hii, I am a user of Galaxy Y S5360 also a new comer member of this site, guys please help me. Well now tell you myphone was in good condition. last night I installed creed's rom 3.5,(before installing it I had Ultimate Sonic Rom). as usual I did every steps properly but while the logo is caming after rebooting the phone (Samsung Galaxy Y) its stuck, I waited for 5 hrs but still same.. So I removed the battery and turn the phone again and do the steps again but no effect still the same its stuck.. Guys please help me out from this situation? Can any one tell me why it happening? though I did properly. . . . Thanks for your listening.

one of my friend was told me about some process that CWM recovery and some Nandroid backup, (but as I dont did before), So I dont understand, dont get that point exactly.
Can you please show me a way, What should I do now?
You can always flash back to stock ROM via Odin sir. Just download a firmware package from sir Doky's site: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1465800, then after you flash back to stock ROM, you can always flash another custom ROM.
If you ever get any problems with flashing a custom ROM, you can always restore back to stock ROM. And a friendly reminder sir, always do a back-up of your phone using CWM recovery, it is not that hard, just put the CWM folder in the root of your SD card. Just find a thread here with a CWM recovery.
I face this proplem every time I install Creeds 3.5 So here how it can be fixed :-
1-Make sure that you'r on stock kernel
2-in cwm just go to mounts and storage then format system
3-wipe data & cache
4-install zip from sdcard then choose the .zip file and install
5-most of times it doesn't work :crying: so do step 3&4 again and it should work

Hello members first of all thanks for all the awesome guides and stickies tht helped me flash many a roms on my DHD until last night I flashed to a new Rom called Tashakbate ... Since I installed the new Rom I noticed tht for the first time Rom manager asked me to clear dalvik cache that I did before flashing ... Since then on the new Rom I can't play any videos whenever I o so thephone restarts even trying to open terminal emulator I get force close error .. while Rom manager gives a error of the phone not being rooted .. need help as to how Sino get rid of the root error and flash back to my old core2droid Rom ... My clockwork recovery is 4.2 somethif and build number is 2.36 .. please help
I even tried rerooting the phone but when I click temproot on visionary it says rooting device and starts to blink constantly ... Thts the complete story to be precise

1. Did you do a full (factory) wipe before installing this new ROM?
2. If not, go into recovery, do a full wipe and re-flash the ROM. In fact, do this anyway after checking the MD5HASH.
3. Did you check the MD5HASH of the downloaded file before flashing it? If not, check it and if wrong download again.
4. Did you make a backup of the old ROM using ROM Manager or recovery? - If so, have you tried restoring it (not necessary of above fixes it)?
I ticked the dalvik cache and wipe on Rom manager in the window that pops up right after ur installing a new Rom
How do I go into recovery its thrrough that power + volume up button right that's not working for me
As for knowing the md5 I don't know what nd how to do it
Yup I did make a backup using Rom manager and now when u try to restore or do anything through Rom manager it says phone not rooted nd the privelleged command error
if visionary didn't work, then maybe u need to downgrade first... ???

well, should be 'Section 2b', Gingerbread... correct???
If you have CWM Recovery installed (I guess you have) you don't need rom manager.
Just boot into the bootloader with vol - and power, then select recovery.

Facing a strange issue. After flashing to "Jelly Blast" by following http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1679563 tutorial, I cannot boot my phone.
I cannot even enter the recovery console by pressing the key combinations.
I tried to do it after removing the battery also but same Samsung logo is only displayed and nothing else happens.
Please help !

Just tried after u said.. Its showing :
A custom OS can cause critical problems in your phone and installed apps...
What should i do? Press Volume up or down ?

first , flash stock rom via odin
then, delete the jbv3 on your sd after that copy again the rom ,
i'm facing this problem too but , i try to re copy the rom (no need to delete the otas)
Tips
if u have second partition on your sd , you must clean it before copying a rom

So After using odin, i need to delete "JELLYBLASTV3.signed.zip"? I have single partition on sd card.

Do this
Flash stock rom via Odin (search ho to)
Then download the rom again ... its probabally not download completely
Then flash exactly as directed by the developer
if u were on stock rom itself befory trying to flash jb
No need to flash stock again just download the rom again and flash it properly

Successfully Booted the phone after ODIN Flash.
But I can't understand why this problem happened? What should I do now? I followed exactly the same info on the author's thread.

try to delete the jbv3.zip and copying again the jbv3.zip to your sd card . if it still doesn't work u can try to re-download the rom like as mentioned by sanny5 . if it works u can give thanks to me and sanny5
Successfully installed Jelly Blast 3 and updated to latest v 3.5.
The problem was that I did not cleared Dalvik Cache which is found in the advanced section of cwm.

DON'T ask support for banned ROMs here again. Jellyblast is a wide-banned rom in xda.

Dear, I had rooted my Spice MI350n, partitioned SD Card to ext4, Took backup, all as per the instructions given by bala bro using Gscript app..
UncleMobile Tools was installed, through recovery mode, wiped of Dalvik cache and all data.
Then flashed from the Zip of LEWA Rom, downloaded from this thread.
The phone showed the COREDROID logo after the initial SPICE logo.
Then it would show a blank screen, after long hours of waiting, the home screen appeared.
But it showed the message Contacts program and Dialer program has crashed and needs to be force closed.
This repeated all the time and was not able to do anything else in the phone.
I tried flashing the ROM lot of times and flashed ad2sdx_mod by yuweng and reboot...
(flashed both zips in one go)
After rebooting moved the file 01ad2sdx_eXtreme.sh to script folder.
But still there is no chance to get the phone working.
Can you pls help me in the situation.
Pls advice how to get back the original ROM from the backup in the SDCard.
Or is there any other stable light ROM for Spice MI350n.
Can you pls also tell me, whether we can load Android 4.2 in this phone and is there a ROM for that.

I am in a bit of a situation.
I own a Samsung Galaxy S4 i9500.I rooted it 1 year ago and I have installed Omega rom.Whenever I try to install a new ROM i encounter a weird issue:i ALWAYS get stuck in the Samsung (welcome) screen. it seems I am "bound" to use omega rom.
The funny thing is that now i stuck at one single version of the omega rom , the V22.For instace , i tried to install omega rom v26 and i get the same issue: the samsung screen.
Please help me solve this problem. I want to install the OzcanRom .
I forgot to mention: when it gets stuck there , the phone heats up very high.
So far i tried to:
Flash 3 different kernels.
Flash CF autoroot.
Nothing worked.
Forgive my mistakes , english is not my main lang..
Best Possible wayout is
1 Flash Stock ROM
2 Go to recovery, factory Default it
3 boot it to homescreen
4 Root it
5 Enjoy New Custom Rom Installation (install ROM)

Hi mate ,
Do a full wipe and format internal SD ( philz touch mount and storage / format / data/ internal SD ....not sd1 that is your external one) back up first , also all the pictures music and what ever you have in your internal SD that you care for,,,place rom in the external SD
BTW do you have by any chance the chinese PIT ??
I did all those things over and over ,at least 5 or 6 times and same thing happens.
What is the chinese PIT?

The chinese PIT is a modification to increase the size of the internal SD
What recovery are you using?
I am using the Team Win recovery Project v2.7
my system takes 7.21 gb out of the 16 gb.
I don`t think i am usit the PIT because i have never heard of it

No you have the regular PIT
your TWRP recovery is old upgrade it and try again
I will be back in an hour with an edit about this.
Even with the last TWRP i get the same result...

what error you get while installing new ROM
The install goes well , no errors show up. I finish the install , reboot the phone and then it stays forever in the "SAMSUNG" screen.In addition to that , the phone heats up like crazy.
And the funny part is that i can only install omega v22 , if i try to install omega v26 ,it has the same issue.

The only reason i can think of is the recovery , if not try what is suggested in post 2

Try to reflash the Rom second time.
So:
Format
Flash
Reboot to recovery
Flash again the same Rom same options.

The only Problem was, that Link2SD was not working.
So i hoped installing https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3486109 would remoce it, but instead of removing any problems, the phone did not boot my ROM anymore, but i got a TWRP Recovery.
So currently, i have installed https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-y/development/kernel-getux-kernel-v1-beta-2-t2907168 and nothing wants to work, no recovery and no ROM.
Only thing that works is Download Mode(

Hi friend, you need to flash stock rom through Odin! This TWRP is for CM11 and to run CM11 the system needs to be modified in a way that Gingerbread/CM7 based roms will not work anymore! You may also need to find an empty userdata.img file for the S5360. I don't have it right now though...

I have fixed the Problem with "how to fix samsung galaxy y s5360 that keeps on restarting or stuck on logo" !! Sry Links are not unlocked for me.
Now i am using merruks kernel with Hyperion 9! Working fine
The only Problem i have that i cant mount the second partition of my sd-card, ext2,3 and 4 are not working
