I have read in the help section of the google earth app that this function is only compatible with dual core phones and so.

Though I think I fixed it...I installed it and then I the play store said I had update. So I just updated and it works!

I don't see any 3d buildings, just 3d mountains and such. I checked LA and Boston
Read previous posts. Already says 3d does not work on the nexus s.
Generally working fine on my Optimus 2X, but no 3d Buildings anywhere here either

The 3D buildings suck anyway. Google Earth is a slow rendering waste of resources on mobile. On my Galaxy Tab 10.1 it still renders stuff slow.. I never used Google Earth for anything except to briefly check out the new "must see" feature Google randomly throws at it. Then I close it to be forgotten all about until I check out the next new feature that I will never use in the real world.

This makes no sense since the Nexus S is pretty much the same phone and Gingerbread isn't a requirement...
Just ask a friend with a Nexus S to post the apk. I bet it will work just fine on the Epic.

Is there even anything on there worth looking at? What keeps that service going? It's usually one of the first things I freeze on my modified stock ROM installs. I remember years ago when they launched "Power Vision" on 3G (cutting edge at the time) and old Voltron episodes were about the only cool thing I found.

everything seems like its premium service.. even espn. uninstall.
I was hoping this was going to work Wednesday when the NY Giants started the season but nothing displayed. Then I figured maybe it would be fixed on Sunday with the rest of the teams playing and still no good.
Even if you do a regular Google search on an NFL team it won't display the score. Very disappointing. And yes I have the Giants on my favorite teams list. Hopefully this is fixed soon.

How did u get it to work im really interested in this app . i already installed it it shows two apps on of the apps when u first open closes right away and then when i open it again it works but i cant do anything to change anything. please help thanks

The app has no proper UI yet, only a skeleton "UI Skeleton" that does nothing aside from telling which Panel installed on your tablet is detected.
