thanks picked up one from carphone, theirs so many of them laying about anyway, as i dont think many umderstand the concept, of this remarkable phone.
Carphone staff when asked in 4 stores in the 'city' told me to go to there managers when I asked a couple of weeks ago. Two didn't have a clue, one said they would not be getting it and the last spoke to me in the angriest tone I could imagine to go away.

Chitterchatter.co.uk advertised in the Metro today about these phones. Phoned this morning and mine will be with me tomorrow. I've upgraded from a Touch Pro2 (t-mobile contract expired in Feb 11). £35 pm/18 month
It's unbranded so should have the 16Gb SD card. Only downer is that the warranty will be covered by Sony for 2 years and their customer service leaves much to be desired..
Looking forward to my first android phone, saw a dummy unit in Orange at the weekend, not that much bigger and a bit lighter than my TP2

You said pre-ordered, you mean on the website? Those are not shipping out yet. The only people who have them are the people who backed the Kickstarter last year.
If I'm reading this right and you pre-ordered it on there website (or affiliate like Amazon), it doesn't ship until June 25th, which means you should get it sometime between June 28rh and .July 5th (give or take).

Who did you pre-order it from?
Well I preordered in September via the website and only just got notification a few days ago that it had reached the distribution centre and that I will get it in next two weeks.

Yeah, they pushed it back to June due to manufacturing times being longer than expected. Being such a brand new company, the fact that they are not only shipping out the product with only a few months delay AND the product is really good (personal opinion) shows a lot. I would support this company in any further projects they do.
I got this email from OUYA on the 8th of June.
"Yep... it’s true.
Your OUYA has arrived at our distribution center and we expect it to land on your doorstep within the next two weeks (give or take a day or two depending on your location).
Be on the lookout for a confirmation email that will follow once your shipment has been picked up for delivery and which will include your personalized tracking number."
I still have not received my confirmation email or any kind of tracking number, but it should be here around the 22nd according to the email.

It's mid June and I haven't received a tracking number yet.
Two weeks ago they reply to my email and claimed that my shipping address was wrong. but I haven't heard anything from them since then yet.
I contact through support many times but they even won't answer... Its really insulting to be treated like that.

I preordered February 5th which was the last day to get "an April shipment". However, they sent me an email 8 days ago saying its on it way and I'd get the tracking number shortly, but havent gotten one yet.
I would sure hope all preorders are filled before retail.

I preordered 9th September got email 11th June saying dispatching, another email with tracking on 15th with estimate between 18th june and 8th july.
Doesn't track yet but was dispatched via dhl packet plus which dhl claims 3-8 days for European deliveries.
Your not much different to me it seems given 5 month difference in preorder.

Eeeek. I'm beginning to think even the June 25th launch may be in trouble. Unless they're basically pushing all the units to the retail channels and making the pre-orders/Kickstarters wait, since we have already paid - the "screw those guys" mentality.
I was not a Kickstarter backer, but just a pre-order customer. I ordered mine in late January or early Feb. Just got my tracking number today. It says it will be here between June 20th and July 10th. I will let you know when I get mine.
Sorry to hear about the people who ordered earlier than me, and have not received any information. I emailed them in early May about the April ship date, and it took about a week for them to respond saying that they had my order, and I was not forgotten. I thought they had forgotten about me too.

Ya I was a early kickstarter backer and I think they sent a bum tracking number a while ago and that doesn't even include the extra controllers. They really suck at supply chain management.

I received my tracking number on the 10th this month. 10 days ago. Needless to say that I am still waiting.
As far as I am concerned the whole Kickstarter idea was good. Bad management however forced them to stockpile wholesale orders before Kickstarter backers all had their OUYA. Backers could have accepted, grumbling, any delays as long as they were supported by proper communications. Sadly OUYA's communication skills are even worse then their management skills. And from what I read, their programming leaves a lot to be desired as well.
This was my first Kickstarter project that I backed, and I am very disappointed by how this is all working out.

Hey guys. Pre ordered in May and still nothing.
They posted a blog entry yesterday which stated "T-5 Days To Launch". So some of us will probably have to wait 4 more days until shipping.
I've cancelled my order, I'm going to buy on the day of release.
I pre ordered in January and never heard anything from them. I E-mailed them 2 weeks ago and they replied back after 10 days stating they had trouble verifying my shipping address, so I wouldn't receive it until after release day.
The ouya support is a massive turn off. It feels like the setup is being run from a teenagers garden shed with a couple of friends helping out when they finish their paper round.
Are these people meant to be professionals in their field?!
I wonder how long until I receive my refund...

I was a day or two away from trying to cancel my order when I got the email saying that my order was at the warehouse ready to be shipped. I keep trying to track it, but it still has not shown up on the dhl site yet. The email said writing 24-48- hours it would be trackable, but it is still not there yet, even after 72 hours. Hopefully it comes soon, won't be much of a pre order if it comes after it is available in stores.
Very bad customer service on their part.

The entire point of this thread is to exaggerate the woes of waiting for something to be shipped. These are on every devices' forum when they're released. Obviously "limbo" is complete and total hyperbole.
I ordered mine at 10pm in UK b/c I ordered past their cut off time for next day delivery I have to wait until Friday and its killing Me.

What provider? I ordered mine from AT&T yesterday afternoon and so far no update at all on shipping
I ordered a dev edition pretty close to launch time...chose overnight shipping. Called HTC for eta and they said it is on backorder until 4/3 but my status online says I'll get it 3/26. Well, today's 3/26 and now says estimate delivery 3/27. Weird..
I heard from another person who ordered around same time and the same model that HTC will ship starting Thursday (tomorrow) based on time of order.
Guess we'll see... fingers crossed!

Did a Jump upgrade today at 6:00am, few hours after the GS7-Edge became available. Couple of hours later it showed as "Processing Order".
Did anyone hear from T-mo when are they planning to ship out? When I've ordered my GS6-Edge last year, T-mo shipped the phone few days before the official release date (back then it was April-11).
I know its only few days to wait but you guys know how it is with new toys
I'm also waiting for that shipping status to update. My guess is we'll get it about a week early. Even Samsung unboxed event, I think the VP? Said they might even get shipped early

In the UK I pre-ordered on Monday morning with Vodafone and was told I'd get it on the 8th, as pre-orders ship 3 days earlier than release and I was amongst the first to do so. I won't hold my breath though, Vodafone are f*****g useless with things like that so I wouldn't be surprised to get it on the 11th, or even later.
Still, getting it early wasn't why I pre-ordered so I won't be too bothered. I pre-ordered to get two VR headsets, one for each of the S7 Edges I ordered.
AT&T said they would ship on 3/7 with the disclaimer that this was subject to change.
If history repeats, tmo tends to ship a week early.

I did mine via phone. CS told me it will ship overnight and should be at my place on launch day.

Ordered my s7edge on phone on the 23rd. Rep said it would be overnight delivery and I'd have it on the 11th, but then also said that Tmo has a history of trying to get them out sooner than others so I should have it on the 11th at the latest. Got $80 for my s5 on trade in though.

I received mine on 3/29, ordered on 3/27. official release day was 4/10, IIRC.
Pre-ordered in store (JOD upgrade). Free overnight mailed to my house.
^ would be awesome if this arrived to my door before the 11th!
FWIW Samsung is opening up the SamsungPromotions.com signup on 3/4... Why they would open it up a week prior to launch when you have to have the physical device present to redeem is anyones guess.

Any idea how fast I will get my V20 if I pre-order tomorrow (Oct 20) with Verizon as opposed to getting it in store on Oct 27.
Will a pre-order arrive before the 27th.
As I am leaving on vacation on Friday the 28th, I'd like to get as much time as possible setting up the phone and transferring my Note 7 data and settings.
Anyone have experience with pre-orders?

well since the pre-orders haven't started for version yet no one really knows. only t-mobile has has started sending out their pre-orders. at&t started them last week and haven't shipped anything yet
