago, like the thread in the off topic section that got deleted.
Quit asking for free stuff by telling everyone "it's your birthday", no one gives a crap when some random person on the internet is having a "birthday"

Great choice, I hear there's some buzz in the one x forums. How's the device turned out for you anyway? Does the quad core really make that much of a difference in speed? A huge difference from the hd2?

Since January my life became a nonsense and even the title xda mods gave me doesn't make to much sense these days.
