Simply the market doesnt support any paying method for your country. Hence it doesnt show paid apps when you browse but you can still search for paid apps if you know the name.

Will check this link that you have provided. Thanks for your reply, appreciate it!
try this: https://market.android.com/details?id=ch.racic.android.marketenabler&feature=search_result
With your phone being rooted, you can use this to select your android market country/network to be different to what it actually is. I used it on the X10 but haven't tried on the arc, so it's worth giving it a go and feeding back to us...

In case some people wonder, it's possible to delete a map, although there is no such option in the settings
if you want to delete a map you wrongly downloaded, go to /sdcard/android/data/com.navfree.android.osm.all/files/userdata/maps and delete the maps folder you don't need.

I got it from the Play store too.
But I had to use Market Enabler to change my carrier as it didn't show up with a Thai sim card in the phone.
I set it to Telstra and it showed up for me.
Would you please upload the APK if its not paid?

Just out of curiosity: does anyone know why apps like earth is blocked in some countrys? Is it because of the countrys being blocked, some weird export law or just someone at Google rolling the yes/no dice?

Some countries don't want to allow their citizens to know there's a world outside ie arab countries, China etc

This is more related to google policy of application distribution by developers and google has provided a detailed list of the countries supported here:https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=138294
nothing to do with government blocking i guess...
Use APK downloader add-on for Chrome and download any app from Play store.
Google Earth and panoramio pictures
When i click on Panoramio picture in Google Earth, first time it opens, but second time i get FC. Is anyone get same? I think bug appears only on ICS ROM's.
