hello all yesterday my phone got crazy while i was watching youtube ,
when i wanna press something in screen then it goes to something else ,
and i restarted phone and i got stuck in SIM card locked , i cant press numbers to unlock SIM card when i wanna press 9 then goes to 7
if i press 3 then goes to 1 and like so , i restarted phone , did battery off for 10 minuts , flash phone all over , tried everything but calibration won't work
any help
try to do factory reset and reflash other rom,try to reflash kdz....

both of them calibrartion is crazy :silly:
Hardware problem i think.
I think it get worst when it is Hot..
Isto have put mine charging and it started to do that, also the other time it ocour was in an Hot Day and it was in my pocket.

thats seems logic, i had this problem twice , both when i was watching youtube loong in phone ,
first time i got , i closed youtube and wifi ,
and second time , i ignored and keep watching youtube ,

When the screen gets hotter the platics becomes a bit soft, thats what may happens, maybe the digitilizer

I installed the apk and calibrate the screen.
NOTE: check always calibration!
I haven't tested it so much, but when I installed it was very hot the GT540, and I calibrate it, and it seem to work. But lets see with the time.
This with the same rom.
thanks guys , i just gave up on phone , is officially dead for me as i cant repair or buy any part for it , because i live in Africa/Morocco so cant find parts for this Lg

That's bad :/
Well at least mine is working well now.
I also changed the rom to TX-MIUI v4 and it's working well.
I don't if it really was the apk or just luck, but it's working!

I try to download but after install its not allow to open....
That's right, it isn't available for QVGA devices yet. But the're working on a fix for that.

already tried the unlock trick but still not working. got sound but white screen. I m using stock rom+rooted
Works fine for me, you just need to lock and unlock a few times and you come to the menu. And dammit, the game is awesome!

I'm on a customer 2.1 rom and have tried the lock/unlock method but I've got nothing. Hopefully they'll develop a lover res version soon.
mine works fine.
Got mine to work fine... it jus needs playin around with the lock/unlock.

have you tried v1.4.2 "windywoo" ? ... its working fine to me, with stock rom .. just need screen lock / unlock once a time ..
a little bit lagging, but playable ... setting the cpu rate higher solved the problem
guys is working fine on wildfire after you press on the game the screen goes black for like 20 secs maybe or something like that then you can hear music starting to play and you see something on your screen that aint black anymore ... at that point lock your phone then unlock it and it will work i can guarantee i got like at half of the game and now i'm playin angry birds seasons too

Is there some magic I have to do on the wildfire to get it to work?
I tried it today on my GFs wildfire I bought her for Xmas, Froyo, screen goes black, and graphics scroll around edges. It works fine on my Iphone and Galaxy.
I've completed seasons today, and jsut got Hang 'em high - IMO the hardest yet.
I installed mine two days ago (after upgrade to 2.2 stock). When click to open it gives me black screen for few seconds, then I lock and unlock phone and it goes in full screen. Works ok. Lags somethimes but not too much.
Advice: Turn off your conections before playing (that way you shut down adds).
Worked on 2.1 stock after lock/unlock, haven't yet tried on stock 2.2.
Anyway, some parts are missing due to low resolution, but playable, not as much fun as on desire, hangs sometimes.
I am waiting for PC version and QVGA support.
so my phone has been acting very strange lately. every once in a while when i turn the screen on i cannot unlock the phone.. it actually is unlocking but the screen in not registering.. i figured it had something to do with my cpu speed dropping too low or something but i was just playing with it and it actually works perfect if i slide the cover off the back just a tiny bit... if i take it all the way off it freezes the screen and if its all the way on it also freezes the screen....
anybody have this problem??

hi its about my HD2.
about 5days ago my phone droped from my hand and felt on ground ! ceramics !
after that my phone hangs after playing anygame even 2D games !!!!
well games are no problem i thinks its from CPU or the cooling system it got cause when i play phones temp. goes higher and higher and screen freezez in game and i cant do a thing only pulling out the battery and w8 around 2-3minutes to make phone chill out and its temp goes lower then plug the battery and turn the phone on !
any way to fix it ? or any hint ?

Have you tried reflashing it starting with a task29? This way you can rule out it being a software issue and focusing on how to fix the hardware issue.
When it fell it probably broke something in the circuitry...i doubt software has anything to do with it...
Warranty perhaps?

Hey Guyz , its me again.
This is the first time I'm posting in General section.

SO the thing is ,
The phone was all right till yesterday night.
I have a bad habit of putting my SGY on charging mode and then sleep the whole night.
The GY keeps on charging for full night......
So , today morning when i started my phone , and used it for about a minute ,
the DISPLAY brightness suddenly dropped.It even wasn't equal to the normal lowest brightness , more than it.
I can't even see the Wallpaper or anything now.
After i removed the battery and put it on again , and tried to switch my phone on , I couldn,t even notice the Samsung Logo.
After some time I noticed that the phone was switching on , but at VERY VERY VERY LOW BRIGHTNESS!!!:crying::crying::crying:
So the phone vibrated after long pressing the switch on button...
And the phone was on now...
But i couldn't see anything again......
This time i noticed that the phone was working nicely.... , but the brightness was REALLY LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:crying::crying::silly:
And even the screen is working , i mean that the phone responds to touch ,and i can even see some white objects like the Applications menu in settings ,
the menu to select launcher etc.
So all i want is immediate help on this topic.....

change the brightness in setting
first of all go in a dark room or switch of all the lights then u can see ur screen
so try to change setting
or backup apps n data and flash stock
or go to sammy service center

Get your phone changed, that seems to be a hardware problem
If ur recovery mode or download mode not show good....... Best way go to samsung service center ...

To be honest I think that something has blown in your phone bro
The only thing you can try is installing a stock firmware through Odin and clear all data and cache and see if that fixes the problem, if not... well then you need to take it in for repairs. Sorry
Or if you know somebody else with a Y, ask if you can try their battery in your phone, could be a battery problem Really not sure.

Going in dark room helped a bit Alkesh.....
Turned the brightness to full.....
Still too dark......
Now gonna go to sammy service center.....:good::victory:

Man i tried flashing both DDLA1 and DXKL2.....
Firmware successfully installed....
But still the same problem...........
I THINK ITS AN HARDWARE PROB.

i had the same problem with you, i unistalled the game,since im not such a gamer...
is your rom full or apps...? this problem looks like the ram runs out... :/ but 2gb of ram arent enough for you..? hmm... it sounds a bit strange..

same to you bro .. games like muffin knight causes freeze whaen i close the game .. usually its the newely installed games that causes me freeze .. it happened to me 4x now .. did anybody go to the lg center ? does anybody have any solution other than holding the power button for 30 seconds and a above ?

Someone can help? We need to ask to the lg center? I play Modern Combat 3, and don't have this problem, I think it's just whit some games, that's strange.
