Yes im the same been like this for 24hrs on my dhd
I've experienced a delay since this morning, first I thought the app would never log in but after a while (just let the programme try) it worked. I also had a server overload when trying to access xda via Firefox today, so it could be just this.

Sense Messaging App Glitch (extremely frustrating)

Hey there ,
I recently obtained a desire HD which was locked to a service provider called TELUS.
I just got the unlock code and I'm now using it on Rogers wireless.
But the issue is, the messging app has this glitch where if I recieve a message , it dates the message for 3 hours earlier than the time you get it. Sending works fine , no issues. I also experienced this same problem on my desire Z a while back. It's super annoying because it puts my recieved message at the top of the conversation , not chronologically .
I'm thinking it may be because I'm using it on Rogers ?
I really don't want to use a 3rd party sms app , so if anyone has a work around this , it would be awesome if you could help me out? Thanks so much

Desire HD won´t turn on.

My Desire HD won´t turn on. Only the LED is lightning. When it´s hanging on my PC or at the power supply. When i disconnect it it turns further on.
Have you tried removing the battery and then reinserting it?

Yes.
Wrong forum. It should be posted in the Q/A section.
And we need more information. What did you do before it happened?
Sent from my HTC Desire HD using xda premium
I did that: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1424023
but i didnt noticed that it won´t run with phones who were shipped with 2.3
Edited.. I see.. you are posting in the downgrade thread as well

The motherboard fried. Had the same problem before.
Edit. Just saw you posted above. So its a flash issues.
And what can i do now? I can´t send it to HTC..
Sell to me
You're in recovery or the bootloader?
Sent from my XxXDesireHDXxX with Beats Audio using xda premium
No. The Volume Button is broken....
Try to see if you can get it to bootloader or recovery using adb.
Sent from my HTC Desire HD using xda premium
adb says: error:device not found..
So it doesn't start at all?
Not even to splash screen?
Sent from my HTC Desire HD using xda premium
No. :/
If you can't start it at all the I'm afraid the you have a hard brick. But you might be able to recover it using a jtag. Unless the motherboard is fried.

Jtag is free in new mex
Whats jtag?

App from my bank?

I would like to try different rom on my dhd, but also have an app from my bank, which needs to be activated with 2 sets of numbers and each time, I have to pay them in order to activate it. Is there a way to install app and activate it by myself, after installation of new rom?

Already tried, it does not help, activation requested again....

Sorry don't seem to be any way around it. Though I have same issue with sony reader where when I change roms even if I install back up I still have to deactivate and then reactivate it to get it to work. Unfortunately adobe will only let me do that but so many times then they won't any more. What I did was call them and tell them I had issues with phone and at&t had to restore phone to factory so they understood and gave me a few activations more. You may want to try that with your bank and see if they go for it.
Sent from my Desire HD using xda premium
Yes, they go with it, but charge me each activation, that's what I want to skip...

AS a mobile is the least secure of any electronic devices i would NEVER recommend using banking apps, even to my worst enemy.
That's ok, I never have any money on that account, just use it to pay bills and get deeper in minus

MyTouch 4g won't stop vibrating

Today I unrooted my phone using the ”revert procedure” found in the TRUE Permaroot guide. Then I upgraded back to gingerbread, but my phone won't stop vibrating even when theres no notifications.

It continuously vibrates, or every once in a while, or what?
Sent from my HTC Glacier using xda app-developers app
It vibrates about every 20 seconds or so very irritating especially when I'm in the middle of a phone call.

I would try re-downloading the PD15IMG.zip, verifying the md5 and then reflashing it. That rewrites everything, so it's your best shot of fixing it if it's a software problem.

I did what you suggested and that didn't work. I rerooted my phone also and flashed a custom ROM ' toasted marsh mellow ' to be specific and its still vibrating.

If that didn't fix it, I can't imagine anything short of cracking it open and ripping out the vibrator would.
Dang. It's becoming tolerable oddly enough, the vibrating has also gotten quieter. I guess setting my phone to vibrate is out of the question. Thank you for trying to help though , much appreciated.
