Read Arabic: It already does, you just need to connect the letters. Visit http://ardoid.com/?p=64 for more help.
Write Arabic: Get SmartKeyBoardPro.

Install the program Morelocale 2 and established the Arab locale. And your phone will understand Arabic. After this has already installed a keyboard with Arabic. Please go to the language and keyboard setting and you set the proper keyboard as an input method.
i have installed program Morelocale 2 but how to establish the Arab locale
i have established the Arab locale and i have choosed arabic keyboard but the keyboard icons not display and i cant write arabic
Third-party screen keyboard does not work on our devices. Use a physical keyboard.
Get Smart Keyboard Pro, there's an option in settings to make the landscape keyboard show on the Droid Pro.
the keyboard icons still not dispalyed by using smartkeyboard
Make sure the following settings are as indicated:
Settings --> Lang & Keyboard --> Input Method: Smart Keyboard Pro
Settings --> Lang & Keyboard --> Smart Keyboard Pro --> Advanced --> Ignore hard keyboard: Checked

Don't extract the file, just put it on your SD card and apply ZIP via Clock Work Mod recovery.
If you don't know what recovery is, you'll need to search the forums

you need to find a ROM that supports arabic language, for this device I havent seen a ROM with arabic support but InDroid V6 has an OTA app that you can download some arabic fonts from and they work pretty nicely, they dont show connetcted words but the font is WAY better than that AWFUL stock font... hope this helps... oh yea, for sms you can download mirsal app from market, that fixes that, and for browser... dolphin browser for persian should do the trick i think
dont forget to thank me!
Actually, Right now CM7 alpha6 supports the arabic scripts and so does kyrillos' rom. dont forget to thank them for their hard work
Hey guys
I was wondering if anyone can help me get hebrew keyboard support, I am so confused as my phone was bouht from Jordan so it has an arabic keyboard and displays arabic sites without any problem.
I tried to use mulltiling and put a check on hebrew but the characters are not displayed correctly.
I thought if I have arabic support by default i will get the hebrew support

Hi
I have same issue
Can not anyone help?
I have a galaxy s7 and I could fix it this way! you may try sth like this! go to "Languages and types". change the keyboard settings for farsi from "Qwerty keyboard" to "Expanded Qwerty keyboard". now go to some text writing area and start typing in Persian, and let it suggest a word and there will be down arrow for expanding the suggestions! open that drop-down menu and there should be an auto-replace option which is active! you can deactivate it from there!
Hi
I had same problem
This problem is only on Samsung keyboard
I downloaded "gboard" in play store and my problem solved!
