ex: social packet : only can facebook, im, twitter and other social network
bussines packet : only can use mail, im
full packet : all app, both of packet, download, play store
it's like blacberry service / BIS packet.
i think like 'm.facebook.com',m.twitter.com' etc more low eat data rather than www.facbook.com, but i don't now every app andoid link to wich one?

My carrier has two diffrent rates for surfing. data connection and wap connection. the wap one is much cheaper than the data one. i've been told by my carrier that surfing from the wizard is considered as data since i can view normal html web pages and use messenger, e-mail, etc..
my question: Is there any way to surf wap using this phone (like installing a diffrent web browser?)?

This sounds strange to me, because the difference (from operator's POV) should be which access point you use. When WAP was free for me, I browsed everything from my SE P800 with no additional cost.
But you can't access e-mails, ICQ, ftp etc. via a wap access point, only HTML or WML pages!
I have the settings in my phone for wap surfing. but i can't see any normal html sites while using it.
the thing is that there is a way of configuring a regular pc to use the phone as a modem and then access everything via WAP, using a proxy server. i thought maybe i can do the same thing in the phone itself.

You shouldn't receive any additional charges, the Pro package allows you to use 3GB and the phone as a modem, whilst the Max package allows 10GB and VOIP use.
I'm not entirely sure how they check but seeing as the basic package advertises internet on your mobile, I dont see how a pocket pc ssh client would be breaking that.
I'm thinking of upgrading to the Max so that I can use skype and I'm starting to use alot of data now I've got Orb set up...!

Not to be used for other activities (including but not limited to): modem access for computers, internet based video/audio streaming services, peer to peer file sharing, internet based video downloads, internet phone calls and instant messaging.
The question is what does not limited to cover. I note somewhere else on their site it says you can't download pdf, xls,doc or mp3 on basic. it's really not very clear and the support staff don't seem not understand what an SSH server is. I don't understand what's wrong with just having a simple usage cap.
Is there a good aim client that uses sms to send info instead of data connection i'm not on the data plan but would like to have aim on my phone.
Is there a way to monitor an app's internet data traffic? I am specifically interested in which webservice (URL) an app is calling, and what data is passed to it from my device. I have found some network monitor apps on google play that tells you the URL, but not the details of what data is passed, rendering it not useful.

you mean somthing like wireshark or tcpdump?
if you want to capture packets you can use "shark for root" (you can use it only if you have a root).

In my country, Our ISP has a plan where u get unlimited internet access LTE Speeds but only social medias aka Facebook whatsapp instagram. I know for sure there is a way under this restriction to get full internet access since some other sites works like GYFY and more but google doesn"t ... Im no network engneer tho i would like to...
