Hi guys I am planning to buy one. Just wanted to know whether the current batch in play store is free from the issues.

I'm sorry but we're not psychics nor Google was kind enough to give any flippin info about it. My best bet is to read a lot of local mobile tech news (Mobilesyrup for Canadians for example). They do a lot of researching and probably will tell you about next Nexus batch. Another way to know when it's available is through N4 checker or anything similar to that. Good luck
I'm already doing that but thanks anyway! ^^ I'm so impatient to have that phone in my hands!!

Could you buy and see paid apps in the past?

I don't know for sure but MAYBE this will work.
1.Use a VPN to download.
OR
2.Download a modded play store.
Again, I don't know if this will work so any member here, correct me if i'm wrong.

What if i buy app and than format phone, do i have to buy it again?
Sent from my Nexus 4 using xda app-developers app
No you dont. Just open the playstore>menu>my apps and the ones that you already purchased will be available for download.

Nope, Google Play remembers which apps you bought in my apps/all.

Just buy it from the play store. The same time you spend looking for it locally it could have probably been @ your door already..
