You'll have to ask in your device forum.

Can someone post the XXJPU rom without bootloader please?
The one on kyrillos stock rom thread the someone posted is corrupt.
Flashed the bootloader version and it was successful. Delete this thread please.
You can delete the boot and sbl from the tar easy by yourself.. just use total commander or izarc (i use izarc)

I tried that but something went wrong and the flash was stuck on cachefs.rfs

I decided to give you my experience with the installation Of The Most Fantastic ROM and the steps followed by the might be useful:
First : take all your data from both internal and external SD in a save place . i use mybackup pro ( the best ) .
Second : wipe every thing .
Third : flash Official XXLPQ with odin . Only PDA + Modem .
Fourth : Flash the Rom with « Extended steps to install the ROM :
Reboot into recovery
Wipe Data / Factory Reset
Wipe Cache Partition
Install the Main ROM
In recovery go to Advanced
Wipe Dalvik Cache
Fix Permissions
Wipe Cache Partition
Reboot
If at the first boot you can't do the configuration of the google account, skip this step and continue
When you boot into the system, it's probably that you don't have data enabled (3g, H+) just reboot
When you boot again into the system the data will be enable and you can do the configuration of Google Account (if you don't do this before)
This is the moment for install all the extras like themes, fix's, kernels, etc.
Enjoy!!!
After this you will not meet a single problem .
Perhaps a bit low on information?

You don't know what your talking about. You have come to the android development! Development being the key word here! And made a thread about how to flash a rom... you can share this is in the westcrip thread... now my point is clear! --_--.

Disagree.
You have taken basic flashing instructions which can be found in any ROM thread and created a new (irrelevant) thread in the wrong forum.
Please take the time to read the forum rules and guidelines of how to correctly utilise the development forums.
Great Forum.

Yes, just flash the flashable zip through CWM recovery and you're good to go.

Gotta ask, but is there absolutely any reason why one would not want to do this? For example, would it screw up Skype or something? Does it increase shutter time to something unreasonable? Anything?

None that I know of...if you run into problems you can do a nand restore. You should always have a fresh one on hand.
