Ics roms is very lite but usually has problerm with other language software for example with arabic base softwares please help to resolve this problem

Yeah. But cm9 supports these languages along with input.
So try cm9 it has rtl language support ( Arabic Farsi Urdu Hebrew )

This is right but for example apk software that has persian characters and installed in ics roms did'nt work normally

Oh but I've tried al jazeera app, lots of browsers , Google translate etc with Persian Arabic etc worked fine(btw I can read and write) maybe its the problem of the application.
I tried to attache e few applications that install in ics without any problem but when i used its for a normal time of use those apps has been closed but i hasn't permission to attache any file for exampel itarasheh.apk has same problem

i rooted my wildfire with Unrevoked 3 and insalled WildPuzzleROM , everything works fine , but i cant read arabic ???
i add arabic font and nothing happend . please any ideas !?

It is not an RTL issue - the stock ROMs do not have Hebrew/Arabic fonts.
I'm quite sure the fonts package above includes arabic fonts.
P.S.: you will need clockworkmod recovery for this to work.
I flashed my galaxy to 2.3.3 jvk and it's very fast and smooth..
But I have a problem with Hebrew language because it's not support hebrew,
I installed the SlideIT keyboard and the Hebrew pack. now I can writing in hebrew.
But when I sending sms to someone, first of all I get warning:
Message may be corrupted on recipient device. Change input to automatic.
If I send it anyway
he get somthing like this:
???? ?????? ??? ?
There is a way to fix it?

I have the same problem.
My input method is Multiling, but i don't see any where to select the encoding method ... any ideas ?
I have installed multiling with hebrew plugin, what do you use ?

Ofcourse dude...our phones currently does not suuport RTL.,you can try to aplly madmacks arabic fix but that again does not include hebrew fonts..only arabic..and what i understand is on this phone you cannot simply use any arabic fonts..it will not properly work...
Why dont you try the arabix fix and add the hebrew fonts..maybe it will work..i dun really know..you need to be rooted though.

Hello I would like to know how I can add other langugaes support to the roms I install on my device and in my case I would like to add Arabic support to my phone currently I can write Arabic using Arabic keyboards but I can't read Arabic in SMS or Webpages, if someone have a way to do it plz share it

you need to find a ROM that supports arabic language, for this device I havent seen a ROM with arabic support but InDroid V6 has an OTA app that you can download some arabic fonts from and they work pretty nicely, they dont show connetcted words but the font is WAY better than that AWFUL stock font... hope this helps... oh yea, for sms you can download mirsal app from market, that fixes that, and for browser... dolphin browser for persian should do the trick i think

Actually, Right now CM7 alpha6 supports the arabic scripts and so does kyrillos' rom. dont forget to thank them for their hard work
I installed repencis 3.5 on GT-S5570I and repencismod2.1 all fine! Great thank to fedy kusuma!
I installed repencis because I read it has support for arabic font and I have problem with Farsi language, I see all separated letters, not reshaped.
Unlucky repencis has not been a solution for this problem but any advice I will be glad to receive.
I need to read Farsi (Persian) in the standard email and facebook app.
I know that with opera I can read well in Farsi.
I already know that there are apps for sms in Farsi and Farsi keyboards to write.

UPDATE
I tried facebook widget with repencis and I can read well in Farsi language. The same widget with stock rom shows separated letters.
