In case some people wonder, it's possible to delete a map, although there is no such option in the settings
if you want to delete a map you wrongly downloaded, go to /sdcard/android/data/com.navfree.android.osm.all/files/userdata/maps and delete the maps folder you don't need.

So I installed the apk skype file from this website and install through the my files file manager already installed on the tab!!!

It's so amazing what you developers do with even getting paid! Thanks so much.
Next there will be a way to get incoming calls through landlines.

PS. In the rare case you aren't trolling, skype isn't the same as phone service. You should know this already if you spend any time on this site.
The deal was to use the phone on the cellular network rather than the internet.

To cut a long story short I lost my backups and managed to get xda from the market, but it is knackered lol
It doesn't remember last post visited. Hope it gets fixed soon.
I've given up trying to buy the premium app, Google says my credit card number is invalid lol

Have you actually managed to get the app, unfortunatly I already have SwiftKey so had no need to get it.
It’s a bit like the thing Amazon does, only GetJar’s offering also works in the UK (but specifically only the US and UK).

Anyway, I tried to download SwitfKey and...
We've got good news and bad news: we've figured out that you have a Samsung GT i9100 Galaxy S II mobile phone, but unfortunately SwiftKey X won't work on that phone.

Somewhat limited but hey, it's free!
Swift key X works on my SGII
The free offerings are not just US and UK, they're available for everybody (as far as I can see). I downloaded a few games from them in the past but then got sick of having to manualy install everything after a wipe and thus I paid the 60 cents on Android market.

Did you just click on the "Download" button ? Because it's not working for me (on my phone & on my computer).
I have clicked Download in this Link http://www.getjar.com/mobile/76067/swiftkey-x-for-samsung-gt-i9100-galaxy-s-ii/?ref=0&lvt=1312982820&sid=fc6dtwkvc0frkgnk&lang=en&o=comments&1312982821&c=4fu3i7kvd5lr0wci37 and it asked me to type a link in my mobile and and asked me to click quick download and gave a code when I did that it showed Swiftkey page in mobile clicked on Download but it is not working

I didn't get it from this offer, but I've got SwiftKey X on my SGS2 and it works perfectly. I guess they've decided to go back on that offer of getting it for free.

I'd love to buy it but the greedy buggers at google have pulled all paid apps in Taiwan as a sneaky little blackmail attempt against the Taiwanese government. The local law here states that all consumers must have a 7 day money back guarantee if unsatisfied with a product, google offers 15 mins and refuse to budge so now have a huge fine to pay and we have no apps to buy.
I'd glady pay a $1.49 for it. This site has sorted out so many issues for me in the last month alone for it to be worth it
I think it's ridiculous to pay for an app to access a webpage that you can use perfectly fine for free in a browser. I found that none of these forums work well with the stock browser, but once I downloaded dolphin I find that the forums work fine, and I don't have to pay for any apps, or clutter up my device with an app that has no real use beyond what the browser already does.

nice app, for me its free, though the voice lag by 2-3 seconds in india, but for price of free everything is bearable
good app.. but it requires you to create a group and wen u hit the cal button everyone in ur list are called up simultaneously.. it would have been better if we could select individually each time we needed to call.

Certainly Greece is not one of them. Check the website for info. Does anyone know a similar app that supports Greece?

Just went through their website. No where have they told about their reveue model. Only details about the credits for conference calls are mentioned.
Used the app for a day or two, seems to be free though.. But wondering why? Any ideas?
Is it really free? Cause it says that the caller will be charged
