havnt opened it yet . wouldnt it use so much battery?
Do you want the wired headset that came with my X10i and X2a?
From what I read, the MW600 is one of the best stereo headset around. Try keeping it. It's supposed to get fully functional with the upcoming 2.1 update.
Ok thanks ill open the box n try it does it use alot of battery?

it depends on how often you use it,
my one gives me a good 12-16 hrs of music out of it and only uses between 2 to 6% of my over batt life.
Wel ma phone lasts a day atleast with bluetooth on for 12 hrs. Some time a day n half with heavy use. Itz ok for me. As for the headset the battery backup is pretty damn good, n u can listen to FM without the phone. Thtz the reason i went for it

same thought as above here
now i really can't live without it,with about 2 hours a day of music my mw600 can last at least 4 or 5 days and the sound qualiyt is the best compare to w810 and x1 headset that i ever use.
it's a great loss if you sell it without at least try.

I'd be happy to trade the wired headset that came with the phone for the mw600. Are you in the toronto area by any chance?

I got one refurbished for about $40 and it works awesomely. IMO its dirt cheap compare to other stuff SE sells.
+ love the FM radio, you don't you phone all the time.
you probably get better battery life on the x10 listening to music / videos using the mw600 as the phone doesn't have to power the headphones.

Are you experiencing dropped calls or not being able to call? Do you have the latest firmware??
I've noticed my reception being noticeable worse then that of other phones but it works exactly the same.

The phone certainly doesn't have the reception of some of my other devices. That said, it is acceptable reception. It improves with firmware and system updates, just not super-dramatically. There are things you can do to increase reception, but that would require modding your phone to use its diversity ports for eternal antennas. Not something you may _really_ want to do with a a smartphone and/or gaming device. Especially one under contract that would have its warranty voided quite obviously by such.

Battery problems and a cracky speaker

Hey everyone!
I'm new to the moto x and I am not getting the battery life of some of you. I am currently at 46℅ battery with only 7 hours use. I have Bluetooth on and Wi-Fi. My Bluetooth is for my pebble and I have been using Pandora and some internet but according to reports I shouldn't be blowing through battery this quick. Also my phone speaker is fairly cracky when making a call not the speaker around back but the front one I can still hear people but when it's ringing it sounds awful

I tried posting an image here I'll do it when I get to my computer

Do you have any stats on screen-on time? Because if your screen is on for 5 of those 7 hours, that could be doing it.
If you don't have those stats, I think Better Battery Stats will get those for you. Also, if you're already sending it in, then you might be able to request a new battery anyways.
This is only my second day using the moto x and coming from an HTC One and a One X before it which both had what I thought was great battery life, I can definitely say that the screen on time I got today is absolutely unheard of! And this is while seeing the phone up, installing mods and apps, etc.

Any way to enhance sound on Beats Music?

Hello folks....long, long time lurker. Anyway, I (my wife) decided to subscribe to the AT&T Beats Music service. I must say it is pretty good, but the audio quality is beyond horrible...You can only play songs through the app itself so it is definitely limited. I use it with my rooted Nexus 7 running CandyKat and my unrootable (my dumb fault) S4. Is there anything that can be done?
Anything?

I just flashed the beats music nexus 7 plugin an hour ago, but I haven't tested it yet.
I like the viper4android for sure. I wish there was a voodoo equivalent, though. I used it on my first galaxy and it was the best. Viper makes the sound better but voodoo makes it so much louder
