i think about to buy a English Version of the HTC HD2 . So my Question is, is it possible to install a language pack to change the GUI in the german language?
I think it is not a big problem, because the most customs ROMs are also english but if there is a language pack i would like to install it

There is no rom with Hebrew build inside.
Just pick a rom and install it hebrew addition to the keyboard.
