I changed the battery indicator, OverScroll , Scrollbar and the font using UOT , I strongly recommend to do a back up before flashing (because once i got stuck in a boot loop lol )

bravo hboot works for sure ,but im not too sure about cm7. Sippose it should work, try do a back up just in case

yee we should be thanking medozinas , if hes the guy who invented UOT. And wat can you really call it mate, please define moding for me ?
And I posted this for 1: for people that never herd of UOT and still mod their ****. and 2: If people like it they download it , instead of doing the whole UOT process.

Those who want the look of ics setting app on cm7 so here you got it
I tried it on latest nightly but I think u can use it on any rom but never forget to make backup but I did not do it

I never tried on stock rom.try replacing default setting app with this one.make backup of original setting first.
If it works ok,otherwise restore your backup

A nooby question- u said we can just backup settings app instead of doing the whole nyandroid routine, but i can't find an app specifically named settings (in tb pro). Am i missing something or is there an app in /system

Using root explorer go into system/app and copy setting app to SD.
Now take out the setting.apk from the zip provided above and paste it in app and change permission to rw-r-r and reboot your phone.
If it did not work,replace your original apk in same way

restarted, and it works.

[Tutorial] How to use swap for those who can't create swap file in swapper 2

This does NOT work on all roms
This is my first tutorial
First you need Swapper for Root
And Swapper 2

Open up swapper for root and do like this and press save
Then you should open upp swapper 2 and set swappiness to 100 check safe mount and unmount
And go to Advanced settings
When you are in advanced setting do exactly like i did (uncheck the boxes)
check use swap partition then press on swap partition and type this /sdcard/swap.swp
Then you just go back and press on untill it says setting swappiness OK and wait untill it looks like this pic

swap works with custom kernel!

I have rafael's custom kernel and i do all the steps in this tutorial, but when i press ON button on Swapper 2 it sais this:
swap on: applet not found
Please help me

If u have a swap file on the sdcard just skip the first step.

Hey friends i wanna play Contract killer zombies(NR) on my LGP500 but i cant find it on play store.
I payed contract killer which is also i cant find on market but when i download it. It works fine for me.
Now i wanna play ck zombies which is really big game so before download i wanna suggetion will it works for me?

try using gtr rom or perfecu peso to reduce lag. and try partition ur sd for more internal memory.

Yes you can. Advantage of partitioning SD card is that you will have more internal memory.

You can partition SD card with CWM or Amon Ra recovery. When asked for swap size, choose 0. Be aware that all content in memory card will be formated, so make a backup first. After doing this download THIS to link apps to sd-ext (don't move system apps and widgets).

Tested on SD Card Class 4 and working good,,
if still not working..just create a new folder in your SD card and rename the folder to

All mmc has a different class,, you can see at the mmc got write a small number 4 or 6 or 10 (as i know)..
im using Class 10 now just recheck your mmc again for sure :highfive:

Need and init.d script to be executable on every boot or with symlinks(like amarullz) or with ZipAligns(like CronMod)
