Hi XDA-Developers,
I bougth a HTC Wildfire (and a HTC Incredible S, but the USB port is defect) in Australia. Now Im back in Germany but i can´t use my Internet. APN´s checked several times and asked the support of MyMTVmobile (Eplus) but nothing helped.
I flashed now to CyanogenMod to see if another firmware helps but I still do not have any Internet connection.
I also tried with the HTC Incredible S to get an Internet connection, but it didnt worked... I will try to put my SIM into a German phone from a friend to see If the Card is able to get an Internet connection.
I can call and text everybody.. the internet in Australia worked fine.
Did somebody hear something similar?

"Internet" is a vague term. Are you saying that you can't connect to 3G or that you can't connect at all?

I have a problem with my htc p3600. when I try to connect to a hot spot, my htc recognizes the hot spot, it connects to it but the internet explorer does not open any page. does anyone know what can I do?

I'd check with another network and see if that works. Also I'd try browsing from my PDA through Activesync to make sure PIE functions well.
a simple reset and it works like a dream. does anybody know if gps is activated with 1.37 radio version? and how about vodafone romania - is it true that streamming is impossible at the moment?

According to the Wiki page (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Trinity_Upgrades) the first radio to support GOS is 1.38.00.11.
For Vodafone Romania, I am using Mobile Internet through HSDPA and streaming is great!
well, I called to vodafone and the little lady there told me that htc p3600 is not in the their list so they can not send me the configuration settings.
Hey there, i have a problem with my HTC Magic. I have had it in about 2 months, where it worked fine. Suddenly it couldn't get a signal to a network. When i try to connect to my network it says "Your sim-card dosen't allow a connection to this network" can anyone help me out with this? I've got HTC Sense on my mobile.

Hi all, maybe someone has an answer here. Tried other threads, but some are slightly different then mine. I've bought this phone second-handed. Had it unlocked but it wong register on 3mobile network. The phone was a T-mobile, and its sim-card works fine. The 3mobile sim-card work fine in my xperia x10. Thinking about being branded, i debranded the phone, but still no luck. Still giving me the exclamation marc by the antenna with an "X" beside it.
So what i want (need) if no one has an answer for this is: Can i go back to the T-Mobile brand again? Again, i read some threads, but they are a bit confusing for a newby as me! Sorry!!
If i can do so, how it has to be done, so i can send to T-mobile or HTC itself so they can have a look..

any updates on this? same problem here.
tried hard reset, soft reset, reinstalled new ROM, flashed back to TMOUS stock rom... no go.
if i do a manual search for networks, HD2 finds them, but can't register.
phone connection is ON.
band set to Auto.
There is a thread similar to this on this forum about a month ago. They found out that that the phone was registered as stolen and the ieme was blocked. There is nothing that you can do about it.
has anyone found a solution to this problem yet?
My gf just started having this problem today. She's had the phone for almost 3-4 months now, so I don't understand if someone mixed up IMEI's or what?
The phone won't register onto T-mobile... this sux! and its not even stolen...

did you call t-mobile? Call 877-453-1304 and tell the automated moron "PDA" and it will transfer you to smartphone tech support.

Same problem here, bought the mobile on eBay from Portugal , was working for weeks, since this morning can't register in Sweden anymore..Sim works fine in my old phone and HD2 finds networks etc just can't register..
How i can check is it stolen?

I have an HTC Touch HD with the courrent XDA-An. on it.
but:
3G (internet connection) never works. only talking.
I have tried to modify the APN-values.
but i have no idea, what are the right values...

I had the same probelm. I'm using O2 Germany as carrier... Here it was the probelm that I used the wrong APN: I took "internet.o2online.de", but the right one was "wap.viaginterkom.de" although Viag Interkom no longer exists. After a reset I could access the GPRS / 3G.
Perhaps this could help...
But my problem is now:
30 minutes ago I switched on WIFI and now I can't gain access again. Does anyone have an idea how to establish a solid 3G-Connection at a blackstone with "Black Dragon v 3.0" ROM?

Does any one have data connection issues in the UK on O2? Tried hard resetting restoring... but the HD2 won't connect... have also tried looking on the o2 web site for update (can't find a thing...)
So it look as though for some reason at 4:24 my HD2 decided to either kill itself or there are data connection issues.
Any advise is appreciated

Sorry to say this... but thank god... thought I had a hardware problem....
Right next to call o2 then....
Same for me, twitter seems to be showing that it's countrywide for a large number of users.
Mines back on now.
