How can I CLOSE all APPS in 1 CLICK?
A task killer should do that. However, task killers, and closing apps n general, work against the android is.

Cyanogenmod based roms have the option to hold the back button to kill apps. Very helpful.

I've never heard of this. After installing an app in the Play Store, it just opens by itself?
I'm not exactly sure what you mean either, but I find it an enlightening process to use something like Autostarts every now and then to keep an eye on new apps and widgets to see when they're triggering themselves.

Well, basically it's every app, no matter l install from play store or I side load an apk. It wasn't like this initially, but I cannot figure out what triggered this.

Hey everyone
Just wondering why my mobile data app would be running on my nexus 7 32 GB Wi-Fi model. Is there an app that is causing it to turn on?
Please help me understand
Tia

Do you mean mobile data, or Wi-Fi?

Mobile data. It has a phone as an icon

Where are you seeing this icon? The mobile data notification is not a phone icon. A screenshot would help.
Here is a screen ****

It looks to me like your screen shot is of the 'All' apps, not 'Running' apps. Or is this a list from a Task Killer (boo!)? If it is not using memory or cpu it is not running, so there is no need to worry about it. It is probably in the os because there are 3g versions of the N7.

I am wondering if it is possible for me to kill an apk by holding the back button the same way I do in CM10 on my GS3?

Where can i find a mod to add the clear all apps in the recent apps list? I've seen it in some roms.
