Mx player has many codecs for different CPU's download and install
check your RAM. perhaps you are using big mem(403mb ram). change it to lower value.

Is it possible to play 720p HD videos in Galaxy 3.
I know it is not possible with default player. But is there any tweak or player which can do so?

I have downloaded a bluray (22.5 gb approx.) In a bdmv folder structure. There is a way to play this kind of folder on the Iconia??
Thanks in advance!

I think we'll never be able to watch 1080p video with such data rate on a500. It will stutter like hell even if you find a player that supports ts format (look in the STREAM folder for m2ts files).
p.s. By the way you can try Dice Player, MXVideo Player or BSPlayer - they support ts files.
Mmmmmm..... So I will have to convert the bluray into an avi or mp4 file...
Do you know a program to do that??

Doesn't have the a500 a Tegra CPU?
Tegra hasn't NEON support. So you wont ever be able to play a high profile video.
I dont know, why NVidia hasn't implemented it... cowards

Thief.
The H/W decoding support on a stock P6800 using MX Player is extraordinarily good in terms of battery usage. I've got 11 hours video usage on a full charge.
Does the P1000 support H/W decoding using MX Player?
Could anyone let me know what the battery usage is like using H/W decoding, if supported.
Thanks

Guys seriously?
Has no-one got MX Player installed on their tab and could at least let me know if H/W decoding is supported?
It'll take all of 30 seconds to check.
Thanks

yes it's supported but it depends on the video files too, not sure about the battery life but last i played a 720p 30min video eats up about 15% lower or above can't remember
Hey guys,
Do i am unable to play avi files or other HD movies on my note 3. are there specific players or plugins/codecs that i have to install in order for them to play these movies?
Searching usually helps.

+1 for Mx Player. I also have GPlayer (formerly super video player) installed as a fail safe just in case.
