This thread acts like a index to find the threads that were important and got lost in all the “junk” people keep creating, if you feel something is missing just say so and ill update.
I would also take this chance to make a request to the people that just create threads to be noticed or to be the “first” or whatever other $#%T& reason , that if you create a thread you keep it and you maintain it.
What do I mean by maintaining it ? Don’t abandon it and keep the info inside updated in the first post..

I just came across this 5 STAR (thanks MarvinTheAndroid) review, so I hope it hasn't been posted yet, I just figure all you guys are starving for content just as much as I am. I cant insert links yet, but here ya go.
fonehome.co.uk/2010/06/11/samsung-galaxy-s-review/
**also note that that the different sections of the review are separated by links at the bottom of each article.
I counted 5 stars.
Thanks for the link.
indeed thank you for this nice review but WOW it is the most confusing review in terms of finding the other sections lol. I had to go to another page to find out about the "camera" - it's on the right side with galaxy s apps, etc... then you go down to the links area to get to the camera review lol.
Hi guys I posted a couple of my videos in a previous thread and got a good response. So hear they are my list of Galaxy s3 videos I created. Note that I am still in the process of rendering them and uploading them lol
Enjoy! this is intended towards people who are browsing these forums but have not got the phone yet or anyone.

[The Official AND ONLY] 'I Just Got My Phone' and 'Users Initial Reviews' Thread!!
Closed as there is a thread right here for initial user reviews and related stuff.
Dear all,
As you may know, there is no section in the XDA community board dedicated to the SGH-I757M model. This phone is NOT the same as the Galaxy S2 I19100, and newbies may damage their phone by installing a ROM, kernel..etc that was not designed to run for their phone. Other Galaxy S2 users may also harm their phone by thinking because the SGH-I757M stuff is posted in their forum, they have the green light to proceed.
Another version of the galaxy s2, the AT & T skyrocket have been able to have their own forum.
I understand that the SGH-I757M fanbase isn't as large as many other phone models, but we have active dev and testers willing to give their support. Bell has sold thousands of these models, and it is continuously being featured in their website. I believe we would have even more supporters if people knew where to locate us. As of now, the only way to view things for the SGH-I757M model is using the search function.
I think the moderator wants to know if its worth opening a forum for a phone that is not widely use.
Tell them what you think, show you support by signing the petition (you may also add other reason(s) for support in the comment)

Note: I chose not to include a poll because it can be vague, whereas a petition is more explicit and accurate.
I signed it! need more supporters for this phone.
I was reading the daily news and discovered this article about samsung Galaxy devices that lets the modem access the files stored on the device.
Happy reading

and the technical description about that:

p.s. sorry if it was already posted on the forum, i didn't see the post related to this issue
This is old new and already been debunked.
While a Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE (GT-i9305) were still my daily driver before I've moved to the Samsung Galaxy S5 LTE+ (SM-G901F / kccat6) I opened the following two thread in the S3 forum nearly two years ago:
How did I enhance the battery duration, privacy and security of my GT-i9305?
GApps free on Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE (GT-i9305) - microG is all you need!
Both threads have developed over the time, and the respective OP doesn't necessarily reflect the current status or setup of my devices but all changes were always covered in the threads later.
As I believe and am convinced that nearly everything that was covered for the i9305 can easily be transfered to the SM-G901F (most likely to all other SGS 5 versions), I decide to open a thread here in the S5 Q&A forum to draw other interested users' attention to the above linked thread.
I do not intend to repeat anything that I already posted once but even with a G901F as the daily driver, I keep those two threads updated. In case of questions, remarks, suggestions, or simply new information feel free to post there and stay tuned. However, I'm also open to receive contributions in this "new" thread but might reply in the older and mature ones.
Last but not least, a huge difference between the i9305 and the G901F must be mentioned: For the latter one, only very few ROMs are available and I haven't found any compatible custom kernel. The non-availability of custom kernels severely hampers the possibilities to tweak the G901F for even better battery duration. Meanwhile I know that I deceived myself by the G901F's hardware compared with the G900F; if I've to replace the first one I'll certainly go with the latter in future as at least a Boeffla kernel is available for that device.
