Loosing data connection when using GPS

Hi,
Since a few days, everytime i try to use GPS like in google maps, i loose the data connection (except wifi) but Edge, 3g or hsdpa disapear.
And the worst is that to get it back i need to reboot the phone. Switching the wifi off doesn't help.
When if is off, everything is working well.
I'm on cyanogem 5.0.6 but i'm using CM since a long time and never noticed it before (and at the begining there was no problem with 5.0.6)
If a watch the dmesg logs right after starting the gps and loosing the data connection i see a red message with : "qmi: wds: network start failed (000e)"
Anyone else experienced this problem ? Please tell me it's not an hardware problem and there is a software solution !

I am not sure if it is the GPS but I also experience the problem that I don't have a data connection anymore over EDGE or HSDPA. The icon is there in the notification bar but I can't connect anyway. Only a reboot brings back the connection .

I m kinda experiencing the same problem .. I would be using wi-fi, updating my apps thru the marketplace and at the end of the day when i need to use gprs to check my online frens, I can't.. the little gprs/edge logo just shows on my taskbar but I can't seem to access the net .. But amazingly it works fine after restarting my fone.. I don't want to restart everytime this happens as doin so will result in re-caching of my gallery most of the time( a bug I noticed) and it sucks when u have a huge collection of photos in almost 300 sorted folders ...
a little help here, anyone ?

Wlan issue ob Miui Nand

Hey there, im using futureshocks MIUI Nand Rom and im experiencing some bugs
(1) i have strong wlan issues. It seems to disconnect very very often. The weird thing is, that the wifi symbol in the status bar is always showing full connection.... What about the MAC Adress or wifi-channels? Do i have to modify sth? Can i change some .ko files? Wlan is nearly unusable. Did a fresh install with Task 29 but it brought no improvement
(2) The PC Sync via wifi (MIUI Filebrowser) is not workin. Tried it with a third party app (droid phone control), but same problem here. Cannot find "192.168....etc" with my PC Browser.
someone havin a fix ?

Cyanogenmod: WiFi and 3G

Hi guys,
after having installed CyanogenMod 7 v. 2.6 I have got problems with WiFi and 3G connection. Sometimes it seems my phone disconnects with the internet. Actually, the widget shows that connections are enabled but the market or browser won´t load anymore and I get the message that I need to check the connection :S
In this case, the only thing that helps is to switch to flightmode for some seconds. Sometimes even this does not solve the problem and I have to restart my phone.

I noticed another problem, that might have a relation to the first one i have described.
Sometimes when I like to connect my phone to the internet via 3G or WiFi (using the integrated widget) it does not connect at all. The status bar does not show the WiFi or 3G sign and browsing is not possible.

[Q] Defy+ wifi issue with custom roms

Hi I have a very annoying problem with my device.I connect to wifi and when i want to download something from the market It's start downloading and after a few minutes the downloading stop and there is no internet cconnection but the status bar icon shows everything is good... if i switch off and on wifi works good for a while and stop again.
What's happening somebody please help me!!!

[Q] Wifi problem plus sync problem

Here is the problem it has so many weird things so I just had to write it .. and please don't tell me to wipe my tab clean and bring it back to stock
So while the WIFI is connected and I can freely browse on Chrome or browser or even Youtube .. The WIFI signal is grey like there is no internet.
the problem is that i can't sync on google accounts and I keep getting this massage "Sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly." and can't open store cause of sync problems also
the other problem is when i try apps that might fix this problem it says there is no connection to the internet and also youtube also can't open my account on it cause of internet connection problem but can browse videos on it thou
My device is rooted .. I have lucky patcher ... and modded playstore .. I tried deleting caches and data stuff on all apps connected to this sync thing or might affect it and restarting tab and nothing worked
I tried so many stuff but I THINK the main problem is that it thinks that i don't have internet .. while I actually do and i could browse or youtube and even apps that use the internet are working
but google store and some other stuff with syncing + youtube signing says either there is no internet or connection problems .. and also my WIFI signal is grey
