Hi I recently tried to root my device but my computer crashed mid way now my bootloader doesn't work properly. I can still boot into jellybean and the boot loader, but if it is plugged into my computer the bootloader freezes. How do I reinstall it?

I tried installing an official RUU in Windows 7 through the setup program. Everything worked well until the phone booted up in the boot loader. Then Windows installed a new driver for the boot loader, and promptly asked me to restart my computer for the installation to complete. A restart aborted the RUU-installation, and the boot loader driver still needed another restart next time Windows detected the boot loader. I have to remove the battery to get the phone out of the RUU-screen, too.
How do I get past this problem? As soon as the phone boots to the boot loader, my computer can't communicate with it due to above driver problem.
Thanks.
I recently just picked up a nexus 4 and i'm trying to get a custom ROM on it. I updated it to 4.3 and that was fine. Went to install custom recovery and every since it will not boot! I've reverted to factory 4.3 using fastboot, and relocked it and locked it but still will not boot. It gets stuck at the X logo. Left it for an hour and won't get past it. If i install a custom recovery, it'll boot into the custom recovery no problem, but won't install root as it can't mount the SD card. I can get to fastboot mode no problem and flash stuff in fastboot but will never boot up. I'm puzzled as to what to do. I'm going to try 4.2.2 factory image here shortly and see if i can get it to take. I forgot to enable USB debugging so i think thats why i can't get custom recoveries to work. I tried pushing a ROM using ADB push but it wouldn't get there. Maybe it did as it said it did on the computer but the recovery won't read the memory. Any ideas as to what to do
UPDATE: Ok after flashing stock 4.2.2 from fastboot it boots.
UPDATE: turns out just having USB debugging was the culprit of everything. So make sure USB debugging is enabled before starting the whole process!
hard reset my phone via twrp recovery and i accidentally wiped the system too. now when i try to reboot my device, it's just stuck on google logo. bootloader is still unlocked. fastboot and twrp are working perfectly too. i just can't figure out a way to push zip file to my phone. i trie using a couple of toolkits and all of them were stuck on device not found. any help would be greatly appreciated.
Boot into twrp, connect phone to the computer, copy rom to the phone, and flash from twrp.

i'm a windows user & my laptop doesn't recognize my device when i connect it. probably because it requires usb debugging to br turned on which i can't do because no os.
so i was trying to root and unlocked the bootloader, but i erased the internal storage and apparently messed up its partitioning scheme. i can nolonger get past the bootloader or fastboot. i can lock and unlock the bootloader but i cannot flash a rom. how do i fix this? also no access to recovery mode
Same problem my phone is booting than restarting and is retrying until the battery dies. Cant get in recovery nothing
My friend was trying to install Bad Boyz Rom on my phone. Idk what he did but now, my phone is stuck on boot loop. I can enter bootloader but can't enter download, RUU, or system mode. sometimes I can enter recovery mode but it reboots after a while (sometimes I can even install a rom).
My phone was S-Off and unlock bootloader
UPDATE: After trying to flash the firmware from the bootloader, I was able to access download and RUU mode. But everything stops there, my phone keeps rebooting automatically while I'm trying to install cook - stock rom or flash firmware. I don't think it's the battery or hardware fault because when in bootloader my phone never reboots!
Can anyone help my phone work again?
Thanks!
