Yes these are the chinese applications.With a program like sd maid pro you can unistall all the chinese applications.

Reboot phone.
Sometimes after changing language not all aplications changing it, you must reboot and then you will se whitch aplications is needed to remoove.

that would be nice.i flashed again,changed the language from system/language and input and this time i got no chinese.The problem i have (both times that i installed) is that every 10-15 seconds the screen flickers,like it is refreshing or something and it interrupts what you are doing at that time,many times causing force closes,slowing down the interface or freezes for a moment.Anyone know what it is causing this? the wipes i make before flashing are as always are data,cache,dalvik and format system.i also do them twice just to be sure..! i was with kalo's rom before with no problems

Instructions:
0. You have to create an ext partition on your SD card, otherwise you'll get bootloop.
1. Go to recovery, wipe all data/factory reset and wipe dalvik cache

I found one bug if you can call it a bug, when I want to add a photo to my contact and I crop it to fit the area it always cuts half of what I crop so I have only half od someones face, plus, if you could add more keyboard layouts, other than that pretty good rom, been using it since last night.

EDIT: So after playing a bit I've noticed after I enter settings menu and try to scroll down, first time I do that it's a bit laggy like it needs to load first then I'm able to scroll fluidly...will report if anything else comes up btw which supercharger option you chose? plus can I change supercharger options?

Of course you can, just open Terminal emulator, type su and than type bash V6. And the supercharger menu will open.

GPS stopped working :/ everything was fine the first time I tried it and then second time not working... everything else looks ok... maybe it's just me... we'll see when more users start using your rom

I have not noticed any problems with the GPS yet, but thanks your comment, I'll look into it.

You know what is weird? Everyone wants ICS look on GB and also when they have actual ICS that look is boring... just because of it... and ICS can only be themed with colors now... no reason to do that...

it is a big prblem with ics now.. It's buggy and we can't use as a daily rom. I used it from beta1 and now I going back to gb... I want to try this

This ROM was created by none other than the great Martin Coulon (@martinusbe). This was created as a side project during his 'free' time while waiting for GZR's Validus & Tesla builds to update. Now if you are wondering why it is called Tipsy, you guessed it. He was actually somewhat drunk when he made it, and even now, most updates/fixes are done while happily intoxicated, thus keeping the Tipsy motto. It was initially done for the OnePlus One as a joke, however, the love for this ROM was so huge, it found it's way out. We just couldn't keep it to ourselves. Within a few days, it had spread like wildfire to a plethora of different devices.
Tipsy has a slim base, and only the useful and necessary stuff was added, including a few extra features to keep up with the competition out there. Tipsy fully supports Layers (RRO) and has the Layers manager app built-in. CM is kept to the barest minimum here, and is only added/used ONLY as needed.

Hey those who have flashed this ROM, can you please tell me if the on screen navigation keys work and also can we disable the hardware capacitive keys?
I have seen that there is a toggle in the settings to turn the capacitive keys off but I want to ask if it works or not?

Smooth and buttery... has all the necessary features I look for in a ROM. All my apps are working as it should after restoring using Titanium Backup...
The Security settings has some omissions and some quirks (not calling it bug because we can still live with it - particularly when you are tipsy )
1. One omission (at least for me), I always hide my password but the option is missing in the Security setting. Is it possible to enable it in any other way?
2. 'Quick unlock' option (again in Security setting) automatically disables even if you enable it once you come out of the settings (although the feature still continue to work even after it disables automatically).
3. The 'Automatically lock' value changes to after sleep even if you change it to a number (once you come out of the settings).
Till now only made one call. No SOD in that. I disabled Ambient display from Display Setting though. Will update about further on SOD after few calls/days.

It's working.
It worked automatically after sometime, I didn't touch any settings.
BTW thanks for providing varieties of roms. This rom is also nice, smooth, fluid and almost stable.

there is audio distortion in this rom..also in mokee....ANY SOLUTION GUYZ

If I changed DPI to other values other than 400, I can't install apps, eg Ampere.
Sometimes cannot detect SIM, need to turn on airplane mode, reboot to recover from this.
Have not test Google Map compass, Sygic navigation (Omni has issue), audio playback and on receiving calls screen off and when move away from ear whether screen can be turned on or not. Hopefully no SOD.
Thanks for bringing slim 5.1.1 to Mi3/4, I'm on Mi 4.

1. Seems like there's gps issue with ROM. Even with compass zip flashed, although compass works in Google Maps, gps doesn't work. Tested on Sygic and Gps test Apps.

I have been using the ROM from yesterday ,till now no SOD . but once i got "No sim bug" after restarting(got it fixed after restarted phone again )
ROM looks so smooth ,performance is amazing .
Home hardware button was not working ,I had to manually copy the keyboard layout files from old tipsy build "atmmel-maxtouch.kl","gpio-keys.kl" & "synaptics_rmi4_i2c.kl" to fix the issue .
finally I am adding this ROM in the fav List

The fix statement/FAQ
When the home button is pressed, the response occurs with some delay. This is due to the fact that by default, double-clicking the home button assigns an action. And the system after the first press waits for a certain time 2nd click, and when it does not follow, the action is executed. To remove this, go to the path: Settings - advanced - system - buttons - "Home" button / double-click action - DELETE "No action", profit!
Activate the dialer:

Setting up MicroG - launching the market:

This is AospExtented ROM by AmolAmrit, but with MircoG and various improvements

I dont understand how install, I go install rom boot and install this MicroG? No chance to use this with gapps?
Is pretty interesting..., thanks for this mod I will wait for more instruções to install.

The only thing that holds me back from trying any ROM is the camera quality loss (or the fact that with the gcam I can't use the wide lens camera or macro).
There isn't any way to install the mi camera on this rom? Anyone who has this rom can try it?
I'm also sad that the Pixel Experience was discontinued
And BTW, there is any method to not lose data when unlocking bootloader? I want to backup the stock rom and my data and apps before flashing a ROM, that would be really good.

Easily usable as daily driver. Pocket detection is buggy though. When you let it open, it doesn't allow the phone to go to deep sleep. Once it's closed no more kernel wakelock. Apart from that pretty okay but if you want customizations you need to go with Evolution X.
