You said pre-ordered, you mean on the website? Those are not shipping out yet. The only people who have them are the people who backed the Kickstarter last year.
If I'm reading this right and you pre-ordered it on there website (or affiliate like Amazon), it doesn't ship until June 25th, which means you should get it sometime between June 28rh and .July 5th (give or take).

Who did you pre-order it from?
Well I preordered in September via the website and only just got notification a few days ago that it had reached the distribution centre and that I will get it in next two weeks.
Delivery is to UK

Yeah, they pushed it back to June due to manufacturing times being longer than expected. Being such a brand new company, the fact that they are not only shipping out the product with only a few months delay AND the product is really good (personal opinion) shows a lot. I would support this company in any further projects they do.
I got this email from OUYA on the 8th of June.
"Yep... it’s true.
Your OUYA has arrived at our distribution center and we expect it to land on your doorstep within the next two weeks (give or take a day or two depending on your location).
Be on the lookout for a confirmation email that will follow once your shipment has been picked up for delivery and which will include your personalized tracking number."
I still have not received my confirmation email or any kind of tracking number, but it should be here around the 22nd according to the email.

Two weeks ago they reply to my email and claimed that my shipping address was wrong. but I haven't heard anything from them since then yet.

I preordered February 5th which was the last day to get "an April shipment". However, they sent me an email 8 days ago saying its on it way and I'd get the tracking number shortly, but havent gotten one yet.

I preordered 9th September got email 11th June saying dispatching, another email with tracking on 15th with estimate between 18th june and 8th july.
Doesn't track yet but was dispatched via dhl packet plus which dhl claims 3-8 days for European deliveries.
Your not much different to me it seems given 5 month difference in preorder.

Eeeek. I'm beginning to think even the June 25th launch may be in trouble. Unless they're basically pushing all the units to the retail channels and making the pre-orders/Kickstarters wait, since we have already paid - the "screw those guys" mentality.
I was not a Kickstarter backer, but just a pre-order customer. I ordered mine in late January or early Feb. Just got my tracking number today. It says it will be here between June 20th and July 10th. I will let you know when I get mine.
Sorry to hear about the people who ordered earlier than me, and have not received any information. I emailed them in early May about the April ship date, and it took about a week for them to respond saying that they had my order, and I was not forgotten. I thought they had forgotten about me too.

Ya I was a early kickstarter backer and I think they sent a bum tracking number a while ago and that doesn't even include the extra controllers. They really suck at supply chain management.

I received my tracking number on the 10th this month. 10 days ago. Needless to say that I am still waiting.
As far as I am concerned the whole Kickstarter idea was good. Bad management however forced them to stockpile wholesale orders before Kickstarter backers all had their OUYA. Backers could have accepted, grumbling, any delays as long as they were supported by proper communications. Sadly OUYA's communication skills are even worse then their management skills. And from what I read, their programming leaves a lot to be desired as well.
This was my first Kickstarter project that I backed, and I am very disappointed by how this is all working out.

Hey guys. Pre ordered in May and still nothing.
They posted a blog entry yesterday which stated "T-5 Days To Launch". So some of us will probably have to wait 4 more days until shipping.
I've cancelled my order, I'm going to buy on the day of release.
I pre ordered in January and never heard anything from them. I E-mailed them 2 weeks ago and they replied back after 10 days stating they had trouble verifying my shipping address, so I wouldn't receive it until after release day.
The ouya support is a massive turn off. It feels like the setup is being run from a teenagers garden shed with a couple of friends helping out when they finish their paper round.
Are these people meant to be professionals in their field?!
I wonder how long until I receive my refund...

I was a day or two away from trying to cancel my order when I got the email saying that my order was at the warehouse ready to be shipped. I keep trying to track it, but it still has not shown up on the dhl site yet. The email said writing 24-48- hours it would be trackable, but it is still not there yet, even after 72 hours. Hopefully it comes soon, won't be much of a pre order if it comes after it is available in stores.
Very bad customer service on their part.

If I had to guess, I would say that it is backordered because they don't have them in the warehouse yet. It doesn't surprise me, since they aren't due for release untill March.
I don't think that this email means anything. Its is probably just autogenerated because the stock is on the premises.
I just pre-ordered today (in-store at around 12:30) but everything seemed to go through smoothly. It says "Will arrive in 2-3 weeks" on my receipt (which would mean on or before the 6th of March, just like the ads say)

I think you might be right......I think it is just an auto generated email. When I called AT&T today the rep did not know what he was talking about. He told me I would get my Atrix 2 business days after it is shipped...duh.....
Sine I didn't expect to get it until March 6th I guess they have time to make more! I started to panic at first but the more I think about it...its not a big deal. They have time to make ramp up production......

It's 'backordered' because it was a pre-order.

It sounds like I got lucky. I ordered the 16gb version at 1 AM Friday the 23rd, got the tracking number later that morning, and it arrived on Monday.
I ordered mine on the 23rd and have not gotten my confirmation email. I called today to make sure everything was OK and they said my order was still processing.

I just got off the phone with Google and they said that the problem is that the nexus 4 orders are backing up the he us 10 orders!! I was told my order has been approved and should ship within the next day or so. I originally ordered on the 23rd.

I ordered mine on 11/26 and the order posted to play as the 27th, I assume because it was 5:30pm on the 26th when it was "received" (according to the invoice) in CA and that's after business hours. I still haven't received a shipping notice.
I spoke to a Google Play Rep about it to make sure it processed correctly. I wanted to be sure there wasn't any trouble in the transaction since I recently had Identity theft issues.
He told me that it had charged my card successfully and was in processing and would most likely be Friday before it shipped and I would get it Monday at the earliest but probably later and that if I hadn't received it by Friday of next week to call them back.
So that "Delivered in 3-5 business days" Google play posts in the fine print is a not so reliable way of saying it'll be 3-5 before we mail it, Maybe.

Their customer service reps keep telling me it will send the shipping info email the same day I keep calling them. What a lie! Anyways after numerous calls and emails they finally sent me an email with some information of use. Hope this will help anyone wondering what is happening with their orders. This is what it says:

I placed my order from New York on Monday Morning 11/26/12 everything went through i even called to make sure and i have not even gotten a process completion email with a tracking number yet if i dont get anything by friday im calling them and demanding them to send it overnight at no extra charge....its all about the customer my friends! even though I am upset they dont sell the Nexus 10 in stores and have to go trough this whole process...I can say I am really excited to receive my new toy!!

the wait is very agrivating Im waiting for mine as well, and can you beleive they dont let you cancel your order...i ordered 2 by accident ( the other order got declined since i didnt have enough funds for both) but they cant cancel....i think this will be the last time i buy an item off the Google play store

I am not sure why but Nvidia already took their money from my credit card. could this mean that they are going to ship early for us. I hope so cuz it turned out to be a large sum of money when taking into account the exchange rates and the tax from nvidia.com
Edit: nividia just replied to me support request and it was a credit hold of the money and that some banks don't show any difference between the hold and actual payment.

My American Express shows a pending charge to Digital River Pacific for $361.99. This is a hold, which can be placed months in advance of shipping, to confirm that the card has sufficient funds available at the time of processing the shipping. Best Buy does this with my preorders. It means that they are gearing up to ship, but the actual, and correct charge will happen when it ships.

although gamestop website shows jun 30 for release date it is actually june 27th as well. I ordered my shield from gamestop today and sales rep confirmed in their system that gamestop will be receiving units on jun 27th.

Yes. I am hoping mine gets to my store because none showed up in saturdays shipment and it did not appear that any were on the way for tuesdays. (I did not have it pre-ordered until yesterday so that could be my fault)
Preordered mine around the 15th and got a email stating that they won't charge my card til it ships and will charge the new price. Well on the 21st a charge was done to my card for the old price. Does this mean it is shipping and what about the new lower price?

The same thing happened with me and they said that it is just a credit hold to make sure that each card is good for it. However i think the price your talking about is with tax. I think nividia. Com took around 30$ tax which just hurt

It was the old price and tax for a total of $399.34 when the email said it was going to only charge $349.34. And it was not a hold it was a full charge out of my account.

My American Express card still shows the original price as a "Pending Charge," which indicates that the charge has not been confirmed for processing by Nvidia, and is, rather, a preliminary hold to confirm that the card is correct and that the available balance is sufficient.

well bad news via gamestop today the manager showed me a email they received "shield has been delayed from the 27th to an unknown date ie they don't know when hell they will get it" that pretty much sums it up another guy over at nvidia forums posted the same thing , kinda ticks me off

looking forward to this. but i think i will wait a bit more
I pre-ordered my graphite 128GB day 1 and still haven't received my phone. My initial delivery promise was Nov 2nd-3rd. I got the delay email with 25 credit, with new delivery date between Nov 7th through the 14th. It's now the 12th, and my phone is still sitting in the pending phase, which is exactly where it's sat from the day i ordered it. The 14th is a Saturday, and as far as i know, nobody's gotten there phones on a Saturday before, so that means my phone has to ship today to get here by there 2nd promised delivery date.
So my question is, has Google missed anybody's promised second delivery window yet? And if so, did they compensate you more on top of the 25.00 credit?

I have the exact same fact pattern as you. Down to the exact same second promised delivery window. Still pending as well. I'm in Detroit and I hear it's partially related to locale. I called today and spoke to a manager in the shipping department. She said the 64/128gb frosty is being pushed out as fast as they can. They ran into some delays (no s#*t!)
She expects those original orders that are still pending to go out next week. They won't do anything else for us as far as compensation goes. She said she could cancel my order if I didn't want to wait any longer.
When I heard last week about the delay, I ordered a 32gb graphite and received it the next day. So as far as I'm concerned, I don't mind waiting. I'm going to request an RMA on the final day for returning it. Hopefully by then the frosty will be here or on the way.

Funny, ordered my nexus 6p and within 2 days it got to me. I didn't even pay for shipping, which was awesome. Strange that others are having such a hard time getting their hands on their devices.
Do you guys think I can get a refund for my rma being late? Lol

Yup, I'm exactly the same as well. This is beyond ridiculous. Never pre-ordering from Google again.
I ordered my 128G graphite on 9/30 and my friend ordered his 128G frost (it was the only one in stock) on 11/2. We both got our phone on 11/9. Go figure...
They have officially missed my 2nd promised delivery window, and my order is still stuck in the pending phase, where it has sat since i pre ordered day 1. Time to give Google yet another call. Last time i'll be pre ordering from them!

Update us with what you find out. I'm tired of calling.
I finally got my shipping confirmation tonight. When i talked to Google customer service earlier today, he told me i would have tracking info by tonight, and i actually just got it. I was a little skeptical when he told me that, but i'm happy i'll finally have my 6P tomorrow.
I've been hearing news about T-mobile users receiving the LG V20 early but has anyone received the AT&T version early or is the release date of Oct. 28 the set in stone?
Just saw some people mentioning a couple hours ago about there ETA on AT&T shipments.. I just placed my ordered in tonight. I will keep AT&T people updated on my tracking so they can get an idea..
Mine shipped tonight (Thursday) for delivery on Friday.

I had returned my Note 7s at the local ATT store, and they Pre-Ordered me V 20s (2 weeks ago). Anyway, my Notes came delivered via FedEx, overnight. I figured the V 20s would arrive the same way. So when I clicked the tracking # and was taken to USPS I was overcome by a huge wave of disappointment. My best guess would be a Monday delivery now

I've had mine since the 19th. I love this phone. The battery lasted me all day long and I still got juice left. It feels so fluid when going through apps. I can't wait for root!

Mine shipped out yesterday (10/20] via 2nd Day Air UPS, but looks like it'll arrive Monday due to the weekend... But I'm well stocked for its arrival.

Ok mines on the way but no ETA yet just the tracking.
So here's my update for people that purchased the V20 through AT&T online. I placed my order on 10/20 around 10pm PST and received a tracking confirmation today 10/21 that my order will arrive by FedEx on Monday 10/24. I paid for it in full so I don't know if that matters in terms of them sending it out quicker.
Questions for att people that received their phones already.. Does it come with a screen protector on it like I've seen other versions?
I ordered mine in store on 10/13, It shipped out today and will be here by 10/25. I got it in the next plan.
mine was delivered at home just now and I'm stuck at work. <sad face>
I ordered mine online 10/19 and I got a tracking number today. It will be delivered by FedEx on Monday.
